I’m in Los Angeles California and I can’t believe I watched your whole video. I saw this bike on Amazon and I’m glad you find it satisfying… you have sold me… it’s Black Friday and the price is right… now I just need to find those mirrors…😊 thanks for giving us a beautiful view of your ride…👏👌🇺🇸
I've had my E26 step thru for 3 months now and I love it. I'm 78 yrs old and had an e-bike (Batribike) for 6 yrs but 2 yrs ago I had to give up cycling because of a medical issue. I'm ok now and needed to get back on the bike again as I missed cycling. Back to your review and how this bike manages hills. My local area I have climb 400ft over 3/4mls and this bike just sails along. I couldn't believe it when I first did it. I've made rubber mud flaps to extend the mudguards which has made a big difference on the wet and mud. I've also fitted turn indicators front and rear which is a boon in traffic. I'm also glad that I kept my old Hornit horn from my old bike. It's loud, very loud and I recommend it.
You said you made it up Benny Hill with E's, drug enhanced performance is nothing to boast about !!! 😂 Seriously tho beautifully filmed video, sharp and clear.
Thanks for the review. I'm thinking of getting a bike after Christmas when I'll have some money to spend. This bike looks like one I need consider (plenty of hills around here plus even the roads resemble being off-road with their potholes). I'd go for the step-through though, swinging my leg over isn't an option.
This is very similar geometry to a 2021 Giant mid drive i looked at in a local cycle store, but post Covid , and a worldwide shortage of Shimmano parts were pushing the prices upwards from £2799 and you still had 6 months waiting for delivery So if i wasn't riding my 20inch Pro, Then im sure this would be my choice today, those 26 inch wheels would definitely give you the travel and speed without all the leg input of the 20x4 wheels !
Thanks so much for explaining about battery sag,ive had this exact bike for a month and was thinking i had a faulty battery. But my range kind of tally's up to yours.👍
@ModProjects4306 Yeah couldnt agree more,im loving the bike but was just about to start emailing engwe or buying a new battery because it was annoying me,ill try the switching on and off thing tmrw. Thanks again.
My battery meter on my bike got a mind of its own 😂 I can climb a massive steep mountain over 25% and not lose a bar 😮 next time I can lose a bar going out my street lol
Mine too,it's the only thing about this bike that pisses me off.Unlocked it drops one bar after 10 miles then a bar every mile or so after that, then hangs on to the last bar for ages.
@@skullz6666 if you go down Dewsbury road and head towards Featherstone, turn left at that coffee shop drive through and head through that new estate. About 3/4 of a mile before you get to the roundabout that heads up to Pinderfields there’s a turning on the right. That’s the access point there buddy.
I've recently got an e26, and know about +- for 3 sec, then + for 15 sec. However , is there any way of setting the max speed while it is unlocked? If I only want it to go 30km/h? Or if I want the throttle to be engaged with speed locked to 25km/h and don't want 63km/h. I don't seem to be able to do that.

@@normanfleming2425 aww. Thank you kindly for the comment. The mirrors are well worth searching out. You can get them on Amazon too.

@@GG-ml3vr it’s the only thing that annoys me about this bike. Battery sag is inevitable but the way the display shows it does cause some anxiety.

It would be great if LE20 had this throttle/boost feature & can be unlock as well 😁

When I got my E26 I also wondered about that and contacted Engwe. Their reply was that when you unlock it the maximum speed setting cannot be preset.
You missed Bummlebee too much didn’t you. 😁
