My mom makes Every Thing at home 😂😂😂 As a Child, I was making fun of her but Now, as soon to be a mother myself 😅 I started respecting her even more ❤ She made Mix- Fruit Jam at home, Tomato sauce, Butter spread, Masala Oats, Corn- Flakes, Bournvita like choco- drink powder with lots of nuts, Soup- mix and even Instant ramen mix which tastes just like Maggi, she is working with another one tasting like yippi 😂😂😂 Maa tuze salaam 🙏🏻❤️😅
Likewise. So proud to have sprouts and fresh fruits in my breakfast. Never got addicted to maggi, packaged food, biscuits, chips, cookies, cold drinks, packed juices, cornflakes, nutella etc. Quit refined sugar long back and made jaggery my bestie. I was never overweight but I made these lifestyle choices to be fitter, younger and more agile. Also, once in a blue moon, i relish golgappa so yes, I am not living a boring life. Also, in the name of snacking and binge eating, I eat makhana, bhuna chana, laiyya and home made mewa laddoo. Thanks to my dietician/nutritionist sister for educating us. I also enjoy nariyal pani often.
I am from Eastern Europe and what you are showing as "bread", I believe we would call it a "toast" and the association in my mind would be with American-style toasts. We rarely eat this kind of bread. The real bread should be bought in the bakery, freshly made and (like you said) with just 4 or 5 ingredients. We often add some seeds and grains into it.And when it's brown, the colour is made by using wholemeal flour. I believe this kind of bread is quite nutritious and it keeps me full for hours (whereas after eating the "toast" I'm hungry again quite quickly). Thanks for all your advice!

I bake my own bread. Recently My friend ( Grocery shop owner ) told me that ur Daughter is eating bread daily but the bread has harsh chemicals in it. One day I made a bread. It was so easy & tasty that I now don’t buy bread anymore. I bought a stand mixer to make the task easier. Bread making is much easier than making roti. The only problem is it takes around 4-5 hours as waiting time to make full bread. I make it once or sometimes twice a week. Sunday is my bread making day

It's simple and tasty breakfast. Sometimes i consume drinks of ragi etc.. and repeats it
Real traditional European bread has natural sourdough instead of commercial yeast. Makes a lot of difference, when it comes to making all the nutrients available.

It depends. Normally sane people do not eat kachori, samosa etc as daily breakfast. It's once in a while thing. Or ones who are working in the field or traveling and want to grab some quick meal that keeps them full longer while running for another appointment or the like. When traveling, fried food may be safer choice than raw food.

I used to have Kellogg's corn flakes almost everyday since I started going to school. At 40, I have become obese and I have switched to oats. I think you should make a video on chocolate bars. e.g. Indian chocolates are rubbish! Take an Indian Kitkat for example. It contains only a little bit of real chocolate and the rest is palm oil. Take a British Kitkat and it tastes like actual chcocolate. And, a Belgian or Swiss Kitkat is pure heaven.

For last one month, I have been eating breakfast at 8 am. A night early I soak about 10-15 gram each of brown chana, kabuli chana, moth, moong dal, few groundnuts. To it I add soaked 3 almonds & 2 walnuts. I feel full for 4 hr. No oil, no salt. No guilt
Those who don't have time for breakfast can replace with fruit bowl or fresh juice without white sugar or by consuming(previous day soaked )nuts juice.I am having this for almost 3 years and feeling light and healthy.But I have my balanced meal lunch before 12.30pm mostly

hi its a common practice in north india to use mustard oil for making vegetable sabji that has been used once for deep frying. is it safe to use it in sabji making or should you throw away the oil.

Why not go for soaking rolled oats overnight in curd and give it a tadka in the morning or soak them in milk and add cinnamon/ elaichi powder & nuts to it? Even Ragi porridge is really easy and quick to make! We were eating healthy and living an even healthier lifestyle but we are getting influenced by the worst things from the West! We started to substitute milk bread to millet bread made with Jagarry and no fruit based jam replaced with whole fruit.
I eat daily jowar rotti and millets and ragi java and fruits ❤️❤️❤️ in my break fast

For last one month, I have been eating breakfast at 8 am. A night early I soak about 10-15 gram each of brown chana, kabuli chana, moth, moong dal, few groundnuts. To it I add soaked 3 almonds & 2 walnuts. I feel full for 4 hr. No oil, no salt. No guilt
waa at the end of no series that no guilt...super...!!
Those who don't have time for breakfast can replace with fruit bowl or fresh juice without white sugar or by consuming(previous day soaked )nuts juice.I am having this for almost 3 years and feeling light and healthy.But I have my balanced meal lunch before 12.30pm mostly
