I believe that I'm an INTJ, however it is possible that I'm mistyping myself. Judging by the movies mentioned in this video that I personally saw I do believe that a few people were mistyped. Dr House is not an INTJ in my opinion as he does not do what is necessary. I (if I'm an INTJ) have the imperative to do what is necessary whether I like it or not, so I will do what I consider to be right even if it is detrimental to me. You might argue that Gregory House is simply not a developed individual, however I believe this trait to be a part of the essence of my nature, so a basic thing for an INTJ whether developed or not. What I mean is the unwillingness of House to take responsibility for his actions and also his relationship with Cuddy where he clearly goes for the selfdestructive path. Also Walter White is not an INTJ in my opinion. The willingness of an INTJ to marry somebody like Skyler is a matter of a different discussion, as I would not engage with someone clearly harmful for me, but for the sake of telling a story we can assume that it is possible. However Walter clearly shows on several occasions that he wants to take credit for what he has done. His starting goal is to provide for his family which is totally relatable, however at some moment it changes to a desire to be "the man", what can be seen, for example, at the scene when he is talking to his child and saying that daddy has arranged something for you and showing the money hidden in the walls. He is indulging in self-admiration and that is not something an INTJ would indulge in at least without any self-irony involved as I believe. On the other hand Gus is the real INTJ I would say, he created a drug empire while staying under the radar, he is ok with serving the customers as a waiter while actually being the owner of a food chain, he is ok with going inside a place infested with cops as he knows they have nothing on him, he's even ok to orchestrate a murder in that place, because he planned it all out nicely, also he is willing to discard possible benefits from cooperation with people however luxurious these benefits might be if he thinks that they could harm the thing he has going on(although he succumbs to the temptation of Walter, even if it is for plot reasons). So to sum it up: House is invalid because he puts hedonistic desires above his own well being and above the thing that he wants to accomplish; White is invalid because he is looking for validation from other people to an extent that it affects the result of his actions. Also Lector from Silence of the Lambs is an INTJ I think, not Starling. I don't know Starlings type, but Lector, psychopath or not, should be an INTJ. If we consider the whole franchise, he cuts his arm off instead of harming Starling - would a psychopath do that? His loyalty(with a hint of sexual desire) for his aunt is undeniable and he is willing to break the law, the morals and whatever else for her. And the time when he killed and served as a meal the bad musician - he was rectifying something that was breaking the harmony of things, something that was wrong, I can relate to that.

Listen to your parents, even if you don't understand why they are forbidding you from things. Finding a roundabout to absolutely every boundary is at a certain age pretty dangerous and you may get a lot of habits that will harm your future self in a way you cannot see now, but your parents can.

This also can explain Se grip and some intjs have an addiction period because papa does anything that baby Se wants and there is no mama to put common sense. I am in that mama's out almost all my life because Ni can't really work well, my parents didn't let me do anything so baby Se was going nuts and then auntie Fi was yelling always about the situation

That's wonderful thing about us INTJ we are not afraid of death, we accepted it as inevitable and will happen any time. What I feared is too experience children die before us. I really don't like that experience. My life should be a shield to protect their future that they may also experience life, good or bad.

Also, in my experience, 99% of content I have seen about Schrodinger's Cat gets it wrong, so you are far from the only person to misinterpret it. When Schrodinger wrote about the cat, he didn't mean for it to be taken seriously as a concept. It was supposed to sound ridiculous because it was being used as a critique of the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics. Schrodinger is saying: if you believe the Copenhagen interpretation, you have to believe this ridiculous scenario about a cat being both alive and dead is true. It is a critique of that interpretation, not an endorsement of it.

INTJ here, my mum is ENFJ. It's challenging at times but I also find it funny just how much we help each other with Te/Fe. And we deeply connect through Ni. Also she's one of very few people who get to see my Fi and I think it often helps with communications, especially that i think me going more into Te communication style isn't all that well received. What I've, indeed, always found most difficult was her claiming to know everything and how I feel, also then accusing me for being dishonest for denying that. As much as it take's me time to process all emotions, I do often feel like she doesn't get everything right (oh well, unless she senses what I go through with characters that I'm writing and just takes that for my personal emotions, which is sth i didn't think of before...)

i had an experience with a roommate which i think was an isfj. i told her to not wash my fav wood cutting board because i have my own way of washing it so it won’t get moldy, but she ended up washing it still and said “well its there so i just help you wash it, i was just trying to help you”. Gaaah i was livid. there’s a lot of other moments too where she thought she was doing things for everybody but it was just for her own benefit, because she didn’t actually think about what each individual person would actually want.

Oh my god! When you gave the examples I literally have done most of not all of these. At the gym I’m constantly losing track of how many sets I’ve done. Or miss count the reps in my current set. Even when I’m physically exerting to the limit I’m in my head.

The party thing is very accurate. And also if someone else is talking to our crush, ESPECIALLY if they’re an E-type, we’d keep away. There’s nothing less appealing to INTJ than having to compete for someone’s affection, even more so if we have to play at the extroverted game against extroverts. Absolutely horrid. So we’d stay clear until they all lose interest. And if they’re successful at getting our crush, might as well admit defeat as they’re showing they prefer E types which is what I can’t offer. So in that case, probably better that way since it wouldn’t have worked anyway.

"Who can be interested in attracting an intj?..." Well, I'm a female intj, I recently met a male INTJ, en8 I guess (the first intj in my life besides me). I suddenly found it interesting to get closer to him. I mean, I've never met a person who is similar to me so much. But he is cold in communication, me too. I need some strategy lol. And i ignored this video because I know what can attract ME. Moreover, This is something about INTJs to do stuff like this, like be aware about someone's personality type and collect information before actions(the most weird way to build any relationships). I'm an Infj and there's an Intj guy who was uncommonly pretty comfortable and kind of open to me since the first day we talked and we have even discussed that how comfortable we're around eachother as if we know eachother since ages but I don't get it actually since we know how reserved intjs are initially so anybody can explain reason behind it?

I would much rather be with INTJ than INFJ. Reason being is INFJ is too secretive. And dark. Every time I talk to an INFJ for a while they always end up door slamming me. I hate that. It is super disrespectful. I had an INFJ walk away briskly from a conversation and avoid me from there on. An INTJ would never do that. If there are other ENTPs out there tell me if yall can relate. Mathematician INTJ here: You do not discover mathematics. You define mathematics and prove that whatever you defined there is logically congruent and ideally also useful to describe the world. I can absoluty define 1+1=:3, just that in most cases this is not useful whatsoever. But for example in (old fashioned) clocks you say 13=1, because after 12 o'clock you have 1 o'clock (not 13 o'clock) and even in digital clocks you have 24=0.

I used to work out at home because you know, shame haha, but going to the gym is helping me a lot with my Se, it makes you have interactions and leave the house and do some things that makes you feel shame (like bulgarian split) but also has a purposed, so I don't feel like losing my time.

I was diagnosed with ADD 1.5 years ago in my 40s. I’ve always questioned my doctor if my so called ADD behaviors are really just because of my INTP/INTJ personality (I’ve recently confirmed to be an INTJ). I’ve taken meds finally after a long struggle for a couple of months now but they do nothing to me. I even asked the doctor to increase my dosage so that I can see if I will really see any results from the meds. As of now, still none. I believe I’ve just been in the Ni Fi loop for the past two years as my life turned upside down and I quit my job. I figured all I need is to find my goals again and find a way to execute them. It will not be easy switching careers but I tell myself if I like what I will be doing, my old INTJ self will be back soon!

Can we have how to improve Te more? Though there are videos out there, we just wanna hear your thoughts and discussion about it
