59 here; thought I would die. Swim almost daily 30-40 laps; in good shape and bike too but this did me in. But I stuck it out. Burpees and some things with knees I had to pull back from and do just planks but I did most of them. And I lived to tell the tale. I will do this everyday.
Been doing this for 6 months and loving it. Definitely saw improvement on my arms n belly. Still doing this now at 10 weeks preggy. Switched the high intensity ones like lunge jumps and burpees to squats and reverse lunges. Love this!

This workout is fixing my bad knees slowly. I have always been in pretty good shape, and exercise regularly, but since I have been doing this exercise as soon as I get up, I can feel my bad knees (from my glory years playing HS basketball) improving every morning. Combined with my effort to sleep better every night, this exercise is the best jump start to my cortisol re-balance each morning.
Interesting, i am doubting to do it exactly because of my knees if it will be too much impact (of course I can adapt some movements). I wasn't expecting your comment about your knee

I am a 58 year old woman and someone said to me that I should not do your tabata movements because it’s too much for my age. But I really love this workout and hope I can do this like you.
Is 12 mins 3 times a week enough for me to lose few kilos before April or should i do 3 sets? Time is really crucial that's why i looked up tabata in first place because i dont have an hour to dedicate to exercise
Wow I started doing this session 1 week ago and it nearly killed me, couldnt do most of it. 1 week later, I'm finding it all so much easier. Last week i couldn't do the commandos, now I'm breezing through them. The star jumps felt like a walk in the park!
@@carlosdcf8268 I reached an amazing peak where this whole routine became pretty easy, my burpees were powerful and I was able to add in weights...even pretty heavy weights by my standard. I did this ever day for a month or more maybe during the lockdown...in the end it was barely raising my Hr. Anyways I've fallen off the wagon now but surprisingly alot of the strength and power and form is still there even though I'm not doing it often! It's still way better than if I'd never done it! Can still do the up and down pushups easily but in the beginning it was absolutely impossible! Must have some kinda strength and muscle memory. Btw I did all of this to lose weight and I started at 64kg and I'm now 57! Thanks so much to Anna!!

HIIT workout is the best method to sharpen up your mind and grow new brain cells. Looks easy but it’s definitely not, at least at the start.

1 week update, burpee form is a lot better, but still needs some work. I'm able to jump with some power now in the broad jumps, which is amazing!
