I make my own ranch dip with powdered garlic, onion, salt and dill. I use yoghurt for the base, with a teaspoon of mayo, for the tang! Takes about 60 secs and is so much fresher than store bought.

You need much larger bowls for the cheese and panko.
My mom used a medium bowl for the egg dip, and very large bowls for any flower or breading.
It was long before keto or carnivore was a thing. But the principal remains.
Give your food plenty of room at the breading station.
Another thing to try is add the cheese to the egg. Move it to the panko directly and then sprinkle a bit extra cheese on the bird if needed.

I use Nili's breading hack to make my breading stick. She adds egg white protein powder and beef gelatin to her pork rinds. You can probably add the cheese and bacon too. But it makes the breading stay on and it's so crunchy. I'm definitely going to add bacon. I never thought to do that.

      @@myriamacevedo1967 Ingredients
      1lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
      Breading Ingredients:
2oz Pork rind crumbs (about 3/4 cup)
      1 tbsp unflavored gelatin (10g)
1/2 cup egg white powder (40g)
seasoning of your choice (I used 2 tsp of Pork King Good Ranch Seasoning)
      Egg Dip Ingredients:
      1 large egg
1 1/2 tbsp heavy cream (omit or replace with coconut milk for a dairy free version)
      For Frying:
bacon grease or frying fat of your choice
      Instructions
In a medium bowl combine the pork rind crumbs, gelatin powder, egg white powder and seasonings.
In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and heavy cream.
One at a time, dip each chicken tenderloin into the wet mixture first and then toss in the breading mixture. Continue until all the chicken tenders are breaded.
In a large frying pan heat about 1 cup of bacon grease or other frying fat of your choice on medium heat until it just begins to smoke.
Cook breaded chicken tenders for 2-3 minutes per side in the hot oil. Cook time depends on the thickness of the chicken so always check for doneness.
Remove from the pan to a paper towel lined plate or wire rack. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying with your favorite dipping sauce!

@@shaunanorman4804 Hi Shaun. I don't really measure precisely so my best guess is: 1 egg, 1/2 c pork rinds (Panko)unflavored, water, 1 -2 tbsps cinnamon or 2 eggs, 3/4 c pork rinds, 1/4 c water, 2 or more tbsps of cinnamon. Mix well. Adjust ingredients until batter is pourable. Amounts will depend on how many pancakes you want and the size. I tend to make several small ones. I allow myself a bit of Lankanto maple syrup and the cinnamon since I'm ketovore. The batter will thicken as it sits. This batter makes great waffles too in the mini dash. Just play with recipe and adjust to your taste. 🙂

Maybe with the LMNT - the chocolate flavors, a better recipe is needed. I was thinking of using a nutri-bullet put the coffee or espresso in with a caramel chocolate LMNT and coconut milk and blend.
I used your code months ago and started using the mango chili, and watermelon salt flavors. Those are my two favorite. I usually mix them with San Pellegrino millet mineral water, once in a while. I mix it with regular water as well, but I like the fizz preferably. The third would be the flavor free one. But I also got a few types of the chocolate ones because I remember you mentioning your husband liked the chocolate one and his coffee so far the chocolate ones have not really been used but I do appreciate and do like the mango chili and watermelon, just recently got my labs done and my electrolytes were in good shape. Thanks Laura 🙋‍♀️

Hi Laura! Are you back Stateside? Good to see you again! Any recipe on cheaper cut of meat such as beef trimming, chicken thighs…(we don’t usually buy chicken breast)

I've been watching your channel for a few weeks thinking I REALLY want to go carnivore. I made this chicken recipe and my husband said this is the way we should always eat chicken. I've made the meatballs and frozen them but haven't tried them yet. I bet they'll be as good as the chicken! Thank you for inspiring others!

I have a question for anyone who wants to answer I ordered the lmnt off of this site and got the free sample pack with my order. It has one chocolate in it. I was just wondering what is the best way I can drink that chocolate packet and get the most enjoyment out of it because I only have one to try.

    • @bethk8149
      @bethk8149 5 місяців тому +1

Mix the chocolate with the raspberry then use half the mix to make a latte. 8 oz drip coffee, 8 oz milk(we use goat milk), electrolytes and we also add one scoop of chocolate protein powder. Does that make it a mocha then? Idk we call it our protein coffee 🥰

Hi Laura. Do you use a couple of the LNMT a few times a day for electrolytes? I’m new to all of this. I sure do appreciate this info AND the fact you have coupon codes for us to use!! Thank you. 🥰

First LMNT is a great product, especially if you're highly active, on top of good carvivore intake.. Second the product is outragelously priced. You're best bet is to buy the INSIDER bundle, that 4 boxes of 30 sticks. It brings the price down to just shy of $1.00/packet. I'm in to extreme sport activity.. about 4 to 5 days per week.. so I need the electrolytes. I drink 1 packet per day, plus I do suppliment with extra caplets of Potassium Citrate 550mg/Magnesium Malate 500mg daily in the morning. I also add a little bit of Real Salt to my steaks/meats. You have to research which form of Magnesium works best for your needs. Both Malate and Glycinate are excellent choices, and gentler on your stomach/digestion. Glycinate has more of a relaxing effect..so maybe that choice is better just before bed, if you need a little help sleeping. Dr. Berg has several good vids on this - go watch.

Sounds like you may have a touch of misophonia. I think carnivore WOE has calmed that down for me. Where I had to grit my teeth or rush to mute a video, I can tolerate the sound much better. No one understands and I felt I was losing my mind before. I think carnivore is settling my anxiety. Another carnivore, Rachel, who was interviewed on the No Carb Life channel mentioned her misophonia was getting better. That’s when I realized that my reactions were dramatically reduced. I’m so glad. I hope it happens for you too

@@toomuch2do470 Absolutely right! The unexplainable rage and hate that happens towards people I love make me feel terrible. Avoidance has been the only option which results in turning down invitations and isolating myself. I haven’t been able to tolerate my own chewing sounds so I’ve needed loud accompaniment. It’s been so stressful. Less so now, I’m noticing. Hopefully it will completely go away and I can return to my old self.
