This was an amazing workout and I felt so open especially with the camel poses leading to wheel (I was never able to lift myself in wheel pose until I tried this flow, and I literally felt an opening of my spine and a rush of circulation that left it fuzzy and warm and so relaxed. Of course, I didn't work my way through the full pose, but I made progress and that's just perfection for me. I will keep coming back to this. When Kaylie said "one more time" for the camel stretches, I literally screamed and sighed: THANK YOU. It felt amazing, and I cannot wait to do it again every week. Thank you so much, Kaylie!
This workout has truly been a bright spot in my day. One of my favorite of your sets. The weird bridge pose was cool, but beyond my skill level. I remember bridge poses being so easy in my 20s. Now I'm 40, and they are HARD. I'm happy to report that some things have actually gotten better with age, just not bridge pose 😛 Anyway, loved it. Thank you so much! 🙏

I've been doing yoga for 15 years, and I couldn't do a backbend half way correct, until I took your classes. It's not great, but it's much better now. Good job :)
