If you can give Manectric an evolution here... please, I *BEG* you to give Mawile one. Before Mawile got a Mega Evolution, I wanted it to get an evolution. And now it can't due to a Mega Evolution, but like you said, GAME FREAK can always break their own "rules" since they wanna avoid bringing Megas back, a gimmick fans really want to see brought back - Duraludon is getting an evolution despite having a Gigantamax form. But to be fair, Pokémon that can still evolve did receive their own Gigantamax forms.
Hey Hoops! Loved the electrik/manectric concept and thought about it a little bit! It got to me that adressing de conductivity theme of the steel type, it can actually be named voltsilver (an awsome conductor). Supercharged then clicked to be more of a sharp boost in speed only, considering the possibility of this pokemon to be slower but more Atk/Def oriented for a balancing effect. Love your content man!!! Been following since recently.
I had an old nordic region where I made a Dewgong evolution. To continue the trend of the pokemon's name being pronounced like the animal, I named it Knarrwhal. It was a viking ship pokemon because a Knarr was a type of longship.
If this series continues I would love next evolutions for Arcanine, Ninetails, Sandslash, and Houndoom please🙏 First of all, if I were to pick one of these 3 to be made a real pokemon, that's definitely Fosternum. I do think Marrowak needs and deserves a next evo and this one looks and sounds (based on the info you came up with) amazing. I love everything about Fosternum. Top notch fakemon right there that should be made canon👍 When I saw the Seel line would get a new evo in this video I smiled really big because I love Seel and Dewgong and yes they deserve a new evo. I didn't like any of the things you said about these pokemon though because I think their designs work because of their simplicity. And because of this is that I didn't like Narrora at all. Sorry. I just don't feel it. As for Voltanium. I don't care about Elecstrike and its evolution in the sense that I haven't played Emerald or any Gen 3 games (yet). But Voltanium looks awesome and I like it a lot. I think it works. To me Mega evolution isn't a next evolution but an upgrade to the already existing pokemon. So I think Voltanium makes sense as a third stage evo👏
Fosternum is a terrible name and makes no sense. Finding a random specific piece of bone like "Sternum" which refers to the breast bone is not continuing the generic bone line (Bone to marrow which is the inside of bone, next would be bone cells "Osteo". CueBone (Cute Bone) represents whole bone, Marrow in (Marrow and Whack) is the inside of the bone and named with it's ability to fight better with the bone "whacking" with it. The next line would be to go deeper and going to bone cells (Osteocytes) and the final form, should be the opposite of cute from Cubone ( something like Ferocious). A name like "Ferosteo" would make more sense as it is the opposite of Cubone, being ferocious, the name osteo part comes from the functional unit and core component of bone (Osteon) and as a whole sounds like a play on the word "Foster". Also it should look less bulky and "big" shouldn't look like a T Rex and for that reason why the original creators didn't want a Kenghiskhan looking evolution...Rather more solid and worn/battle hardened appearance as oppose to the smooth design of marrowak and only marginally bigger in size (like the size difference between cubone and marrowak) Given cuebone is round, marrowak is sleeker and slimmer, Ferosteo should be more aggressive and angular (since damaged bone thickens over time) The issue you have is instead of keeping the design simple like a natural evolution, you tend to over do it making ordinary Pokemon appear to have pseudolegendary/legendary appearances, which too many artists tend to do. All 3 designs are too much both in style and perceived size. There's no reason for Manectric's evolution to look like an alternate universes' Raikou. Keep it simple like the original designs. It's a theoretical evolution, not a mega evolution or legendary pokemon...
I made a split evolution to a regional cubone who would evolve into marowak or a new evolution. Maruler. A Dark/Ghost type Based on kings, titans. And the papa titan from the owl house.
All of these are super cool! Hard choice, but I would keep Narrora. I agree with the Seel line being super, super dull. They definitely need another evolution, and especially one that is as cool as Narrora. I love the other evos in this vid tho, super cool 💯
One of the last time’s you did one of these videos I asked if you could add evolution stones/methods for them to evolve. You did it in a later video and I still think it’s a really cool idea. Can you come up with more weird/funky evo ideas? I think they’re the best ones
No mi gusta on Fosternum. I like to think of Marrowak's bone shtick as like Shamanic, but you were more dinosaur with it. Also, I don't like its evolution method or new signature move you gave it. And that ability seems like it's basically just an automatic Revival Blessing combined with out-of-battle Soft-Boiled. I feel like making it automatic rather than having to spend a turn to use it might make it too potentially broken even with the drawback. I feel like those "use X move 20 times" evolutions only work for early-route Pokémon that you'd catch and use while you were still trying to get into the groove of building your party, not so late in the game that you most likely already have a surplus of full party. I prefer the idea of it becoming ground/psychic type named Oseusham (osseous sham, as in the kind of tissue bones are made of and shaman) and gains new signature move "Skull Qigong", a Psychic-type move that... makes status-increasing moves used by your team doubly effective for 3 turns? Also, to fit with new emphasized Shaman theme, it should maybe have access to some of the following status moves: Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Baton Pass, Bestow,, Confide, Dragon Cheer, Entrainment?, Grass Whistle?, Haze, Heal Bell, Heal Pulse, Healing Wish?, Helping Hand, Life Dew, Lucky Chant, Mist, Misty Terrain?, Nature Power, Powder?, Psychic Terrain?, Purify?, Refresh?, Revival Blessing, Safeguard?, Dragon Dance, Feather Dance, Quiver Dance, Amnesia, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Mind Reader, Foresight, Miracle Eye, Meditate, Psych Up. Also maybe attacks like Ancient Power and Earth Power.
If only Fosternum was a thing... whether back then or as a cross-gen evolution. Had any revisit to Kanto been like ORAS where it acknowledges the regions that came after it, Agatha could've gotten that little extra representation for her team due to the painful lack of Ghost-types that Kanto had.
@@zenvariety9383 Yeah. I'd really love for a game akin to BW2 where we revisit a familiar region after 2-or-more years with a new story and new stuff to do. Yeah, GSC/HGSS did that, but they were mainly Johto games.
Stat ideas Fosternum (Marowak could learn Guardian Spirit at Level 40) 100/110/120/50/90/55: 525 Narrora (Dewgong would now learn Aurora Beam at Level 45 instead of Dive, with Dive now being at Level 27) 100/70/90/90/125/70: 545 Voltanium (would 100% use this on my team) 80/75/70/125/60/135: 545
Let's go...Skullage or skulldrun skulloathe loathskull skloam !!!!!Numbskulll !!!!!!!😢 Breeding special ability would be raising its accuracy when you raise Stat or get a critical.
Fosternum looks so scary 😨 and awesome, Narrora looks so beautiful & graceful, & Voltanium looks Beastly & Shocking. I would pick Narrora because she is beautiful. For Part 7 do these: Ekans & Arbok, Lickitung & Licklicky, & Koffing & Weezing.
I would change the most about Narrora. Change the name, type, and ability. Evolution would keep. This is what I got: Name: Aurowhal Type: Water/Ice Ability: Northern Lights. Description: Aurora Veil is activated upon switching out. All Fairy type attacks gain 1.25x power.
Fosternum = Badass Narrrora = Elegant Voltanium = Dope But out of all 3, I'll definitely choose Fosternum. It looks like it could be a Pseudo legendary, heck it's even better than Nidoking and Tyranitar. No wait wait... not "it looks like",... "IT IS" a Pseudo legendary !
I know this is an older video, but I would still love to comment. As much as I am a Fairy type trainer, I'm just as much a Ghost type trainer LOL. That being said Fosternum is WAY more fleshed out. One of the biggest things I love about Ghost and Fairy type pokemon is that their are oozing with lore much like their real-life counterparts with Yokai/Urban Legends and Fairy Tales/Sylvan (Fae) Lore respectivly. You nailed it pretty well with Fosternum giving a reason for it to exist as not a Ghost or Spirit but a medium that calls upon the great beyond. Hell, lets be honest, its even a Necromancer, with its abillity. Which is an RPG trope Game Freak as really yet to touch up. The internal lore behind Cubone, the RPG nercomancer aesthetic, and even touching upon real life Mediums, really bring Frosternum to life (no pun intended).
Went for a Ground/Fighting type for Marowak. Think of Skaarl from Gears or War 2, but with Marowak like features. Uses the bone as a staff/spear, flips about with perfection, protector of cubone/Marowak. I'm going to call it Ostearch (os tee arch) for King of the Bones. Evolved by levelling up Marowak with a sacred bone item found by defeating wild Marowak (v rare) and Ostearchs (less rare) and one hidden item in an unrelated location
My vote goes to Fosternum. Cubone and Marowak should have their due. Plus, Fosternum could learn Ghost moves like Shadow Sneak, Shadow Punch, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw and Destiny Bond.
The beta evolution for Marowak actually *DISPROVES* the Cubone and Kangaskhan theory, because Kangaskhan was already present in the game long before Marowak's cut evolution - KAngaskhan is one of the very earliest designs from back when it was still being called 'Capumon' internally.
Male cubone/ marowak Evo to fosternum. Females go to kangaskan. I Love Narrora! Water /ice type with the previous mention "steelworker" but for fairy type.
Cubone and Marowak should have always been ground fighting type. Ground and ghost is cool but it’s just not ghost enough to be ghost type. But it’s ALWAYS been perfect for ground fighting. Fosternum is a rad design tho
My love of Marowak makes me want to say the Marowak evo... stay loyal to my favorite Kanto ground-type.... but the Fairy Trainer in my.... wants that Dewgong evo...
Finally someone using the proper term , 2 stages. People keep saying 3 stages but I’m confused? Where’s the 3rd evolution? Cause I see BASE, first evolution and final , if you do math that’s TWO.

Fire Kirby breaths fire. just like how Jigglypuff uses Flamethrower. and when a pokemon uses Blizzard, they often breath/blow it out their mouths. much like how Kirby does with the Ice Ability. and Jigglypuff can learn Thunder which in japan the move is called Lightning. and this move in gameplay, often has lightning send down. Much like how Kirby uses Lightning Strike with the Spark Ability. And in the Anime, the the way pokemon use the Fighting-type move Focus Blast is similar to the way Fighter Kirby uses Force Blast. Focus Blast is a move Wigglytuff can learn.
12. Kirby does adorible faces seen in game. similarly Jigglypuff uses Charm.
13. Kirby's mix ability gives him a random ability
So if you gave Clefable an 4th evolution with Cleforbi, you might as well give one to Wigglytuff. and Make it round like you did with Azurmarill with Mottomaril
A Narwhal and a Walrus? Let's name it Narwal! ... oh wait
Definitely keep Narrora. The others are great, but Dewgong desperately needs something to make it worthwhile. Plus fairy type is my favourite type 😁
What if Pokemon that evolved twice....evolved once?
So it turns from a seal into a whale? Uhh.. Ok?
Mega manetric with eviolite would go crazy
These are so much better than 92% of SV mons.
Thanks so much!! I like your ideas!
fosternum kinda looks like tyranitar
I had an old nordic region where I made a Dewgong evolution. To continue the trend of the pokemon's name being pronounced like the animal, I named it Knarrwhal. It was a viking ship pokemon because a Knarr was a type of longship.
If this series continues I would love next evolutions for Arcanine, Ninetails, Sandslash, and Houndoom please🙏
First of all, if I were to pick one of these 3 to be made a real pokemon, that's definitely Fosternum. I do think Marrowak needs and deserves a next evo and this one looks and sounds (based on the info you came up with) amazing. I love everything about Fosternum. Top notch fakemon right there that should be made canon👍
When I saw the Seel line would get a new evo in this video I smiled really big because I love Seel and Dewgong and yes they deserve a new evo.
Holy hell that Cubone final evo is sick!
Also it should look less bulky and "big" shouldn't look like a T Rex and for that reason why the original creators didn't want a Kenghiskhan looking evolution...Rather more solid and worn/battle hardened appearance as oppose to the smooth design of marrowak and only marginally bigger in size (like the size difference between cubone and marrowak) Given cuebone is round, marrowak is sleeker and slimmer, Ferosteo should be more aggressive and angular (since damaged bone thickens over time)
The issue you have is instead of keeping the design simple like a natural evolution, you tend to over do it making ordinary Pokemon appear to have pseudolegendary/legendary appearances, which too many artists tend to do. All 3 designs are too much both in style and perceived size.
There's no reason for Manectric's evolution to look like an alternate universes' Raikou.
Keep it simple like the original designs. It's a theoretical evolution, not a mega evolution or legendary pokemon...
I feel like leveling up while in Lavender Tower/any other pokemon cemetery is a decent alternative for fosternum’s evo method.
great video and series! i'd love to see breloom and shroomish (breloom is my favorite Pokémon haha)
Seaking needs a desperate redesign
I made a split evolution to a regional cubone who would evolve into marowak or a new evolution. Maruler. A Dark/Ghost type Based on kings, titans. And the papa titan from the owl house.
All of these are super cool! Hard choice, but I would keep Narrora. I agree with the Seel line being super, super dull. They definitely need another evolution, and especially one that is as cool as Narrora. I love the other evos in this vid tho, super cool 💯
I would definitely use Narrora especially after the huge letdown that the Dewgong I used in Let's Go Pikachu was.
One of the last time’s you did one of these videos I asked if you could add evolution stones/methods for them to evolve. You did it in a later video and I still think it’s a really cool idea. Can you come up with more weird/funky evo ideas? I think they’re the best ones
11:42 high quality creations
Fosternum for sure. It's a great design and typing, and the lore is like a happy ending for the Cubone line
I kid you not when I say Fosternum would easily become one of my favorite Pokémon fast if it were real
I think only a game featuring a futuristic Kanto would do so.
@@zenvariety9383 Yeah. I'd really love for a game akin to BW2 where we revisit a familiar region after 2-or-more years with a new story and new stuff to do.
Yeah, GSC/HGSS did that, but they were mainly Johto games.
Stat ideas
Fosternum (Marowak could learn Guardian Spirit at Level 40)
100/110/120/50/90/55: 525
Narrora (Dewgong would now learn Aurora Beam at Level 45 instead of Dive, with Dive now being at Level 27)
100/70/90/90/125/70: 545
Voltanium (would 100% use this on my team)
80/75/70/125/60/135: 545
Fosternum no doubt, but Im biased cause Cubone is literally my fave of all time
Let's go...Skullage or skulldrun skulloathe loathskull skloam
!!!!!Numbskulll !!!!!!!😢 Breeding special ability would be raising its accuracy when you raise Stat or get a critical.
This is what I got:
Name: Aurowhal
Type: Water/Ice
Ability: Northern Lights.
Description: Aurora Veil is activated upon switching out. All Fairy type attacks gain 1.25x power.
Fosternum = Badass
Narrrora = Elegant
Voltanium = Dope
But out of all 3, I'll definitely choose Fosternum.
I used to grab Manectric as part of my team in Ruby and Sapphire a lot. Always thought it was cool looking electric type.
