Got to be honest I don't watch these reviews for the bikes, couldn't ride if I tried as legs held together with metalwork. I watch for the scenery and interesting places! Your presenting style for reviews is the best on UA-cam Chris!
GYR is a commercial aircraft storage facility today. Years ago it was a DOD boneyard but those aircraft were eventually consolidated to the yard at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson AKA DM. I was an AF brat and was born in the hospital at DM-about 28 years later I was stationed at Luke AFB (right up the road from GYR) as USAF air traffic controller, GYR was under our jurisdiction at that time.
Love the e-bike reviews!!! You always go to such interesting places and give great feedback. Having done so many I think it really helps with credibility of them. Look forward to more!
The ebike content seems perfect, the kind of thing that could be easily done on the side. You get to earn and get a bunch of free Ebikes. Hope you keep doing them. I dont think they need to be as quick / short as you may think they need to be.
Awesome Chris. I see that little Pole Barn Garage tag on the back corner of the van, very nice!! I hope you 3 had a blast (you Jen and Gus!) out West!! Thanks for the review, that seems like a pretty nice little e-bike!
Just went to go look at them, all seem to be sold out. 3 different colors blue, yellow, black or grey depending on your vision..lol $1,150. The cell phone holder and a few other things i didn't recognize extra $150. If they had any in stock they did have a step through option.
Hi Chris from Greece, because you have tried many bikes and in difficult terrain can you recommend me a reliable phone holder? Keep up the great work both of you. You always takes me on your journey.
Hey Chris I’m with you on the trains , there’s something about them I just can’t resist watching. I generally watch your 1st channel, very 1st time watching e-bike review. Perfect place to test out your review . Are you coming back for the boat haha. Funny thing I was about to purchase one,but postponed buying until I saw your reviews. What would you recommend for e-bike under $ 1,500 ? Actually any particular brand and model ? I’m at @ 185 and about your height. P. S. I was looking Freesky 1000 watt motor with Bafang motor and dual battery. Right around 2100 dollars. Seems a bit pricey. What do you think? Thanks Chris
Hey, thanks so much for checking out the review videos. Honestly it's hard to recommend any particular bike because they all had their advantages and disadvantages. I would say whichever one has the specs you're looking for and is on sale. Picking a lightly used bike up off of Facebook marketplace is always a good option too. They sell for a lot cheaper than brand new price
that is a good bike, i like it. Why? Because it is easier to lift when carrying into a house, with a small step at the door, walking across a road and a kerb, use the crossbar as a lifter. Cannot do that with engwe L20, could do it with ep2 pro. If they made an actual 250w motor with 250w stamped on the hub for uk, i go for it. Restricting it to 15.5 mph in the settings does not make it a legal bike because they don't like the possibility of altering the setting and go faster on the road
Hey, this one is still located in Arizona and we are holding on to it but all the other ones I post them on Facebook marketplace locally usually around half retail
Hahaha noticed a few people clapping when the plane landed, budget airline? We do the same thing here in WA ,flying from Perth to Bali on Garuda airlines it’s a good feeling to make it in one piece.
Thanks. And they all have their ups and downs honestly. It really just depends on what you're looking for. And whichever one has the best price meeting your needs
I posted a quick little “my thoughts” on my E26 I just receives. Had less than 15 miles ridden but wanted to show some of the things about it and post a quick little video. So if your interested in this bike or want to hear some other thoughts, feel free to check out my channel.
Awesome bike but...no volt meter? No purchase. It would seem that this display is the "new" budget display I see on a lot of ebikes now but it's useless with just bars on there that we all know is pointless with voltage sag. If the display is KT compatible you might be able to replace it but I doubt it's a 5 pin, probably a 6 pin as it controls the front lights. If you didn't care about the front light and are using an aftermarket, maybe you can change it out. Why any ebike company would EVER choose a display without voltage at the minimum and draw, either amps or watts is mind boggling. I bought an unlocked display for my ebike that has everything on it including volts, amps, and the normal trip, odo max speed, etc, etc for $25 Canadian. So like $22 USD. Is all that there is between an ebike company being profitable is $22? I think a lot of times they just buy the flashiest, cheapest colour display for the hell of it without thinking the actual usability of it. Well now I won't look at this bike and I'm looking for a new one. So for one lost sale they could have had 40 real displays to put on other bikes. Silly, just silly. Or at least have an option for an "upgraded" display that is useful for $50. They would actually make money as I know a lot of ebikers that wouldn't even consider it unless the display had at the minimum voltage and would pay for the privledge if given a choice..
True but it would be nice to have that option. No one is forced to use it. However those that want it are forced to NOT have it. The day they run out of battery by the side of the road because the display said one bar then dropped, THEY will want it too.@@TheOtherBill
My Ariel Rider Grizzly has a color display with speedometer, volts, watts, trip, range, clock, resettable timer, headlight & brake illuminates when on. Very nice display. Would not be happy w anything less.
Nice. The difference in price from one that is decent to one that is mediocre is not that much. Hell the most expensive uber display I could find with temperature and multiple programable profiles, USB charging port, blue tooth and touch screen for a bafang motor which is an automatic 25% more for some reason than a more universal KT compatible controller is around $115 USD retail. Who knows wholesale. Displays are not that expensive so for God's sake put something more than what essentially is my 1970's banana seat bike friction speedometer on there please. Or at least give us the option to pay more and make a few bucks yourself. @@simms196
I didn't even know they had displays that showed the techy stuff. But if you're watching NNKH then we're the kind of folks into the techy stuff, where most ebike customers wouldn't even understand amps, watts, volts, etc and why it'd be good to have. Most people just wouldn't care. But you're right, I would like that data on my ebike, even as an optional add-on cost. Give it a few years and I'm sure eventually you could save all your trips data and even transfer to a computer or whatever to crunch numbers or make graphs, etc. The possibilities are endless with more memory and programs/apps. Although our phone apps already do a lot not available on ebikes. I'm sure it's coming someday.
i think it’s bullshit, because 48v 16ah not for 87 miles ranges, if 87 miles should be 48v 20ah or 52v 16ah or 20ah. i believe 48v 16ah should be 55 to 65 miles per charger. i don’t believe in 87 miles, probably company fool you!

Sir try a tricycle there's many out there like sixthreezero has a smaller version that fits anywhere 😊
Same, very cool adventures
I love your e-bike reviews. I really would like one and can count on you for your honest experience. Doing this one in AZ is a great idea!
me too
Hello Chris , Jen and Gus! That was your most scenic review to date Chris! Good review for sure, thumbs UP! 👍

You are really talented in finding scenic areas for the test rides!
Loved Jen's giggle on the 6ft2 6ft3 thing...
🤣🤣🤣
I thought it was Jen's giggle but then I played it back I think it was Gus.
I have honestly been on their website for the past 3 weeks- thank you: I just bought two.
I am glad they make a step-through version for use vertically challenged riders.
Thank you for calling out the litter bugs
That was brilliant, love these review vids guys, great way to see around a new area!, freezing over here now versus there🇮🇪👍
This is a fun video thank you for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!

I like the ebike reviews. Watched them all.
I'm with ya. I hate litter.
Awesome Chris. I see that little Pole Barn Garage tag on the back corner of the van, very nice!! I hope you 3 had a blast (you Jen and Gus!) out West!! Thanks for the review, that seems like a pretty nice little e-bike!

Love your bike videos, even though I am not interested in an E-bike. Love trains and planes.
Awesome Chris. Keep it up!
The Guru of E-Bike !

By any chance is this particular bike ready to be sold or did you already sell it, if still available my folks live west of you in Myerstown🤔
Hey Chris which e bike has been your favorite out of the ones you’ve demoed so far?
Hey Chris- was wondering what you do with all the e-bikes that you review? Wasn't sure if you ever could sell one. I'm local
Hey, this one is still located in Arizona and we are holding on to it but all the other ones I post them on Facebook marketplace locally usually around half retail
Ok- that's cool. I'll check marketplace. Thanks man!
plus i seen compared many different ebike mosty 48v 13-16ah about 55 to 65 miles ranges.
Boat find in the desert, wasn’t expecting that.
Hahaha noticed a few people clapping when the plane landed, budget airline? We do the same thing here in WA ,flying from Perth to Bali on Garuda airlines it’s a good feeling to make it in one piece.
Great review sir, what bike do you think is best? This one or DYU King 750?
Thank you!
Prob dyu. But it really depends on your needs and what styling you like better
Does it have power assist, walk mode?
Yes
Like that van...Gale the Snail....LOL
Awesome review Chris? Out of all the e-bikes you’ve tested which in your opinion is the best
Thanks. And they all have their ups and downs honestly. It really just depends on what you're looking for. And whichever one has the best price meeting your needs
Fair comment I will take a look at my options Thanks
I have this bike and it's confusing when you are down to 2 bars and test it a few hours later and I have 5 bars, confusion.
Does it have water resistance ? Because the website has no information on this.
Im a little confused.. You said it has hydraulic brakes.. I dont see a place for fluid on the handle bars. Or are they cable disc brakes?
Yes they are hydraulic brakes. The reservoir is built into the master cylinder. Very tight package.
@@NNKH2 That's awesome
Props 👊
Trains are awesome....unless they are in your back yard, heh.
Any chance you can look at the best ebike (mens full size) under $800 and do a review.

Maybe paint your van, a camouflage design. Kool van though 😊.
Do u get to keep those bikes?
How come Jen never rides E-bikes with you?
She does sometimes
Do you get to keep all those bikes you review?
Its a far cry from riding in Kensington Philly...lol
How come you never mention how shitty those front forks are on most ebikes? Not to mention that they leak almost immediately......

As ebikes become more popular we'll see a lot of buyers who don't even know what a volt is and will purchase on the criteria of "pretty".

HEY WHERE IS JENN..
At the end. In window
