Hi, whenever I go heavy in back workout specifically barbell rowing, my forearm gets fatigue in first few reps even though my back still has potential to do few more reps. Based on your experience could you please suggest some tips on this.
Bro have you tried doing barbell rows wearing lifting straps ?
use straps, and a overhand grip

why chest plus biceps why not chest +triceps please explain,
kyuki jis din aap chest karenge us din triceps train honge hi, or fir aap next day back krenge to again apko triceps karoge to ye kya 4 bar train nahi ho gya week me arms if aap chest and back har 3rd day kro yane week me 2 times train kro to total 4 bar triceps and 4 bar biceps train hongi week me which is not good for natural and comman people. (they can't eat like pro, can't recover like pro with pde)

That was a good combination of machine fly and flat bench press. Cable Flys were also amazing. I generally train big muscle alone and small muscle groups in combination like biceps and triceps. Like the variation. Gotta try that in next week.
