All of a sudden I've been feeling all sorts of aches and pains, and just really off. It just did not occur to me that they were menopause related. Now I know, and I know how to manage them. May God bless you abundantly. Thank you so so so much for your lovely work!!!
Eileen, thank you so much for all your videos. I love how you explain things so simply, with just enough scientific info (lol.) I have noticed changes in my body, and know that it is essential that I really start taking care of myself. You know what it's like for us women. I watch your videos and they are very informative .i did a hysterectomy 5yrs ago (2016) only my uterus was removed. Hi Sharmaine Great to hear that you find the videos informative, thank you! You may find a Sea Buckthorn Oil capsule can help with the breathlessness and just check that you are drinking enough plain water every day as dehydration can contribute to all your symptoms. Do also get your blood pressure checked by your doctor or pharmacist as low BP could cause dizziness and vertigo. Best Wishes Eileen
I love your kindness and calmess. Are you a medical doctor? Dried fruits have lot of sugar. So we should only eat little? I love dates. Can i just eat 2 mejol dates before bed although i do not want to have diabetes?
Thank you for your kind comments! Yes, a very small portion of dried fruit is fine now and again. They do contain lots of magnesium and calcium which is very good for you. It is known that the composition of mejool dates means that the sugar is released very slowly compared to other dried fruits so a couple before bed would be great for keeping blood sugars balanced in the night. Best Wishes Eileen
You haven't mentioned meat what type. I eat beef and chicken eggs, nuts and seeds. I think I may be a bit dehydrated as some night sleep less than others. Sleep never great. Thanks for your great advice.
Generally avoid processed meat and focus on organic, grass fed meat to reduce their impact on your hormones. Eggs, nuts and seeds are great too. If you think you are dehydrated you may want to try calculating how much water you need for your body. Multiply your body weight in kg by 0.033 to get a baseline of how much water your body needs each day. If you drink coffee, black tea or alcohol, or exercise to the point of sweating, you need to add more water again. For sleep you can try our Dormeasan drops - www.avogel.co.uk/herbal-remedies/valerian-hops-dormeasan/ I hope this helps!
