Hi Leigh Anne - I made these just now! Oh they turned out so delicious so perfect! I was VERY careful about over proofing - and apparently it paid off. These are sooooo good - I am devouring one now!!! I did double the cinnamon because I love cinnamon, and added about 1/4 cup toasted walnuts to the filling. I also made 8 rolls so they're not too big. The icing is perfect over these warm delights! I'll definitely make these again! I love these small batch recipes - between my light-eating hubby and I we really can't go thru a whole recipe - like 12 cinnamon rolls - before they go stale. I'll try the focaccia bread again sometime soon - I have to get up my nerve but these cinnamon rolls turned out perfect!
@@LeighAnneWilkes Thanks. I did add more cinnamon and decided to add a little bit more brown sugar too - well the added sugar was too much - although it was all delicious, I don't think there was enough time to melt all that sugar so it was a little bit grainy - next time I'll just add extra cinnamon because I'm definitely making these again!
Cinnamon rolls not a huge thing in Australia but I saw this small batch recipe and made it today. It was simply wonderful. I would even make 6 rather than 4 from this recipe. They came our fluffy and moist. All I could hear was mmmmmmm as they were devoured. Thankyou so much for sharing this recipe. Now onto your pound cake 😊😊😊
Just made these and I ended up making a total of eight. These were really good and I haven't added the frosting on them yet.😊 Thank you for a great and easy recipe!
I would refrigerate it after cutting the rolls. If they don't rise enough in the fridge overnight, let them sit at room temperature and rise in the morning.
@@LeighAnneWilkes I did put in fridge overnight and got them out about an hour before we all got up, they baked just fine and of course they were very delicious, thanks for all you do. We are trying your meatloaf for two tonight, can't wait!. Thanks again D.
So happy to find you! ❤ I'm taking care of my elderly invalid father and only need small batches. And your presentation style is great!

@@LeighAnneWilkes I love them very very much
@@linda-maryvatcher5084 I am so glad!!
They look absolutely amazing Anne! Great job!
They are definitely a favorite at our house!
Can they be made ahead of time and frozen? If so, would they go in the oven frozen, or let thaw first? I love your channel!
I have never frozen them because they are so quick to make. Do you want to freeze them baked or unbaked?
Perfect...for me and daughter
A dozen is too big
Hope you and your daughter enjoy them!!
I would like to know if these could be made the evening before, and refrigerated overnight then baked/completed for breakfast the following morning?

Would whole milk work just fine for the recipe?
Yes, absolutely
What can I use instead of buttermilk?
You can use regular milk
FYI The link to the printable isn't to the recipe.
The links are working now - thanks!
The video says to add 2 1/2 Tbs butter to dough but the written recipe says 1 1/2 Tbs. Would you mind letting us know which one it is? Thanks
Also go by what the written recipe says, sometimes I make a mistake talking on video
@@LeighAnneWilkes Thank you
