All of a sudden I've been feeling all sorts of aches and pains, and just really off. It just did not occur to me that they were menopause related. Now I know, and I know how to manage them. May God bless you abundantly. Thank you so so so much for your lovely work!!!

    Eileen, thank you so much for all your videos. I love how you explain things so simply, with just enough scientific info (lol.) I have noticed changes in my body, and know that it is essential that I really start taking care of myself. You know what it's like for us women. We tend to look after everyone else, and forget about 'US.' I am so happy to go on this journey, and will let you know how it's going. Thank you once again for all the years of research and sacrifices you would have made to get to this point in your life, and to share it with us. God bless you xxx.

      @@AvogelCoUk Thank you Eileen. I have bought the plant based protein powder, and have taken it for two days now. I have also been doing intermittent fasting for the past four months, and have lost a stone and a half. You may find a Sea Buckthorn Oil capsule can help with the breathlessness and just check that you are drinking enough plain water every day as dehydration can contribute to all your symptoms. Do also get your blood pressure checked by your doctor or pharmacist as low BP could cause dizziness and vertigo.

    I love your kindness and calmess. Are you a medical doctor? Dried fruits have lot of sugar. So we should only eat little? I love dates. Can i just eat 2 mejol dates before bed although i do not want to have diabetes?

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  4 роки тому +1

      Thank you for your kind comments!
      Yes, a very small portion of dried fruit is fine now and again. They do contain lots of magnesium and calcium which is very good for you. It is known that the composition of mejool dates means that the sugar is released very slowly compared to other dried fruits so a couple before bed would be great for keeping blood sugars balanced in the night.

    You haven't mentioned meat what type. I eat beef and chicken eggs, nuts and seeds. I think I may be a bit dehydrated as some night sleep less than others. Sleep never great.
    Thanks for your great advice.

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  9 місяців тому

      Generally avoid processed meat and focus on organic, grass fed meat to reduce their impact on your hormones. Eggs, nuts and seeds are great too. If you think you are dehydrated you may want to try calculating how much water you need for your body. Multiply your body weight in kg by 0.033 to get a baseline of how much water your body needs each day. If you drink coffee, black tea or alcohol, or exercise to the point of sweating, you need to add more water again. For sleep you can try our Dormeasan drops - www.avogel.co.uk/herbal-remedies/valerian-hops-dormeasan/ I hope this helps!

    I am thankful that I came across your videos
    I am 51 , no periods since 6 months, and I am having symptoms of menopause like I can feel my heart palpitations, I am not at all active, emotionally I am getting weak, all kinds of negativity I see in my self. I feel I cant even concentrate.

    What should I do ?

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  3 роки тому

      Hi Munzeen
      This is a really common emotional scenario and many women can feel like this at some point through the menopause. You may find the Herb Maca can help with this as it is known to ease anxiety, low mood, fatigue- I recommend a liquid one from a company called Health Aid.
      I would also add in some magnesium as this is known to help with palpitations.

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  4 роки тому +1

      Blood levels can look fine but some people do need more than others which could be due to metabolism, physiology or digestion. Why not try a supplement for a month to see how you get on; magnesium tends to work quite quickly so you would know by then whether it would be of benefit or not.

      Hi Helen
      In most cases you shouldn't need iron after periods have stopped but, if you are vegetarian or vegan you may be more prone to anaemia. If you're worried then it is best to ask your doctor for an iron test to see if you still have to take it.
      Best Wishes

    Dairy products are not good because they are very acid and so the body, in order to keep its PH balance , takes calcium from bonnes, teeth , to keep the good PH balance. So on the contrary, it encouragés osteoporosis !!!
