Another superb work-out. The shorter ones prove to be the hardest because there is no break in this one. The 30 seconds just keep rolling but I loved the variety of the exercises. Brilliant once again. Thank You Anna.

I struggled through with many added pauses between exercises. Since then I've been attempting to do 2 of your 20-30 minute HIIT videos each week. Today in the middle of September I tried this one again and managed the whole thing without stopping! Super proud of myself :) Thank you Anna for making such great workout videos.
Wow i completed it and I felt so very energetic 🔥🔥 it's just 15min but so effective. I think you can do 12-15 minutes workout challenge series with advanced hiit, cardio, tabata and build muscle 💪 it's suitable for everyone include the busy and the lazy..😝 thank you for bringing everyone good energy 😘😘 love you ❤❤

Thanks for this workout! Nevertheless, I think little breaks still are usefull. Otherwise you can't concentrate on what you are doing and need to watch every time what's a new exercise coming up.

I love burpees lol, it’s squats I have to avoid because of knee issues, but always too many of those 😭
