In a rental and this 2020 Charger has been giving me problems for the last few days. I am taking it back and getting something else. Never had problems with a key fob before. Maybe it's the battery but not .y problem to figure out

Thanks for this video. Helped me today with my 2013 Dodge Charger (police model). Was able to get into the car, start it and go buy some new batteries for both the key fobs.

Hello Hello! Having issues with my 2015 Dodge Journey 2015 SE for the past few weeks. Randomly the error comes keys not detected/press the brake pedal and it wont start. tried all the solutions I could find on the internet. My mechanic also can't understand the issues, he says the car is fine mechanically. I got a remote starter installed 3 months back, everything was working fine till now. What can be the possible issues? Is there a conflict with the car and the remote starter signal, etc? thank you for your help

There's so many to choose from. I would suggest searching for Exaust Addicks here on UA-cam. They have several videos on V6 exaust upgrades so you can hear how they sound.

My old 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee had that type of Key Fob as well. My 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe I am not sure, I'll have to check. Great video fam.

Maybe. Check the inside of the fob to make sure there's no moisture or no loose connections.
Hey brother appreciate it but took it to a locksmith he did diagnostic on the fob said it was not showing up as I believe crypto or whatever that means so I ordered another online to get paired

Is there anyway to disable the auto-unlock / presence sensor (where you just walk to the car and it unlocks) but still keep the remote working for force un/lock and remote engine-start?
Edit: seems there's a Uconnect setting under "doors and locks" and can set the Auto-unlock/ presence/ "easy entry" to turn on or off. That sounds exactly like what I'm looking for.
Not that I know of. You may want to contact Dodge to see.
@@OfficialKeithInTexas looked into the Owner manual and, yes: U connect Setting > Doors and Locks > Passive Entry > On/Off.
Definitely better than my plan to basically install a Killswitch under the "Blank Space" on the key fob, lol. Will have to try that out when my order finally comes in.

If all else fails call a car locksmith to make a copy of a new key it'll probably cost $305-$400 at best.
I would suggest ordering a key fob from Amazon for about 20 bucks. Take it to the dealer and let them program it for around 80-90 bucks. Most CDJR dealers will cut the key for that same price.

I have a key in my fob but my doors has no key access. Do not know why there is a key. But thank you for showing me this anyway.
Most of the time there is a key hole under the door handle. Pop off the plastic cover and most likely there's a key hole
Hi there, on mine the alarm goes of when unlocking the door.
Try disconnecting your battery and then connect it back to see if that helps

If it still doesn't start, that a whole other issue and you will want to get it looked at by your local Dodge dealer
we took the motherboard out of the key fob and pressed the motherboard to the start button and it worked
I changed the battery already it doesn’t start or lock my car yet
That's odd. Do the lights come on?
Oh wait....touch the top of the key fob to the start button. Once it stats, wait a few moments, turn the car off and lock it and then try to start it from the key fob again.

I think it just boils down to the salesperson. Some will spend 2 hours with you, like they did me, and others are just trying to push you out as soon as they make the sale.

I use the key to manually open my door and my alarm went off smhh
You should get that looked at by Dodge. The purpose of the key is to access the car should the fob go bad.

If the physical key is not unlocking your car, you may want to contact Dodge.

My dodge keyfob is letting me get in the car and even push start is working. But keys on remote and working. Even replaced batteries.
