    In my arms workout,i do:
    1)db curls(arms side of body)
    2)hammer curls(brachialis)
    3)incline bench curls(arms behind body)
    4)spider curls(arms front of body)

      Amazing…..i recently started spider and incline curls after i saw jeet selal’s bicep exercises ranked worst to best video….in addition to that…i also perform dumbbell curls, barbell curls, hammer curls, reverse curls….i stopped pre-chair curls, cable curls bcz i feel replacing them with spider and incline curls is better

    My left arm is weaker I guess. They don’t contract the way my right arm bicep muscles do. They aren’t that much developed i think. They aren’t growing as well and I don’t feel the pump even after doing the same number of repetitions as my right arm. Also i am hitting the failure quicker in my left arm. Please advice.

      Do left hand first and continue the same reps on right hand too.this will solve the problem.but be consistent
