I always say this to everyone that after starting aerobics, i became so confident, not only that but my concentration, ability and willpower also increase to the next level. I performed extremely well in my studies also at the age of 39. Specially in those subjects in which I was not so well in my college. Just purely because of aerobics.
1. Learn new things ( Anything like dance, mandala, cooking ) Also try to teach these skills to others. 2. Arobics - cardio, cycling, walking. Heart health and mental Health increases. Focus increases. Happy harmones increases. 3. Cross lateral movements - cross clapping, do some difficult variations. Mantra chanting.
When I was a little girl we did those cross later hand clapping all the time with each other…we would rhyme while clapping….One was “Miss Mary Mack,Mack,Mack, all dressed in black,black ,black…We would start out slow, then speed up until we tire out…also played hopscotch, jump rope, many innocent games, that we did not realize were good for our brains.

Don't call yourself old retired. You're a senior citizen with experience. You can share your experience and help to needy students . Even you can teach harmonium playing. Explore yourself when there is wish you will definitely get the way.
I am 76 years baby n I am doing Pathanjali yoga except Surya namaskar, n many Pranayamas, Mudra yoga n pyramid meditation. But now a days I am forgetting proper nowns . Also I feel loss of memory started.. Let ur Yoga camp heal my problem sir. Tyu. ❤
I'm 77+ . After retiring in 2005 , continued teaching Mathematics and Science to school children till today. It keeps me mentally fit . I purposely take special tuitions personal tuitions and keep changing teaching methods to suit the child.

Namaste I had a fall last year at age 72.Neorologist said that my brain was hurt.I'm much better now but my memory of old times is good yet recent memories not so good. I don't remember names of movies ,actors .Used to do a lot of crochet but have to learn all over again. Hope you can help .Did your 21 day yoga. Thank you from South Africa 🙏🕉

Its very important vedio for everybody apart from my job from childhood I am singer, singing is my passion now I am trying to learn dance and I have already joined dance class its new things to me to learn new steps every weekend and I will try to cross clap.
