I recommend you to follow your progress by measuring your weight and body every Monday. Don't put time pressure on yourself. Sport is a celebration of what our bodies can do. You can rejuvenate your body by eating healthy, never give up. Even if you quit, don't feel bad.

@@shireenfatima3815 ofcourse actually I've been doing intermittent fasting and also I've been taking apple cider vinegar every morning alongside with moringa supplement (due to some harmonal imbalance) also Iam doing some cardio exercises (ofcourse emi's one's)and drinking atleast three 1.5 liter bottles of water daily so far it's helping me alot losing weight,just remember it takes time to lose weight because all that weight that u have putted on ur whole life cannot be lose in some days but believe me once your consistent you'll see the results very quickly❤️

I’ve been with emy wong since 2018. I’ve lost so much weight during that time and my body shape was perfect. Then I started working, had a family now my son aged 3 years old. I left “home work out era” and I gain and lost weight gradually. Then last few months I realised that it is hard for me to lose weight just by IF. I am old guys, 31 years old 🤣 so my body is not the same like my teenage time. So I decided to make a come back with emy wong; this workout!!! Surprisingly, it really works!!! This work out + IF. I have done Emi's walking workouts before and lost around 5kgs within a span of two months.What I love about her workouts is they are very moderate with rests in between.I want to lose around 5kgs this year so I started this workout.Since this is 1 hour long. I don't need to do any other workouts with this. Omg!! Just did it, I can feel myself again after a month of laziness and not working out. The last 5 mins was very difficult for me even tho they were less intense exercises. Hii everyone I am a thyroid patient and last year I was 70 kg and now I am 64 kg . It's difficult to lose thyroid weight and last year I can't do workout bcoz of health issues that's why I lose weight by yoga but now I can did workouts and I am grateful to emi to give us this much good burning video. I've been doing Emi's workouts for years starting with the 30 min. full body HIIT workout, which I still love. About 8 months ago I started a medication that makes me put on weight and increases my appetite so I've gained about 15 lbs and as a result have started a new routine of Emi's workouts and recently discovered the walking workouts. I cycle between the 30, 45, and 1 hour videos depending on how much strength training I'm also doing that day. What I love about them is the 45 min is more straight cardio-focused, the 30 min one incorporates some strength moves, and the 1 hour has a great inclusion of squats (if you add up the number of times you're doing a squat-type move, it's nearly equivalent to doing a ten minute intense focused leg/butt workout). I also do Emi's lower ab and intense belly fat burn, the 10 min. booty workout to get rid of cellulite, the 10 min inner thigh burn, the ten min back and bra bulge burn, and another video of 15 min arm and shoulder workout with weights. I workout 6x a week and do an hour min each day cycling between these. My body is getting much stronger and I'm starting to see toning all over. I've only lost about 2 lbs over the past 3 weeks but we're also in a heat wave so I attribute some of the lack of loss to water retention, plus I'm also building muscle, and I have not really changed my diet. My clothes are fitting looser all around. As much as I'm trying to lose weight, the strength I'm building makes me feel so much better. The cardio walks give me so much energy. All the more intense strength moves are also becoming easier and I feel more effective as my muscles get stronger and can perform them properly. Anyway, this long-winded post is just to say her workouts really do work if you keep at it and remember to not overwork your muscles. If you need rest, take it. When you next return to it you'll notice how much stronger you feel. Finally, the 1 hour walk burns about 500 calories so if you were to do this every day of the week, you're looking at losing 1 lb a week from that alone.

I did this workout for one week every morning, here are the benefits:- 1) my body has become stretch able. 2) this workout is very entertaining and fun to do that you don't even realise it's been a hour. 3) I lost few inches within a week which is amazing. 4) if you are a beginner like me then i highly recommend you to do this workout routine for a week to know your body. I'm alternating it with zumba exercises, HIIT workouts by Emi and other walking exercises as and when posted and as and when I feel motivated and energized for the day. Since it has been only 20 days there hasn't been much significant change to my weight - but hoping to see at least a kg loss by the end of this month! 🙏

Hello, I just made a resolution that I will be working out in 2024 to help tone my body. Started this long journey since 1st January, 2024 and hoping to go a long way all through the year. I'm currently weighing 58kgs and hoping to lose 7-8kgs and enter the below 50kgs group according to BMI index for my short height (=145cms). Wish me luck! I'm alternating it with zumba exercises, HIIT workouts by Emi and other walking exercises as and when posted and as and when I feel motivated and energized for the day. Since it has been only 20 days there hasn't been much significant change to my weight - but hoping to see at least a kg loss by the end of this month! 🙏

I remember last 2022, I was searching for the best but not so hard workout since I'm fat 67kg that time. Then i found her. From head to toe workout for 2 months, 67kg went down to 59kg with an almost flat tummy. Then here I am again. with a big fluffy tummy coz i didn't continue working out since then 🤣🤣
