It's not jus a transformation but his fight with himself. Anyone who has slip disc problem can completly relate this.
I too suffer from slip disc and there are many exercises which i cannot do.
Even after taking utmost care i sufffer severe backache almost 6-7 times in a year. There is nothing much you can do execpt for the body to heal and get relief from the pain.
But you start again , thats what is in your hand.
