I just tried this. I found this dough remarkably easy to work with. Being an experienced baker, I did a few things my own way. I cut into 8 pieces for slightly smaller rolls. And I baked them in a square pan, about an inch apart. The rolls turned out wonderfully! I did a butter rum orange sauce, as I’m not crazy about confectioners sugar based glazes, but that’s of no consequence to the recipe overall. As to the dough recipe, it’s a good one. I’ve been looking for a while for a small batch dough like this so I can make a few rolls, buns, etc for just hubby & me. Every time I’ve tried myself to cut one of my larger batches down it just doesn’t work out as well as I’d like. This one was spot on. Thank you so much!
I forgot to add, I’ve never seen the thread trick with raw, risen dough (just a similar technique for slicing cakes). I tried it and it worked perfectly! So not only did I find a new recipe, I learned a new trick! Thanks again!
I watched a lot of videos about baking but I like your video more because you presented it more better and easier to follow. I will try to look more about your videos.
I always preferred the Pillsbury Orange Rolls over the Cinnamon Rolls...would love to try these, but working with dough is so intimidating. Great job, they look AMAZING!
I live in Puerto Rico and I made them once but I use King Author bread flour and they came out great the dough was fine it wasn’t overly sticky now I’m using gold medal all purpose flour and I had to add over 5 tablespoons of flour for it to barely come together I don’t know if it was the humidity or the flour but definitely when you make cinnamon rolls I would go with bread flour King Arthur work great for me and yes it is a sticky dough but not to the point where mine was compared to hers on the video completely different dough
I love to watch...how easy to bake...only used basic ingredients. No need any additional chemical ingredients i.e bread softener, artificial colouring or whatsoever...
Yummy!!!❤️❤️❤️
They are so good!

Looks so yummy I want the recipe
There is a link to the recipe in the description below.
I tried this recipe 3 times. Measured very accurately. Dough never gets in ball form. I’ve added tons of extra flour. What is the problem?
It is a wet dough.
