ISFP's are my favorite sensors. I am currently watching my ISFP's feed of their first solo trip out of the county. I admire how they can still actually engage with the world while going with the flow. Like they decide 30 minutes beforehand to make an activity happen yet manages to swing it and see alot of additional cool stuff with this mindset. In HS it looked liked exploring shops and gathering.
One of my best friends is Isfp, we kinda fill each others gaps sometimes, or it feels like it at least - she talks more about feelings and gets me to reflect and stuff, and I help to push her to make and achieve her goals 😁 It's kinda nice and refreshing being with her 👍
Great video as always ! INTJ ISFP we are so similar, same functions, same values, same "language," same calm, same loop, both introverts. We connect naturally I think. Like INTJ, they seems do their own thing in their own way, and bother no one, until they really need help. They seems really private, like the INTJ. Just ISFP seems complain more (but not as much as others types) I noticed with the ISFP girls : the clothes, shoes and bag always matched. They got the harmony, they are the piece of art. ISFP = INTJ with better Se & Fi ? When I was adolescent, I was friend with an ISFP girl (we just did athletics together, we weren't in the same school). Her parents wanted a friend of her to come with them in vacations for 1 month (so their daughter wouldn't be alone), they asked to me, and surely preferred me, because her other friends always caused her problems I think.
I'm a very difficult person to live with. I've been married to an ISFP for over 8 years now, and if it were any other personality type, I'm sure I wouldn't have lasted this long. - INTJ
“I know ISFP love us I just don’t know if they like us” man you just told us we have natural swagger. On a serious note, I think the INTJ has a retired celebrity vibe. Y’all seem like veterans in whatever team your apart of despite the time you’ve spent in it and don’t care as much for the credit. A keep eye for detail and possible future mishaps that you then use to avoid risk and keep the project steadily moving forward. It’s impressive and Ik you know that because you can see our eyes light up when we watch y’all work.
'retired celebrity vibe', love that, and always nice to hear appreciation for our work! I do recognize the 'eyes light up' moment that you mentioned, it's the moment where ya'll just let us cook because we've earned your trust and it's nice to notice as an INTJ because it's usually efficiency for all and not just for us 😁
My mother and younger brother are ISFPs and Im a INTJ I really love my ISFP motherand brother. And, my mother knows everything about me, what I think and what I want to do. Some of ISFPs are smart, they know what people think. But, I don't like their "live in the moment" mentality.
It sounds like a great family to be raised around! I've learned to appreciate the 'live in the moment' mentality because I rarely ever do that and sometimes, it really does feel nice to not worry about the future 😄
Nice video! I have been being close to a few xSFPs and I like it a lot, so amazing to see the same cognitive functions on play sometimes so similar and others so opposite, but always on same language. My best colleagues both in school and work are isfp and the talks we have are always so good, we have the very same twisted sense of humor hahahaha
The few ISFPs that I'm close to are the only people that understand my humor...or at least they genuinely laugh at my jokes even if they don't understand it 😂
@justcallmejon22 it's cause intjs (especially male ones) often use humor and jokes as metaphors to express twisted, socially unacceptable and outrageous sexual thoughts that they are too uncomfortable to express directly, and ISFPs are probably the only type that is quite as perverted as us/open to perverted and abnormal sex just like we are
Finally, the video I've been longing for 😁 Nice content as always Thank you for the compliments for us ISFPs 🙏 About "I know that they love me but I can't tell whether they like me" Well , I will try to explain that point Young ISFPs usually don't dig deep inside theirselves or in other words they struggle to understand what is really meaningful for them so they can confuse between actually liking someone or just enjoying their company That's happened to me as well I considered someone as best friend for years but later on I found out we really didn't have much in common and our friendship wasn't as deep as I thought it was although she is a good person Now that I developed Ni alittle bit , I'm better at figuring out the purpose of my friendships ( atleast I hope so ) As for not showing if we get offended I guess maybe we don't wanna come across as sensitive or emotional people even when we are but we are not gonna give the benefit of doubt 😂 not today I mean it's kinda a private part to us so we usually don't like to show it except if it's necessary , otherwise we just keep it to ourselves Or maybe it just feels awkward and we don't wanna make the other person feel uncomfortable But when we develop Te it helps us express our feelings in a more reasonable way which makes it easier to tell the other person if we are offended because it will be less awkward and we will do it for the sake of growing in the relationship Oh and the blank stare that we give when you talk I will tell you a secret about us Sometimes we don't understand what you said but we will pretend to understand to not be seen as naive because we have Te inferior and it's source of our insecurities I do that alot in my lectures in college and I know it's wrong but I'm working on it (sometimes the prof captures me and make me admit that I didn't understand what he just said and I feel anxious 😭 ) This is risky .. I feel like I exposed us now 😂
(Referring to last paragraph) As a graduated ISFP who has been through that, please accept that sometimes we're dumb and that's ok! It means we miss some information as Jon said and we need to learn more. ISFP have to do a lot of Se to do Te better. The trick is to take your learning time as experience (Se task). You're being laughed at? Take that as experience and information (Se), not as judgment/threat to your Te. You'll be surprised at how much information you can gather and how much fun you can have once you own up that insecurity. The fact that your prof caught you lying means they care more about your understanding of the subject itself, than to judge whether you're stupid or not. Even if they think you're dumb, so what? It's their job to teach you. Take your learning time wisely, remember that your goal there is to have better understanding of the subject, not to be seen as a smart person by other people. This also applies in real life too when you graduate. ✌️
Thank you for the explaination! I think you guys are great and I definitely feel like I've offended ISFPs and their intelligence before just by talking freely. I hope you guys understand that a lot of Thinkers care more about the truth than feelings so if it sounds like we're trying to make you feel dumb, it's more that we want you to know the truth ✊

I think I saw your comment about needing some time to make video about ISFP, if I'm not mistaken? Ngl I kinda expect that you'll roast us, glad that I was really wrong 🙃👌 One of my best & most memorable teacher is (allegedly) an INTJ. She has her own unique method & system to teach math, which is way harder than other's and a lot of my friends hate those lol, but actually my score & my understanding improved so much. It's impressive because I always struggled with math to the point where I was convinced that I was bad at it, but her way of teaching proved me wrong ❤️ And she has that stereotypical-INTJ-vibes; cold, scary, serious and hard to approach. Until one time I caught her doing something very heartwarming (that I can't share here), that made me think "how can she be this scary yet very warm-hearted at the same time???" I dont know if this always applies to all INTJ, but it's always interesting to see that layer unfolds and challenged my view of them hehe
It's funny to hear that you automatically thought I was going to say something negative, I honestly was just at a loss for words. It's difficult to describe a relationship when it feels one-sided, although I know it's not, it just makes it more difficult to explain. I'm happy to hear that you had a positive INTJ experience early in your life! We really aren't robots and truly want the best for the world and it sounds like she left an everlasting impression on you 🙂
There's a lass at work I'm pretty sure is ISFP (was very obvious) and it's interesting how we seem to get along but I can't for the life of me think of conversation topics and I do get that "Does this person actually like me? If so, why?" feeling a lot. But I was very surprised that they apparently got annoyed when they heard about things my manager did (like asking me to come in extra days to perform tasks they supposedly needed someone in for... but not checking the dates and wasting my time), and noticing them wince a little when I'd tell them stuff along those lines. Though I really struggle when they tell me to do sensory things and my brain just goes blank because I don't know why I'm doing it or what they're trying to accomplish so I can understand what I'm doing to help them.
Your point about thinking of a conversation topic is so true because they're just not as responsive as other types. I wouldn't say that they understand us INTJs per say but I do believe that they respect us hence why they get annoyed for us 😅
@@justcallmejon22 Yeah, I compare this to an INFJ I know and see every few weeks where conversation is completely effortless and they even will bring up topics to me, but with this ISFP, there are moments where I'm available to socialise and in the mood to do so but nothing comes to mind because my areas of interest are so completely different, which is odd because we're not so different at our core (same functions after all, just entirely different order). It makes conversation both kinda pleasant because I think they're decent but also it's very awkward. Mainly I just end up giving them unwanted advice. xD
I know that INTJ and INFP are supposed to be perfect matches… However in my case I have found ISFPs to better match they are more grounded with reality. They help me as an INTJ be present in the moment and do adventurous things It’s true when INTJ trusts someone and likes them they will follow along but hard to earn it

About "I know that they love me but I can't tell whether they like me"
Well , I will try to explain that point
Young ISFPs usually don't dig deep inside theirselves or in other words they struggle to understand what is really meaningful for them so they can confuse between actually liking someone or just enjoying their company
That's happened to me as well
I considered someone as best friend for years but later on I found out we really didn't have much in common and our friendship wasn't as deep as I thought it was although she is a good person
Now that I developed Ni alittle bit , I'm better at figuring out the purpose of my friendships ( atleast I hope so )
As for not showing if we get offended
I guess maybe we don't wanna come across as sensitive or emotional people even when we are but we are not gonna give the benefit of doubt 😂 not today
I mean it's kinda a private part to us so we usually don't like to show it except if it's necessary , otherwise we just keep it to ourselves
Or maybe it just feels awkward and we don't wanna make the other person feel uncomfortable
But when we develop Te it helps us express our feelings in a more reasonable way which makes it easier to tell the other person if we are offended because it will be less awkward and we will do it for the sake of growing in the relationship
Oh and the blank stare that we give when you talk
I will tell you a secret about us
Sometimes we don't understand what you said but we will pretend to understand to not be seen as naive because we have Te inferior and it's source of our insecurities
I do that alot in my lectures in college and I know it's wrong but I'm working on it (sometimes the prof captures me and make me admit that I didn't understand what he just said and I feel anxious 😭 )
This is risky .. I feel like I exposed us now 😂
