Probably the best gift by any actor for his fan. One thing that I admire about Hrithik Roshan is that he has always spoken about his vulnerabilities and how he overcome it. It's not jus a transformation but his fight with himself. On a random day of lockdown, I was sitting at home and HR dropped this video. Casually started watching it just like other videos but poor did I know that this video is going to change my life! Hrithik the man who’s considered to be a Greek God, who has beauty standards so high that not only women but more than them the men admire him, are crazy for such physique. Seeing such man in his worst state was a shock to an entire community. Him struggling to do things which used to be a cake walk for him once was painful to watch. But as always he’s been doing, he didn’t run away from doing the hardwork despite the pain in his body. Every word he spoke in this video was so deep and meaningful as it came out of his real life experience. And that inspired hella lot to me. The thought hit me that if HR can then why I can’t? That day I decided to workout consistently and get rid of the fat that had possessed my body since decades. This video worked like a pre-workout for me and I was manifesting me losing the excess weight and having a fit body. And I lost 30kgs in a span of 6 months. As Hrithik said “once you know the address, you can go there whenever you want”, losing weight became that simple for me. HR really inspired me with this and I’m forever grateful to him for this! Wait, the story doesn’t end here. Once the Corona thing was over and world started getting normal, my life became very unpredictable as I was travelling across places on work, assignments, projects, deadlines and some personal issues as well. Gradually I started gaining weight and came back all over to the zero again. Having no faith, regretting my decisions, carrying the burden of my past and what not. Today i.e., 26/11/24, suddenly I got a thought that I should watch this video which I did. And believe me this has the same impact like the first time I’ve watched it. Even HR did go through the same and it was not the first time he did the transformation. Which has inspired me again and I’m gonna Reset • Restart • Refocus, and this time I’ll be more cautious, learning from my previous mistakes. So yeah, I came here to comment this. I’m gonna start my journey now, let’s meet under the same comment after six months. Wish me luck!

This video really inspired me alot. As I had decided 9 month back to get fit. I was terribly in bad shape and was suffering from heavy obesity. I started at 97kg and now I am 78. Now my training shifted from getting fit to getting six pack and muscle building.
@@symwrite You need to take care of your intake along with daily exercise. Make sure you should be in calorie deficit. Atleast run or walk for 2-3 km per day. Except Sunday as you can take rest on this day.

I was never a fan of of HRX movies. But after watching this, I am starting to admire him. That goes to show even a movie star who is not only known for his good physique and talent, he was once down at his lowest point in life. When he revealed that he was out of shape, he shows us that he was a typical human just like everybody else. Not to mention, he is having slip disc and physically troubled at that time and he didn’t give up. So much pain during the training.

In my opinion, it was more realistic than most other celebrity transformations. You can clearly see a lot of muscle under the fat even when he starts out, he just had to overcome his injuries (no small task btw) and get proper conditioning to lose fat.

I was never a fan of of HRX movies. But after watching this, I am starting to admire him. That goes to show even a movie star who is not only known for his good physique and talent, he was once down at his lowest point in life. When he revealed that he was out of shape, he shows us that he was a typical human just like everybody else. Not to mention, he is having slip disc and physically troubled at that time and he didn’t give up. So much pain during the training.
Out of shape? He actually wasn't out of shape bro, all he needed was to burn the fat whereas in case of a newbie, he has to burn the fat and gain muscle mass. It's not the same bro. Not to mention that those who are a regular at gym and maintain good physique can regain the same good old body even after being out of shape for a long time.

In my opinion, it was more realistic than most other celebrity transformations. You can clearly see a lot of muscle under the fat even when he starts out, he just had to overcome his injuries (no small task btw) and get proper conditioning to lose fat.
I have had slipped discs.. and the pain is just one of a kind. There's no place, position or exercise that can relieve the stress on your lower back
