Hey, Anna! I love workouts like this. I was wondering if you could make a few more workouts that are 15-20 minutes long. I don’t always have time for a 30 minute workout, although I would love to have time for it. Tabata and HIIT are my two favorites. I would really appreciate it!

This was such a fun workout! It gives perfect heart elevation (for me), good for beginners/overweight ppl (I replaced the jump in jacks with side touches)....I was smiling throughout the workout and let's face it, on a Sunday morning, at 7.30, it is not always easy 😁🥰🥰 so thank you!

Hi! I have been working out from Mar., 2015. This is one of the most exciting workout! Many do not understand the need for us to go in line with the background music. I loved this so much!!! Please make more and longer. I did not stop for the 10 sec. rest period, but kept dancing!
