THE BEST WAY TO START THE WEEK 🔥🔥 I definitely believe our (Team Grow's) favorite workouts are these Tabatas, especially the 12 min ones cause some of us don't really have much time to ourselves. Ilysm Anna!! In only 12 mins I get my heart pumping to 140+, burn 100 calories, get energized and it's only possible with YOUR workouts!! I'm loving this week's weights schedule btw, so excited for the upcoming days 😍
Tabatas are an awesome format that are done in 4 minute rounds. You'll do each move for 0:20, with a 0:10 rest between. The goal is to really give all you've got to each move so you can make the most of the time! Perfect!
Due to my examination, I have to study alot, really don't have 30-50 minutes to waste! And Guess who could make sweat and pound my heart in 12 mins only! Our super women Anna. I love it !

Back from vacation and this felt good. Thank you for the January challenge that started it all. I over achieved my fitness goals and now it is about the journey. I no longer care about my goals. I am 12% body fat and 23 BMI. My Tennis serve has doubled in power and can shoot 1000 pucks a day. Thank you coach for the burpees it is the most useful excersize for me. Have a wonderful day
This Tabata feels like a 'snack' work-out compared to the usual HIIT that Anna does but boy was it rewarding to finish it. Fantastic variety in the work-outs. Straight into the work-out and no cool down/stretch in this video so I did my own little 3 minute stretch at the end. Another brilliant video. Thank you.
I really, really love your TABATA workouts!!!! The 30min ones as well as the shorter ones (so there is some additional time for streching). I always feel so great afterwards. Sweaty but happy. 😀 I also love your HIIT workouts but a challenge with both (f.e. alternating) would be amazing!
Liked doing this video after a weight training. It gets your heart pumping for sure and gets more intense each round. I'm proud I can get through most without stopping ( with the exception of lunge jumps, those burn). But today I tried tricep push-ups instead of regular push ups, since I'm trying to improve my tricep push ups 😅
Just bcaz its 12 min does not mean its a easy workout it does sweat like omg🥵...since i have found anna i never have looked for any any other workout anna is THE BEST❤️✨️!!
3 rounds of burpee variations at the end absolutely destroyed me 😅 especially as I'd already done a Sydney Cummings Arms and abs just before this! There's no one that does tabatas better than Anna!
I started the tabata and was thinking this is not too hard. Then towards the 2nd half you started going cray cray omg. I love that ACDC came on towards then, workout music is usually pop music. Hearing rock music was amazing 💯💯 love your workouts
after a strength workout I wanted to do a short cardio. I was between this and a mile run. IM glad I chose this 🥵. I forgot how effective this workout is. It starts easy thing gets tough 💪
After a week of having sick kiddos and caring for myself so I wouldn't catch it as well, I thought I'd ease back into the workout routine with something a little easier. Thanks for getting my heart pumping again! Btw I REALLY loved the rock'n'roll themed music. How about a Classic Rock theme workout video for us older people? 😜
