To anyone who wants to quit because it’s too hard: Pamela has been working for almost ten years, so it’s normal she can handle this perfectly fine. You are greatly motivated and it’s amazing that you actually are doing the workout. You need breaks ? Take them. It’s your pace. You’ll improve with time:) and think about how proud you will be after this ;) always stay positive and never forget that doing Pamela Reif’s workouts IS hard but YOU are doing it :)
Sky Hart I did a little bit of sport this morning and now I’m going to do the rest of the program. So proud you did it!! The more you sweat, the more you’re working 😉😉
I'm severly overweight and tried this out for the first time. After around 5 minutes I started crying because I knew I couldn't finish it. But I'll try again tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and so on... And I'm sure that one day I'll be able to do this workout from start to finish without any breaks 💪🏻
It’s intense even fit people find it hard , don’t be hard on yourself. For me sometimes i do it without any breaks but today i took more than two because i was tired and it’s OK 👌

omg. I can easily do walk/jog/spring intervals on a treadmill for 40 mins but Pamela’s HIIT workouts make me feel like I haven’t worked out a day in my life. ur the best Pamela!!
@@patsyjardine9812not between each one because the purpose of HIIT is to increase your heart rate in short period of time if you do break in each one then you can’t do that to burn more calories
Guys just a little tip for you: Instead of taking breaks, do the exercises but in a easier version. F.e. do the mountain climbers slowly without “jumping” or jog instead of doing high knees. This really helped me improve, because you make an active break rather than stopping completely and allowing your body to “shut down” :)) keep up the hard work! You got this!!
But the common HIIT workouts always include breaks.. they are essentially, I mean it is called 'high intensity INTERVAL training', there is a reason why you should go to your limits and why you should take a break. Just look it up, that's the reason why HIIT works so well and is healthy for your cardiovascular system. Just saying, don't feel bad when you need short breaks 😉.
I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!!!! Guys I just did this killing routine without breaks!! This is just the beginning! Don´t give up every single person working on themselves are WARIOOOOORS. Hugs from Mexicoooo!!! Vamos a estar bien mamis y papis
If you ever feel like you aren’t doing enough just remember, you doing even just 5 minutes is better than just sitting on the couch doing nothing. Never pressure your self or overwork your self! ❤❤❤❤❤
@@chenlingweng the sweat is bascially you excreting out your water weight, which i think is a sign that your body keeps on burning calories even after the workout!!
Professional athletes can't stand it for 15-20 minutes. How is a beginner supposed to do 10? I'm sure it's exhausting but it's not a hit .but even that ..strong 💪💪Keep going and Looking evry time Up👀☝😉
to everyone feeling bad about taking breaks, it's okay! I've been working out with Pam for a long time and I needed to take breaks too especially during the last few minutes. Just be proud that you did this workout. We'll become strong together and remember it's called a fitness journey for a reason.
I just try this exercise today, and thankyou for saying this🙏🏻 i even pause the video to catch a break at 1:49 🤣🤣🤣 too soon right🤣 hope i’ll do better some other time in the future!
40 pounds in a year? I think it's because you aren't eating enough calories. But its not my place to judge as I don't know. Well done for losing so much!

My health... i felt a bit more energetic and it def got easier then day 1. I will be doing it again for 7 day, but this time with a diet(diet: 2 big healthy meals, no snacks and looots of water), i will also be doing thigh workouts for lilly sabri, so wish me luck loves! Day 8: (reset)✅ soo, i was really sick the past weeks and busy too, but know i have spring break- thats why im returning back, day 8 or more like one was harder then i imagend but i can do it!! also i think that i got fatter which makes me a bit insecure :((
I DID IT WITHOUT BREAK for the first time TODAY! i always needed a break when i did this workout but after 3 weeks here i am and i DID IT! thanks PAM love from Czech Republic
i burned 103 calories from this (apple watch) , it is short but it definetly is intense edit: (4 weeks later) I’ve done this workout a couple more times since I first commented and last time I did it only burned 83, just showing calories aren’t always accurate and change as you become more fit or do the same workout over and over. This is still a great workout, don’t focus only on the calories you burn
Kathryn S. I weight 140lb / 63.5 kg, and I’m 5”7 and I also workout regularly. If you’re new to working out this would probably burn more. I also do Pamela’s 15 minute HIIT workout and I usually burn 150-155 cals from that so I burn about 10 cals per minute with both.
Asma Rahmouni Yes 103 for the whole vidoe, I know it doesn’t seem like much but that is a lot for only 10 minutes, I workout often so I can tell you it would be really hard to burn more than that in 10 min.
Remember, not every day you have the same amount of energy. Sometimes you will do this without needing a break, sometimes you will need several. It isn't falling back, it just your body being itself and helping you out since it knows best😊
hey guys! please don't get unmotivated if you can't keep up with pamela!! she has been working out for 10 years and obviously her body is already pretty comfortable with the rate she's going in!!! pauses are VALID!!!!
I'm starting this workout today again after 5 months 😭 I really wanna get slim since ive always been insecure. I'm done postponing my workouts. All the best for everyone out there. Let's support one another.😊 About myself : I'm a 16 year old girl Height : 165 cm Weight : 62 kgs Goal height: 175 cm Goal weight : 50 kgs Day 1 : ✅ hard but survived Day 2: I feel bad for stopping the exercise but I'm back after so long. School has been tough but now I'm track. Let's start over again and this time no quitting Day 1: I did 3/4s but I couldn't finish it. Drawbacks for starting to work out after months. I could have finshed it but i wouldn't even do it right so what was the point. I'll get better tmw I swear! Day 2 :
Hope I can successfully lose weight 🎉 Day 1: 57.4 kg (feel super tired, wanted to give up after 4 mins lol) Day 2: 57.4 kg Day 3: 56.9 kg (feel much better than first time) Day 4: 56.35 kg Stopped for day 5 & 6 cuz need to go to a trip and was exhausted 🥱 Day 7: 56.85 kg Day 8: 56.5 kg Day 9: 56.7 kg (maybe bc I’ve just finished a feast 😂) Day 10: 56.3 kg Day 11: 56.5 kg Day 12: 56.85 kg Day 13: 56.75 Skipped day 14 😳 I stopped for a long time cuz my family got Covid so I was not able to find a place for me to do (and also a little bit of laziness😶🌫️)
Just trying to help, hiit is suposed to be complemented with "normal" gym/home workouts (hypertrofy, strenght, high reps low weight, etc...) So you consider it and also the diet is 70% of the job. Not trying to be rude just help you on your journey good luck! (Sry for bad eng its late)
I love how Pamela gets the rights to use awesone music just for us to enjoy while working out! It makes the workout even more enjoyable instead of just the generic beats we always hear 🙂 Thank you Pam 💕
At 8:19 I was like girl bye then I felt guilty and came back. Glad I finished what I started... and folks the sweat....this is how you know it is real/works. First time here.
I gotta be honest I’ve been doing this workout for a couple days and this was probably the worst day ever. It’s Sunday, last day of weekend and I’m so tired but I’m pushing through it. Keep going ❤
This past Monday I decided to eat more healthy and workout and it was sisters birthday on Tuesday and my mom brought home burgers and a chocolate cake. -_-
Well it’s okay to overeat every once in a while. It won’t take away all your progress. You might be just a bit bloated the next day- but it will go away
You cant burn belly fat you can burn calories though. We cant spot reduce fat and the only way to get rid of it is to eat in a calorie defecit and Wor out with weight in those target areas and cardio/hiit to burn calories
to all the people who make pamelas workouts (doesn't matter how often, how long, with how many breaks, ...): I'm proud of you! Keep up, and don't give up! Still remember to eat healthy and don't overdo it, keep in in mind that you're health is the most important!
Thank you so much. I needed this because it’s only my second week of working out, I wanted to give up and just binge today, but i did it… sending lots of love to u❤️
hi ! if you're reading this i just want you to know that it's completely okay to take a break or a day off. if you have to force yourself to do this- maybe you should relax for a bit. if you're feeling really tired, have a headache or just not in the mood maybe working out today isn't the best thing to do. if you're here because you feel the need to punish yourself- PLEASE do not do this workout. go grab something to eat. you deserve it. you're beautiful JUST the way you are. i promise you. you deserve love and happiness no matter how you look like. it's going to get better. i love you
Aww... that's sweet. Not my advice... but sweet. My advice? If you're feeling really tired it's because your ass is out of shape and the last thing you need is a day off to relax for a bit. Suck it up, buttercup. If you have to force yourself to do this... it's because you're human & it's hard as f*ck. Do it anyway. Headache? Take an advil. Don't feel like doing it? Get off your ass & do it anyway. Feel like punishing yourself? Do it twice. Do NOT go grab a snack & take the day off. That's how you got here. You're either the kind of person who is gonna do it, no matter how hard... or the kind of person who isn't. Decide which one you are gonna be. Do you want the changes that come with the hard work? Or you don't? Don't reward your progress w food. Buy some new jeans, a cute workout outfit or get a pedicure or massage. You CAN do this. But only if you want it. You have to want it when you're tired, in a bad mood or have a headache. It's good to be sweet to yourself... after you earn it. There's two kinds of people watching this video. Those who want change, regardless how hard it feels... & will absolutely succeed in getting what they want... And those who say they want change... but aren't willing to experience the discomfort necessary to achieve that change. Which one are you gonna be?
doing this workout everyday i'll update this whenever i can day1: 72.5 kg / stopped at 7:19 and took only 20 second each workouts (10 sec breaks) and i only ate a wheat bread w nutella and no juice just water | i was sweating really bad like not just sweating little droplets MY SWEAT WAS FLYING EVERYWHERE but what really surprised me is i'm not breathing like i've been running for a mile, and my body didnt hurt at all!! most workouts like these that i've done, i would be breathing for air so bad and i have to not work for the rest of the day bc my body just hurts a lot but with this one, that's not the case i really loved it
I’m so proud of myself and all the others who actually finished this!! NEVER HAVE I EVER finished an intense HIIT workout!! Consistency is honestly the key!! It’s tough but it gets better! ❤️
I did it once before bed, I was proud of myself but it didn’t really hurt, the only thing was I was very tired and sweaty. This was pretty intense but not harmful to me!
Doing this for 10-15 day Starting weight: 58 kgs Day -1 it was hard and tiring and i even took twice a break Day -2 i did it, i am not able to believe cuz i literally gave up many times but yeah i did it. Proud of me and even dont take break Day -3 well i am not sure if i should or not cuz i am in my periods but yeah i did it . In middle sometimes i gave up and think not today but then i did it.. but i am exhausted now.. Day -4 its holi today, think to take a break but end up doing it more than half like 7-8 min. Idk if its going to count or not 😅 Day -5 - take a break as my body in pain Day -6 - i did it kinda but my body is still in pain Day -7 as my injuries are still there but i still complete it. I am tired lol Day -8 i did it Day -9 i did it without taking break amd its fun now Forget to telll the results but it was good. Like my weight is now 54-55 .and i am going to do another exercise now..
Before this i used to use chloe ting's, lily sabri's and other influencer's workout as my workout routine but none of them really gave me the results that i want. but for real though, pamela's workout work amazingly for my body. i hate and love her ( pamela reif ) so much
I know exactly what you mean, I hate her (just a little :p) during the workouts and after the workouts I love her soooo much. It's incredible the results you get only after a 10min workout! Go Pamela!!!
@@cherryw2685 she has a lot of experience (10 YEARS I've heard) but don't worry as long as you sweat and are outta breath that means you will get results if you do it consistently 😁😃
Okay guys, so this doesn’t happen over night. I too was struggling at first, but now, it’s been like over 5months since I’ve been working out (I started slow at first, pausing almost after every minute of cardio/hiit workouts), but now, I managed to do this without pausing the video. About my updates or any, I honestly didn’t change my diet even a bit and instead ate more junk (lockdown made me bake a cake almost everyday hahaha), so there’s not much change in my weight. However, I feel much stronger and my body looks way more toned. My abs are much more defined (still in progress though) and I feel much more energised! So guys, remember that’s it’s okay to stop, it’s okay to take longer breaks. And just like me, you’ve all got this too! Way to go!
I never leave comments but i just wanted to say how much your videos have significantly helped me in my weight loss journey!!! it’s literally melting off
If your reading this please don't feel discouraged. I've been working out doing Pamela Reif's ab, leg, and full-body exercises six days a week for over 2 years and still took three short breaks during this workout. I was sweating and felt like a blob of jello when this workout was over. THIS IS HARD! So don't feel in the dumps, you're not alone! You can do this! Thank you, Pamela!!
It truly works. I lost 10 kilograms in 2 months, doing this every day ( and thanks also to the caloric deficit). At first, it is so hard, but after it seems pretty much easier. Thank you, Pamela!
Burned around 200 calories (without doing 1 of the exercises and just trying my best for the rest, also took short rests between really hard exercises), tracked by Fitbit Versa Special Edition and I weight 91 kg at height 156cm:) Y'all can do thiss, also great vid!
@@sharifahmursyidah6299 I don't know, I probably didn't do it for 1 week:D, I can't remember. But if you are trying to lose weight you should focus on being in a calorie deficit and burning more calories from working out. I personally don't think that 200 calories a day from a workout are enough but everyone is different. You could probably lose some weight by doing hitt for 1 week everyday but you gotta watch your food xd
Last year was not a good year for me..I lost my dad and being the eldest one I had to take over so much responsibilities overnight (I'm not complaining..I know I am making my papa proud) This year though I am focusing on myself and this is why I am starting a fitness journey. Currently my weight is 70.8 kg Goal is to be 60 kg For those who are struggling.. please note that only the first step is the hardest one Lets do it together 💪
Last year was terrible for me too , and yeah due to some health issues my weight too is 69.5 !! Let's do it together buddy !! We'll definitely achieve what we want !!
So I did this two weeks ago for the first time and I thought I was gonna die - I had abdominal CRAMPS after he first 5 minutes. I didn't finish. I said I wasn't gonna do it again. But I did. And again. Today, I finished it with only one rest at 1.5 minutes before the end. I'm proud if myself. Slow progress is still progress ❤️❤️❤️
hey so i'm not totally sure what abdominal means (eng not first language) and i'm also not sure if this is something that exclusivly happens to females, but if you get cramps fast, that means you might not take in enough magnesium. Really helped me just google it maybe its caused by it :)
GUYS, I KNOW THIS SEEMS HARD BUT YOU CAN DO IT. I KNOW YOU CAN. KEEP GOING, BECAUSE ONCE YOU FINISH THIS YOU WILL FEEL SO GOOD. I FELT SO ACCOMPLISHED!
like I know what you're trying to say...but I literally never feel good after a workout! I know it's worth it but I feel weak and tired and hungry and so on and on
I’ve been doing your workouts for 6 days now. Makes me feel soooo good. Love the fact that these are 10 min workouts. I’m a busy woman. I work 8 hours and I’m a wife. So squeezing in 10 min every morning seems so great. Thank you so much! Keep giving!

A couple of hours on the phone feels like 10 mins, while this 10 min workout feels like 2 hours long. OMG. My legs feel like jelly when half way through the workout. Had to stop twice so that I didn't pass out. Thank you for the workout!

I just did the whole 10 minutes and feel like I could fall over and take a 10hr nap. That was one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done. I do 45 minute workouts that are easier than this. Definitely recommend!!
i've been doing this from 3 days (today is day 4) and i feel great, thank you for making this. Also i just want to say that even if you do 3 minutes that's enough and i am proud of you
(READ THE EDIT) As someone who has been following pam and loved doing her workouts for half a year (also running semi-long distances on the side) i'd like to think that i have a over average condition and this workout is absolute HELL, but in a good way. Please do not blame yourself for finding this hard, this workout is hard af, but is definitely worth doing cause finishing is the closest you'll get to heaven lol. You got this, put on your favorite songs, take as such breaks as you think your body needs to finish this HIGH INTENSE workout, you got this EDIT: I wrote this comment 3 months ago and i cannot believe the progress i've made. This is my favorite intense workout on this channel alsoi'm able to do it completely without taking any break. So what i'm trying to say is, the beginning is very hard (cause this workout is very intense) but hard work pays of and you will see how easier it gets after every time you do it! Dont give up on yourself before the progress can start!
this is like the best and most compact 10 min HIIT video that ever existed. the music, the dynamic and just everything is perfect and gives this sense of life that we all need !
okay non sono l'unica ho appena finito l'allenamento e sto morendo, non so come ho fatto ad arrivare fino alla fine, e si, lei fa bestemmiare un sacco. 🤣
Don't forget that your mental and phsical health is much more important thank doing this workout %100 true. Just do as much as you can. That's much more valuable than that ❤️
Ngl I've been telling myself this for the past 4 months. Slapped my lazy ass to do some physical activity and tbh i feel more good after doing this rather than lying in bed cause that was making me feel worse
To people trying this- Pamela is a professional and has been doing these workouts for a long time. Do it WITH BREAKS. Every minute(every two exercises) walk around and catch your breath for at least 30 seconds. If you do this without breaks, it may cause problems with your health or tire your body easily and leave you overworked resulting in fatigue.
This was my first time ever doing. I did 7 mins with no breaks ( I’ve been working out for like the past 5 weeks ) and I stopped for a second and then felt like I was gonna pass out ✌️
This was TOUGH! I'm new to HIIT. (Only been doing it for a week now as of this comment and I do it every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which feels like a good amount of days to me, but tips and advice are always welcome!). I had to pause A LOT and take breaks after the first three workouts. I am proud I managed to do it, and I hope with this and other videos, I can get the abs I always wanted and only get better and better! Phew! I liked the music choices too!
my hair was ruined & my face was sweating in the end 😅

Literally!!! I don’t understand!
@@sierraduong352 it's common sense, it all depends on what your body is used to do.
Im new to this. 😅How long to rest in between each one?
@@patsyjardine9812 as long as you need
If you're new, it's fine to take long breaks. Improvement comes gradually. Just don't quit. All the best
@@patsyjardine9812not between each one because the purpose of HIIT is to increase your heart rate in short period of time if you do break in each one then you can’t do that to burn more calories

This comment is so true!
Guys just a little tip for you:
Instead of taking breaks, do the exercises but in a easier version. F.e. do the mountain climbers slowly without “jumping” or jog instead of doing high knees. This really helped me improve, because you make an active break rather than stopping completely and allowing your body to “shut down” :)) keep up the hard work! You got this!!
Omg!! Tysm! Already 3 minutes in and I am physically dying omg
this is a good comment! been doing that especially in the hop and squat exercise. my legs are turning jelly hahaha
That’s what I did too
Yes this helps me a lot!!
I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!!!! Guys I just did this killing routine without breaks!! This is just the beginning! Don´t give up every single person working on themselves are WARIOOOOORS.

i burned 103 calories from this (apple watch) , it is short but it definetly is intense
edit: (4 weeks later) I’ve done this workout a couple more times since I first commented and last time I did it only burned 83, just showing calories aren’t always accurate and change as you become more fit or do the same workout over and over. This is still a great workout, don’t focus only on the calories you burn
Hi can you tell how much you weigh and your height please?
103 calories = all ths exercises?
And here my Samsung watch shows 34 calories burnt.. I maybe should have gone with apple lmao
Water has never tasted so good🥵

hi ! if you're reading this i just want you to know that it's completely okay to take a break or a day off. if you have to force yourself to do this- maybe you should relax for a bit. if you're feeling really tired, have a headache or just not in the mood maybe working out today isn't the best thing to do. if you're here because you feel the need to punish yourself- PLEASE do not do this workout. go grab something to eat. you deserve it. you're beautiful JUST the way you are. i promise you. you deserve love and happiness no matter how you look like. it's going to get better. i love you

Aww... that's sweet.

Way to go!

Last year was not a good year for me..I lost my dad and being the eldest one I had to take over so much responsibilities overnight (I'm not complaining..I know I am making my papa proud)
This year though I am focusing on myself and this is why I am starting a fitness journey.
Currently my weight is 70.8 kg
Goal is to be 60 kg
For those who are struggling.. please note that only the first step is the hardest one
Lets do it together 💪
luck! if we can make it
How are you going now? :)
Last year was terrible for me too , and yeah due to some health issues my weight too is 69.5 !! Let's do it together buddy !! We'll definitely achieve what we want !!
Hey! I lnow how hard looking after someone is. How are you doing now?
So I did this two weeks ago for the first time and I thought I was gonna die - I had abdominal CRAMPS after he first 5 minutes. I didn't finish.
I said I wasn't gonna do it again. But I did. And again. Today, I finished it with only one rest at 1.5 minutes before the end.
I'm proud if myself. Slow progress is still progress ❤️❤️❤️
That’s amazing progress!! Well done :)
hey so i'm not totally sure what abdominal means (eng not first language) and i'm also not sure if this is something that exclusivly happens to females, but if you get cramps fast, that means you might not take in enough magnesium. Really helped me just google it maybe its caused by it :)
@@nikstieglecker4752 thanks! I'll make sure to look into that :)
How is it going now
GUYS, I KNOW THIS SEEMS HARD BUT YOU CAN DO IT. I KNOW YOU CAN. KEEP GOING, BECAUSE ONCE YOU FINISH THIS YOU WILL FEEL SO GOOD. I FELT SO ACCOMPLISHED!
like I know what you're trying to say...but I literally never feel good after a workout! I know it's worth it but I feel weak and tired and hungry and so on and on
In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take.
thanks that was motivating!!
Thank youuu!!

Trying this for 2 weeks❤
Age: 18 years old
Starting weight: 62kg / 152.5cm
Day 1:
I’ve been doing your workouts for 6 days now. Makes me feel soooo good. Love the fact that these are 10 min workouts. I’m a busy woman. I work 8 hours and I’m a wife. So squeezing in 10 min every morning seems so great. Thank you so much! Keep giving!
WOW! Keep going!!
you know you are doing a Pam Workout, when jumping jacks feeling like a break to you... congrats on every body who got the workout with or without breaks, you are doing great buddy! best whishes to yall
it does! omg
can't agree more haha. jumping jack was the least exercise i would do, but with pam amazingly it was like a break time lol
Indeed jumping jacks are breaks
I WAS WAITING FOR THIS 10 MIN HIIT WORKOUT FOR SO LONG OMG, Cuz that previous 15min HIIT... i literally cannot anymore, ITS TOO MUCH OF A KILLER FOR ME 😂 Thanks Pamela 💜
I've been doing advanced hiit workouts daily for 40 days straight, and pretty smoothly finishing them. This is the first one I had to completely stop and break. Absolutely wonderful! you killed it girl!
A couple of hours on the phone feels like 10 mins, while this 10 min workout feels like 2 hours long. OMG. My legs feel like jelly when half way through the workout. Had to stop twice so that I didn't pass out. Thank you for the workout!
Ok ima do this every day for 5 weeks. I’ll keep you updated every week.

Did u change ur diet? And is this the only video you did or exercise you did? Please let me know
Why do you even decided to cut at 135lbs lmao
@@Hi-yb2jr hey sorry for late reply. Basically I did just dance and I gave up doing this excersize. I went on a 30 minute walk every day and I ate around 1700 calories. I’m now on 118
The song "you'll never see me again" and "i guess this is fucking gooood" are giving me so much energy !!!!
yeah when youll never see me again starts i feel the endorfin kicking in I'm at my runners high :D
My hair omg i washed it before and had a low bun without any rubber and in this workout my hair was the problem 😭😂 i completed it with my this messy hair....
But i am so proud of myself as a beginner 💖😊!
Thanku god so much ! :)
And thanku Pamela so much 😘
And i js learned that before workout put your hair together 💔 otherwise you will not do the workout properly and also damage your hair health.... i know you all can do it , one day sure!!
Take care 💋 and All the best WARRIORS....

great reference!! Thank you~
how do you calculate it based on your own stats?
@@iishanisoni i used my apple watch!
I just did the whole 10 minutes and feel like I could fall over and take a 10hr nap. That was one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done. I do 45 minute workouts that are easier than this. Definitely recommend!!
I’m pretty sure she forgot to put in breaks so I did them myself
😂😂
Yes sure ❤️
lmao 😂😂
😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹
😂😂😆
i've been doing this from 3 days (today is day 4) and i feel great, thank you for making this. Also i just want to say that even if you do 3 minutes that's enough and i am proud of you
"You'll never see me again~~~"
Me doing twisting mountain climber: that's right.
Omfl 😂 I felt the same!
shit, lmao😭😭😭
(READ THE EDIT)
As someone who has been following pam and loved doing her workouts for half a year (also running semi-long distances on the side) i'd like to think that i have a over average condition and this workout is absolute HELL, but in a good way. Please do not blame yourself for finding this hard, this workout is hard af, but is definitely worth doing cause finishing is the closest you'll get to heaven lol. You got this, put on your favorite songs, take as such breaks as you think your body needs to finish this HIGH INTENSE workout, you got this
EDIT: I wrote this comment 3 months ago and i cannot believe the progress i've made.
I hate the songs of this Workout but i can't put songs 😭
@@slmbkt4838 sing your favorite songs hahah
@@slmbkt4838 same cuz then i cant hear the timer lol
AMAZING! I know I'm late but I just saw your comment :) very happy you sticked to it & sending you lots of love xxxxx
@@PamelaRf1 Omg!!!! Thank you for your amazing workouts and plans
I tried to increase the time of last plank
Meanwhile my heart - if you won't stop then I will

I did this but played it 3 times so it would be 30 minutes 3 times a week and I lost 50 pounds plus I was eating clean I love her workouts
Thats amazing, Great Job!

its been long time, coming here again and it becomes the best time, thx Pam :))
this is like the best and most compact 10 min HIIT video that ever existed. the music, the dynamic and just everything is perfect and gives this sense of life that we all need !
I'm Italian, I spend 10 minutes translating the comments to feel understood, before doing pam's exercises😂
Wow ur gorgeous
thk ☺️
okay non sono l'unica
ho appena finito l'allenamento e sto morendo, non so come ho fatto ad arrivare fino alla fine, e si, lei fa bestemmiare un sacco. 🤣
I’m Italian too! 🤣🤣🤣
Can’t get over how Pam manages to look this flawless after such intense workouts 👁👄👁
Beautiful
Who feels like dying doing this hiit after christmas?
This was my first time ever doing. I did 7 mins with no breaks ( I’ve been working out for like the past 5 weeks ) and I stopped for a second and then felt like I was gonna pass out ✌️
@@ryleelu I cancelled after 3:45min 😂 my cardio isnt so good
*a little reminder:* it is OKAY to take breaks. you're doing great, keep going! o believe in you
This was TOUGH!
