【Chef Ochiai】 Excellent! I made cream pasta with smoked salmon and spinach

I made cream pasta with smoked salmon and spinach based on Chef Tsutomu Ochiai's recipe. The ingredients and quantities are slightly different, but it was really very tasty.
■Ingredients (for 2 servings)
200g pasta
80g smoked salmon
30g spinach
5g butter
200ml fresh cream
25g parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Olive oil
■Directions
1. cut the smoked salmon
2. Put butter and olive oil in a frying pan.
3. Add the smoked salmon and spinach and saute them.
4. Add cream, reduce to a simmer and season with salt.
5. Turn off the heat, add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
