this girl gives me so much motivation, she doesn't focus on purely the aesthetics, has a great personality and encourages many people like me to work out to feel powerful and not look good. absolutely loved this!! i enjoyed it and I'm a beginner. would recommend!! love ya girl 💪

A few weeks ago, I sprained my elbow really bad and I haven’t been able to workout at all. After getting the green signal, I decided to start again today. And this workout was perfect. Not working out for weeks took a toll on my mental health. But after moving my body for just twelve minutes, it has made a lot of difference. Thank you Anna for this wonderful workout. I feel better mentally and physically. ❤️
