    1) Cold thermogenesis: reducing the temperature of the head in particular (dunking in cold water, ice buckets, cold showers directly on your head, etc) is so good for the vagus nerve, the cranial nerves and the mammalian dive reflex, stress response, blood brain barrier, nervous system repair and recovery. All this is great for improving the symptoms of poor mental health
