    इस वीडियो में हम अच्छे से जानेंगे की इम्युनिटी क्या होता है और किस प्रकार योग और अच्छे पोषण के माध्यम से हम अपने शरीर को अंदर से मजबूत बना सकते है
    प्रमाणित योग शिक्षक के द्वारा बताये गए योगासन और प्राणायाम करना सिखाया गया है जो रोजाना करने से रोग प्रतिरोधक शक्ति बढ़ने लगती है
    साथ के साथ खान पान से जुड़े चार पोषक तत्व बताये गए हैं जो अच्छे इम्यून सिस्टम के लिए अत्यधिक जरुरी है
    सारे पोषक तत्व किस प्रकार के खान पान में पाया जाता है उसकी लिस्ट बताई गई है जिसको आप आसानी से पालन कर सकते हैं
