Great title on the vid. I commented on a previous things you missed video about potentially giving them a more accurate title and just wanted to say I think this is a great improvement on an already great series, keep up the good work.
I have NEVER played this type of game before. Normally FPS or sports games, but i thought i'd give Elden ring a go as i'd love this kind of thing if its a movie. I really struggled getting to grips with the combat and was just wondering round not really knowing what i was supposed to be doing (other then the obvious main quest). This video has helped me so much showing and explaining where things are and to help improve (what i considered difficult) learning the combat system by battling the AI enemy in the caverns and other areas. Getting back into the game just in time for the DLC. Was looking for a complete guide from Fextralife, IGN, etc. Everything seems to pale in comparison to how thorough and considerate these walkthroughs are. Your content is incredible and your work is very much appreciated 🙏
Elden ring so far is my first Souls-like game andd I enjoy it a lot. I just feel so damn lost in this open world without a quest log, without a glossary, etc. having to keep everything in mind is just making me thinking about giving up on it since I can't bear with it.

Wow you did such a great job in this video! I recognize the effort you've put into your content and I just want to say that you do an amazing job and even the subtle nuisances of editing and passing that you do doesn't go unnoticed and unnapreciated, I appreciate it all very much so. Keep up the great work youve got fans now like me that love your content and want to see more of it in the future and see you successful.
You've definitely grown as a creator in huge ways. All the feedback points I might have given with the first set have been addressed. Great stuff man. This will hopefully become one of those vids that people continue to watch as more and more people get next-gen consoles, and you won't remain "the little guy" much longer.
I’m kind of in a state where I’m fearful that I’ll miss something important or something that fits nicely into my playstyle, but then again the knowledge that future playthroughs become more varied due to that
On my 3rd playthrough and this is literally the only game i need help finding certain things again. On my 2nd playthrough, i was trying to get 2 of every weapon to duel wield and missed quite a few, so here i am.
Using a weapon with holy damage is not enough to kill skeleton permanently the first time. I believe the weapon or item description like an Ash of war or something needs to say something to the effect of being effective against "those that live in death". For example the Elden beast sword you get from turning in his remembrance:using its L2 ability does not kill skeletons permanently when you kill them with it the first. I learned this the hard way.
@@minecraftslover @MorgyMorgs And I'm telling you when using something like Sacred Blade Ash of war; and yes, I made sure I was using the Sacred affinity which does holy damage. If I use that Ash of war, you know how it shoots out a projectile, on a skeleton, IT GETS RIGHT BACK UP. So I'm thinking that maybe there is some other factor or requirement besides the damage just needing to be holy damage. Like maybe it can ONLY be holy damage or maybe the damage has to be a certain amount over what's needed to kill it to begin with.
I just bought this game after watching a ton of boss vs boss videos, and I can see how it would be very fun, but I'm terrified to even explore Limgrave lol. These videos help a ton for a brand new souls player!
These videos have been very helpful finding some cool loot that I missed! One thing that I noticed was sometimes you'd point out a location on the map and then clip the video and show up at a completely different location at which point I'd have to figure out where you went. My only suggestion would be don't clip out how you got where you are or if you want to for conciseness, then show us where you are on the map so we can mark it on our map too. Very helpful overall though. Cheers!
Yo! Completely your target audience here! I literally had a 25 year break from gaming but got myself a ps4 last year (along with TLOU). Zeeeero experience with games like Elden Ring so your previous videos have been great! Looking forward to diving into this detailed guide! (I sure do need the help! This shit is hard 😂)
I have always been a berserker type player, just rush in hacking and slashing and try to get it over with quickly before they kill me. My brother walked me through the first few hours of this game and showed me how to be patient, how to take my time, and how to approach each fight like it could be your last. Dying is expected and an essential part of the game. Take your time and learn the mechanics of the combat system. Consumables are meant to be used. Use them. Either that or be prepared to grind your way to a high enough level where you don't have to.
These videos are all super helpful, really appreciate it! Would love to see you try a strength build, it's what i've been doing on my playthru so far and it's fun being a beefy tank (or a tanky beef)
I will just leave some timestamps to check them out later 6:25 Yura dragon quest 8:00 Canyon reduvia Yura quest 9:10 Murkwater cave Patches 11:01 Murkwater catacombs

If you're following this guide, at 18:50 rather than timing your run through the fire, just use Margit's Shackle here, and both of the fire pillars will be disabled. The shackle can also be used to check a pretty wide area around you for illusory walls.
Thanks for this vídeo. I watch your videos since before the channel namechange, We are always creating new characters and searching for new stuff. Hope you do this for all areas

Followup question: any way you could post a full map (or link to one)? Keep up the good work mate... keep playin Elden Ring and give us more cheese
Just wanted to say that without these guides, I would be missing 98% of what this game has to offer. I really stink at combat, but am enjoying the game because of the all the hard work you have done in your "What you missed" series. THANK YOU !!!!
11:35 you can just not tell her about the horse or just hit her, when she left, the items will be there 18:50 if you already have bought "margit's shackle" from patches early on, you can just use it, it will switch all pillars on the catacomb. 20:06, when you are falling, just jump middle air in the pillar direction, and you won't take any damage. You can just keep jumping down, but the spring is way faster and easier 22:03, you don't need to make them fall, just run past with the torrent and do one hit, they will stop. Then just jump in, grab the item and get out. 40:17, enter trough the left, instead of going straight ahead, following the hill lines, then she won't spaw. You can still then just run trough the front door to spawn her. 41:51, you can also jump to the other side of the island, some time is useful
Dom, I want to say I love your guides. I check your channel daily. However, this is the most scattered guide you've made. Overall great work, but in the future I think I more straightforward guide would be better. Like a most efficient route or something along those lines. Keep up the awesome work and I look forward to all your future videos
Beings that I'm commenting so late it's probably been said before in other comments, but you can get a few more emotes from patches that you missed. After he opens shop to you, hit him 3 times and he will go hostile. Then let him hit you until you're almost dead. Then he will give you an emote to surrender like he did. Use it or die then come back and talk to him again. Exist dialogue then steal from his chest again. After it teleports you, come back, talk to him again and you'll get the last emote.

32:30 if you actually follow the bridge you can find a pillar you can jump to. You will find a foot soldier sitting next to 3 sleeping gel you can coat your armament in!!
Current-gen consoles*
I’m kind of in a state where I’m fearful that I’ll miss something important or something that fits nicely into my playstyle, but then again the knowledge that future playthroughs become more varied due to that
Great collection of facts and helpful tips! Thanks so much for compiling all of this information, Dom!!
I use a sword that does holy damage and it kills them instantly first time. The weapon just needs to do holy damage to keep a skeleton down
@@minecraftslover @MorgyMorgs And I'm telling you when using something like Sacred Blade Ash of war; and yes, I made sure I was using the Sacred affinity which does holy damage.
@@ecobasetech4558 maybe it’s not the holy damage killing the skeleton but physical instead? Idk dude cos it works when I do it
@@minecraftslover So which sword and/or Ash of War or weapon art are you using? Maybe we are talking about two different scenarios here.
@@ecobasetech4558 I’m using the golden epitaph+10 with no changes to the AOW, where are the skeletons that you tested against
Doing my 5th playthrough, and I'm still coming back to your TYM videos! Thank you always, Dom! :)
I just bought this game after watching a ton of boss vs boss videos, and I can see how it would be very fun, but I'm terrified to even explore Limgrave lol. These videos help a ton for a brand new souls player!
I want to make sure to give a shout out to Mrs. Dom's roundtable, the editing.on these videos is getting so good!
This is one of the best commentaries I've listened to. You talk like the Bob Ross of RPGs
Great video Dom! Can't believe how much I missed. More of these please!
Followed your guide to the letter. Couldn't have done it without you . Many thanks.
These videos are all super helpful, really appreciate it! Would love to see you try a strength build, it's what i've been doing on my playthru so far and it's fun being a beefy tank (or a tanky beef)
I will just leave some timestamps to check them out later
6:25 Yura dragon quest
8:00 Canyon reduvia Yura quest
9:10 Murkwater cave Patches
11:01 Murkwater catacombs
31:37 crucible knight
34:12 bell bearing hunter
40:40 tree sentinel
43:13 weeping peninsula
Really glad i subscribed tbh.. Full walkthroughs instead of all the cuts that just make navigating super confusing.. Also found out about the giant boss undergground that i missed... he wont be there long thats for sure..
Great vid as always, Dom! I've beaten ER multiple times and have all the items except for a couple of the minuscule droprate ones. However I still watch your vids to support the work and effort you do !
Hi! I am engaging because you deserve the site of algorithm grace. I believe I know everything there is to know about this game but even still watching videos like this is just pleasant and relaxing and fun. Thank you.
You are a truly wonderful person! Thank you ❤️
Thank you, sir! Very very helpful, I've working my way through the vid, looking forward to the other areas
If you have maximum amount of arrows and bolts, you can snipe dragons from a safe distance to take them out. It takes longer, but it's worth it if your character isn't developed yet.
Thank you for this wonderful guide!
I'm so glad I paused the video before your 5:30 warning NOT to open the chest because I ended up acquiring MASSIVE MAGE UPGRADES 😮 --meteorite staff and my first gravity spell--very easily
I hit 1:20 and instantly went to help the algorithm. Thank you for being genuine and upfront ♥️
im liking and watching! i want to plow through limgrave and get everything faairly early in the game! my adhd just works like that. thank you brother for this guide!
My friend, this video, with so much content, quality and time used, makes me wonder how you dont have a couple mil subs. Unfortunately, i cant change that, but i can drop this comment, a follow, a like and the bell. Thanks for everything.
These guides have been so helpful, thank you!
This is a great video especially for someone who has played through once or twice for remembering all those bit and bobs. Thanks Dom!
Hey, Dom!! I'm starting a fresh playthrough today in anticipation of the DLC! Since it's been so long since I've played, I decided to revisit your walkthroughs. Hopefully, my likes and views will push them up in the algorithm! Say "hi" to Mrs. Dom for me! (Maybe I'll see you on Twitch at some point. I haven't been around much because last year, well, let's just say it was challenging.)
Just used this to go through everything I missed! Thank you!!
If you're following this guide, at 18:50 rather than timing your run through the fire, just use Margit's Shackle here, and both of the fire pillars will be disabled. The shackle can also be used to check a pretty wide area around you for illusory walls.
Thank you very much! Even if the loot was simple, the fact that everything is completed in my Limgrave playtrough makes me happy :)
Absolutely great resume!
Thanks for this vídeo. I watch your videos since before the channel namechange, We are always creating new characters and searching for new stuff. Hope you do this for all areas
Dom! Thanks so much for all of your ER videos
Your videos are the only reason I was able to beat this game.
My dude thanks so much. i used your weeping penninsula one and it was a blast Good work.
My favorite guide creator for everything Elden Ring❤️❤️❤️
Farming at moghwyn, watching the channel. Appreciate the vibes
That rune bear has never aggro'd on me whenever I go down the stairs.
While I’m happy I knew most of this, I had actually never gotten the lance or archery talisman. I also just never saw the highland cave. Love the vid.
Coming back to this game with a new character so enjoying this vid to get what I may have missed the first time 😊
Excellent starters video.......all your work is good and enjoyable to watch I'm already a subscriber so thanks for the work you are putting in . Keep up the excellence.
Bro you are putting in the work, thanks for the vid!
Forgot about that annoying place with the chariots by the first step site of grace 😆
Thanks!
Thank you so much for your Super Thanks! ❤️ That's incredibly generous of you and means a great deal! 🤩
@@DomsRoundtable You're welcome, nice presentation. I would say I would prefer to take a couple seconds and show the map for the more important items.. there were a couple items i wished you had a map for ( 20:43 Disguised Rune Bear ), (the death bird location, all merchants). Followup question: any way you could post a full map (or link to one)? Keep up the good work mate... keep playin Elden Ring and give us more cheese
High quality vid and instant sub, keep it up man new fan
Keep up the great content!
Subbed. Great video, man. Keep it up
Just wanted to say that without these guides, I would be missing 98% of what this game has to offer. I really stink at combat, but am enjoying the game because of the all the hard work you have done in your "What you missed" series. THANK YOU !!!!
I'd like to say I'm better, but yeah, I'd still probably be missing like 70%. Lol So same. Especially for the quests.
These videos are amazing I can't imagine the amount of work you put into this very well done 👍👍
Keep up the great work!
Greate guyd. Thanks for the content. Made my life easyer after having difficulties with booses. Also lots of secrets and thing i misseed .
11:35 you can just not tell her about the horse or just hit her, when she left, the items will be there
18:50 if you already have bought "margit's shackle" from patches early on, you can just use it, it will switch all pillars on the catacomb.
20:06, when you are falling, just jump middle air in the pillar direction, and you won't take any damage. You can just keep jumping down, but the spring is way faster and easier
22:03, you don't need to make them fall, just run past with the torrent and do one hit, they will stop.
Are making these for every region great video didn't realize how much i just blew past before.
Limgrave Tunnels: the Miners are very weak against the torch. If one hits those with backpacks on the backpack the viciously explode.
Amazingly made video, thanks so much! I missed like 70% of this stuff!
16:42 That broadsword is one of the best in the game.
Worth watching!
Tbh I'd watch the same videos several times 'cause I like your voice and style
I reached Godrick's castle but haven't seen 20/30 of the things mentioned in the video. Definitely want to check the things I missed after I defeat Godrick.
I found a small hidden porch east of Limegrave Colosseum just yesterday. At the last column, the one covered in moss, get on and around it , there is a soldier guarding a soporific grease x3 loot there.
The great bridge's column is what i meant
29:30 the bear won't aggro if you run up, pick up the cookbook and leave. But If you stand there for a longer period of time, he will become aggro.
31:05 speak to Kenneth after clearing the fort
I was able to get the Pumpkin Head Helmet from the bridge enemy wearing it, which has good stats but very heavy more than the Knight Helmet from the shielded knight you get and you great his shield that takes 30 Strength at the at the camp where you get the Flail and Great Sword, and eventually the axe been escorted to that location. Thank you so much for this
Tree sentinel can be cheesed while taking no damage. If you go to the church with kale you can climb the side of the church nearest to the sentinel there is a small rectangular platform on top of church where you can shoot the sentinel with a bow without taking any damage
Great video! But I found one big location that you missed. It is the one right in the starting location called "Fringefolk Hero's Grave"
Thank you for your hard work and your tutelage. Watched the whole video and i’m not even playing it right now
