I'm a Physiotherapist myself and have watched this series of 5 days knee program. And I must say that the exercises designed by Dr. Rohini and demonstrated by Saurabh sir are all very scientifically sound and precise, targeting all the muscles required for optimal functioning of the knee joint and other supporting muscles. Most importantly, I would like to mention that the exercises taught each day were mostly not repeating. Hence, it doesn't make the session monotonous and boring. Well-done Team Habuild 👏

I suffer with knee pain for the last 23 years. I have seen many physiotherapists for exercises in between. I saw the doctors they always give pain killers. I use Ayurvedic oil and massages. I apply heat therapy to both knees. I still get pain on and off. My main aim of joining yoga with Saurabh because I like the way he teaches and his smile always takes my pain away. I only joined few days ago when the free classes were going on and I enjoyed. I will let you all know how much I got the benefit by the end of my three months Saurabh you are doing good work and keep helping people like me. I am 72 years old and suffer with osteoarthritis on both knees and shoulders. Thank you very much

I am regularly doing yoga with habuild, regarding knee care program it has helped me a lot because I had severe pain in left knee, but doing daily it has reduced now onwards I will practice the exercise you taught in 5 days program. Thank you sir 🎉

Amazing exercises
My entire body is still stiff inspite of 160 daya yoga. Can not fold my legs for butterfly.Any more exercises I have to do so I can do yoga easily .😊
