This has got to be my favorite tabata workout! This morning, I was feeling stiff and unmotivated, so I decided to stretch and try out a new workout. Post workout, I felt so accomplished and happy! This was killer, but it gave me more energy afterwards! 💪 Great job to team grow for completing this workout, and have fun to someone about to! It was so much fun!

I almost skipped the workout today, but then I found this, added a bit of warmup and then felt like doing some abs after this, so I ended up with quite a lot thanks to this "it's 12 minutes, I can't be so lazy that I can't cope with 12 minutes" :D

Let’s be real and title this workout a little better. This is a LEG workout, not just a 12 min Tabata! I kept waiting for other body areas but no…legs, legs , legs. I crushed it, and enjoyed, but wanted more full body based on the title. Kepp up the great work.
Lovely workout. I did a whole bunch of activities today and this rounded it off perfectly. Even though it was intense it was nice that it was short. No fanfare, straight to the workout and it was very uplifting. Thank you Anna.
This was incredibly good! I feel so happy after doing this workout. And also just completed the Lilly Sabri X Growinganannas Killer HIIT and Pilates program and enjoyed a lot. I'm still sore from yesterday's workout but i love that feeling, it feels good. What an amazing challenge this was!
That was an amazingly quick, thoroughly enjoyable and incredibly sweaty session! Would def love to see more of these and I loved the different moves. Thank you so much missus 🥵👍🏼
