These are the absolute BEST cinnamon rolls I have ever made! Ditching my old recipe. So easy & soooo good! Made last night & baked this am. FYI… the digital thermometer is awesome!!

You are a great teacher, and being a younger person, did you have a mom or gram that taught you? In my famiy, , baking is a hands on legacy, taught from one to another. I was fortunate to have a gram and mom to learn from.

Just mix your INSTANT YEAST in with your dry ingredients and add your warmed milk and they turn out AWSOME!! My kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook worked great also for the kneading.

Me too I know how to make dough I like my Parker house recipe but I freeze them and bake off when I want them but have never done any cinnamon I was second guessing myself so I’m going to just do it instead of waking up at 3:30 or 4am to make for grand daughters book club at school tomorrow i like my sleep 😂

It can work for candy, but you'll have to constantly check it. I like candy thermometers because I can set it and it tells me when I've reached the proper temperature. In a pinch the instant read will work, but if you like making candy I'd definitely recommend getting a candy thermometer. :)
I haven't tried it, but I would be hesitant because this recipe is very dependent on the gluten in the flour. That being said, I am also not very familiar with using gluten free flour to know exactly how it would react/work here.

I love your recipes. I also liked your thermometer. Can it be used to make candy, or would I need a special candy thermometer?

I haven't tried it, but I would be hesitant because this recipe is very dependent on the gluten in the flour. That being said, I am also not very familiar with using gluten free flour to know exactly how it would react/work here.

Any warm, draft-free place will work. Placing them near or on top of a warm oven is a good idea 😊

They are ok in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. :)

The cornstarch isn't necessary here with the active yeast recipe. You could add it if you wanted to, but I didn't feel like it did much. :)
