Everybody is different, but I lost 40 lbs. and kept it off with a low-carb diet, intermittent fasting, and daily exercise (walking). Nothing else worked for me. Plus, I feel lighter & have much more energy.
She isn’t saying that it doesn’t work, she is saying that the quality of the food you eat during your eating window matters… you can’t eat a bunch of sugar and carbs during your eat window and expect to lose weight… you still need to be mindful of your food source…
Not that different - what is universal - high insulin will stop weight loss in everyone and low insulin will allow weight loss. Low carb is the only way to fix the problem. Lower the better. Carnivore is best since most people have a food sensitivity and it’s almost never to beef. No one should be eating nuts/seeds on a regular basis. They are little brain fog dementia makers and have the most plant toxins since plants don’t want you eating their babies.
O.M.A.D (one meal a day) and staying under 20 total carbs a day for the last 25 months has taken me from size 20 to size 8 pants. It wasn't even hard, and I'm a 60 yo. lady :D

@@HabibeBoyraz-hg2nk I only eat whatever few random carbs that may slip in here or there... for instance there's a really good sugar free ketchup I like, probably has a couple carbs per teaspoon. Or maybe I'll have an avocado. I keep it to one serving a day of that kinda stuff. Those Almond crackers aren't perfect as they have seed oil, but for example you could have about 15 of those before hitting 20 carbs. Basically my strategy is to aim for 0 carb and then not fret about what little I do consume, and that's worked well for me. Best of luck to you!
I started in May. I was already doing keto - as in low to no carbs and 1 meal a day but not losing weight. So I started fresh on May 1st! Managed to lose 4 or 5 lbs but kept going up and down. Finally got morning readings under 100. Moved 1 meal to 1pm. Did a number of 48 hour fast. Got weight down 12 pounds. Stayed in high Ketosis every time I checked - I do 4 times a day. Final this past weekend, I did my first 72 hour fast. My glucose was down in the 50s and 60s and my highest ketone level was 5.5. Got into the teens on Dr Boz ratio!! Mostly stayed in the 60s range and the high 3s and 4 range of ketones. Now I am 20 lbs lighter than on May 1st. Morning glucose is in 70 to 80 range. Ketones high 3s and 4s. Going to do another 72 hour this coming weekend. Feel great! Thank you Dr Boz!!
It may be risky (even fatal) if you consume a large meal after a huge fast... Please check the scientific evidence on this matter, and do it under proper medical supervision.
So helpful, Dr Boz! Thank you for helping us struggling diabetics. For the first time since being diagnosed a decade ago, I am finally losing weight effortlessly. My ex-endocrinologist had me follow the horrible ADA guidelines of eating carbs with every meal, 4-5x per day. My meds kept increasing every year because of it. Thank you for everything you do! 🙏🏻
Thank you Dr Boz!! I was skinny as a child but had periods in my life where suddenly I gained weight and couldn’t get it off. I would run 12 miles a day, lifted weights, diet and finally get down again. I owned 2 gyms, I managed weight loss centers so you would assume I knew how to lose weight. As I got into my late 50s, I just considered myself a chunky bodybuilder. Haven’t had a soft drink in 30 to 40 years, tried plant based diet, did HCG, tried carnivore, tried keto, high protein diet, religiously worked out HARD - CrossFit - still chunky - in fact I gained weight and my body ached. I was so jealous of these people who started keto and lost 25 pounds immediately - not me! So after failed attempts, I got your book and workbook and started May 1st. Turned my body into a science project. I was already fat adapted so I got into ketosis pretty quickly and lost 3 pounds, then a few more…..then I gained 4 lbs back. Kept studying your book especially the fasting and morning glucose. I am proud to say by fasting, sardines, and black coffee - I am down 10 lbs since May 1st. This morning my glucose was 73 and my ketones were 3.1. Yesterday morning, it was 80 and 2.5. I am so happy and definitely not hungry. 48 hour fast and then 23:1 with my meal being at 1 to 2 in the afternoon seems to be key. Working my way to a 72 hour fast! Thanks! Oh, and the intense pain and body aches are gone! Inflammation is gone!
I have the same experience as you, 2 yrs carnivore, no weight loss eating 1 or 2 times a day I aim for a lb of meat a day but I don't always manage to eat that much. I have both of Dr Boz books, can you explain exactly what you do to finally lose weight.
I do a low carb diet and my weight is great, 114 lbs, my triglycerides are low and I feel so much better. I eat when I want but it’s always low glycemic vegetables, berries and protein. Low carb is definitely the key !
One of the best points you made was: 20 carbs per day. No funny business, no net carbs, 20 carbs per day. That struck me as very important, because people are always trying to beat/cheat/manipulate the system. Thanks.
Thank you, Dr. Boz. I really liked seeing you in this short video that is packed with great information. I lose interest with your longer videos. I know you have a lot of good information, but it’s hard to invest an hour for a video when a five minute video like this can give a lot of information quickly. When I saw you had a shorter video, I watched this one and this video was really good and I didn’t have to wade through a lot of time to get the great information I know it is harder to do a shorter video, but, I think the shorter videos will give you a much bigger reach into social media and UA-cam
I actually stopped eating nuts 3 weeks ago and FINALY got morning, wake up, glucose under 100 (94 this morning). You'd think a handful of nuts wouldn't do that but there you go.
I don't think nuts do that. They're mainly fat which doesn't illicit an insulin response. That said, I've hit a plateau with my weight loss so I think I'm going to cut nuts out although I don't eat many.
@@keithzastrow I've stop nuts totally because it was obviously to much carbs for me. There is mainly fat BUT also carbs! For exemple the cashew nuts have 20gr/100gr of carbs. I invite you to look at the video of doc Sten Ekberg : 15 nuts on keto. You going to have the exact list all the carbs for any nuts, but also other informations about the quality of the fat for each nuts, all are not good!
I took .75 mcg Trulicity, 500mg Metformin 1-2x/day depending on if my CGM was over 100, ate in a 2:52 4-6 hr window, tried not to eat after 7pm. Walked 1 hour after each of 2 meals (6 miles total), kept carbs to 10 g of blueberries/strawberries with first meal, 10 g of broccoli for 2nd meal. 2 Tbsp of MCT Oil with each meal. 20 oz coffee with 4 Tbsp heavy whipping cream and 2Tbsp of Stevia in the morning. I went from 4/15/24 of 219.8 with BMI of 30.6% (67.3 lbs of fat) to 8/25/24 to 188.0 with BMI of 19.4% (36.5 lbs of fat. My weight loss was 31.8 lbs, my fat loss was 30.8 lbs. I lost 1 lb of lean mass or muscle. I also did two 66 hour water fasts during that time period. It is not true you will lose a lot of muscle with Ozempic or not lose weight with intermittent fasting, restricted eating or even OMAD. Good luck everyone. I'm going to remain on Trulicity for a little longer due to recent studies showing GLP-1 helps mitochondrial repair and I will be supplementing with Fatty 15 and Nattokinase. I have already switched Metformin to Berberine Phytosome 550mg (Costco), no more muscle cramps. Be careful with electrolytes from Walmart, one brand almost put me in hypertensive crises (BP 184/105) and caused uncontrollable nose bleedsfrom 2x/day use (learned from ER you can dip a cotton swab in Afrin and swab inner nose to stop the bleed). I believe I'm still insulin resistant as the time for my CGM to go back to pre-carb level is 3.5 hours. Should be 1.5 hours. So I'm inching towards Carnivore for awhile to help my body reset its insulin sensitivity.
Agreed - IF works but only if insulin is down. When insulin is up IF does absolutely nothing and I'm hungry most of the day which is annoying and decreases my energy levels drastically. I think, too, that skipping breakfast most of my life has led to terrible metabolic health as well. So now I eat with the sun and feel much better, losing weight easily focusing on the insulin rather than how hungry I feel. I am now never hungry and shedding fat easily with plenty of energy.
@@gilldoyle3295Its my honour to speak with you. A lot has been happening recently, I hope you’re prepared for the storm ? Mostly the EBS, and the exposure of all the evil vile creatures that have done horrific things to our children?
Can Dr Boz & Dr Fung both be right ? Different folks may have different methobolism issues. Only individual tests to confirm. Dr Boz is Ketones centered. Dr Fung is eating window focused. Both are better doctors than those checkbox, 5 minute per patient doctors .
I'm living proof that its not automatic. I'm 53 and I've lived the last 25 to 30 years of my life eating once a day. And it wasn't me intentionally fasting. Its simply what I do. And I have gained weight consistently over the years.
Our bodies are smart. One meal a day doesn’t work for me I can say. I need to do one 38-50 hour fast at least every 3 weeks to keep my weight steady, let alone lose weight. If I want to lose weight I need to do a 36-45 hour fast every week. It’s tough but it works.
I don’t eat too many carbs when I’m eating normally, but I do like 2 glasses of wine at the weekend and a chocolate bar and fruit. It’s sooo hard to be strict.
Excellent video. For me very low to no carbs with a 4 hr eating window shoots my ketones upward. I'm gonna try shifting my window to earlier in the day. Thx for posting.
Thanks so much Dr. for your informations. It helps me a lot to understand why I was struggling a bit to lose weight. The best advices I had on UA-cam come from your channel. A thousand thanks ❤ (french guy from Spain)
Another words fasting don't eat for a period of time secondly when you do eat either eliminate or dial down the unnecessary carbohydrates as much as possible yes I said unnecessary carbohydrates because your body actually doesn't need them
Congratulations! But the point of the video is that for some people, this isn't enough. For THEM, they need to challenge their metabolism further (20g total carbs or less, OMAD, maybe even 24-72 hour water fasts). Thankfully for you, this wasn't necessary. 👌😉✌️
All diets are a great a idea in theory and every one is excited about losing weight until you get hungry and starving. Then no one cares about diets cause all they wanna do is eat so they don't pass out. The key is don't let yourself get starved to death cause if you do your won't care about a diet. When your starving drink a a couple glasses of water before you eat to stabilize your starving hunger pains that can ruin your diet. You do that then you can actually begin to gain traction on a diet cause your not starved to death before you eat.
Very helpful. I've been confused lately because Dr. Mercola is now saying we should eat carbs, lower fat, and not fast, but the only way I lose weight (and feel better) is if I combine lower carb with fasting.
Losing weight is really very simple, but it's easy to get confused because there's more than one way to skin a cat. Basically all diets work because it's really about eating in a calorie deficit.
Great video. Respectfully the title may be leading some to think you are critical of time restricted feeding outright and watching the video carefully that is certainly not the case. You do an excellent job offering tips to those who are doing IM but still find weight loss daunting. IM is one of the best tools in the kit for both increasing insulin sensitivity and losing fat because it targets the area under the curve for keeping insulin production and blood glucose low. Many of the most credible studies on those who have lost weight and kept it off reliably find the common denominator to be the avoidance of persistent snacking throughout the day.
I am diabetes with hypothyroidism. My morning glucose is usually around 127. In 3 months on intermittent fasting 20/4 (no food 20 hours) I lost 34 pounds. But after that about one month I don't lost nothing, I gain 4 pounds. And now I start loose weight again. It is crazy, how sometime my body work.
March first I went back to keto , intermittent fasting , I’m 55, and 6 feet tall , started at 295 , this morning I was 250 ..Anywho , I eat a handful of walnuts with my daily very large coffee at work , I take my break at 3 and that’s my one meal a day , lots of healthy fats n protein/meats , sometimes plain yogurt mixed with pb powder and monk fruit , cheese , broccoli n cauliflower mash , I eat good and very filling meals. I fast then until the next day , except occasionally I am hungry in the early evenings and I will eat a big spoonful of nut butter , sometimes on an egg life wrap , well … today I checked my ketones after not checking them for a month, ..My fasting bs was 92 ( I used to be 120’s-140’s) and my ketones were only 0.3…🧐, down from consistent 0.5-0.6’s . .. I’m thinking it’s my daily cream and half and half and I’m not about to give it up .
There will always be a rise in cortisol for every mammal, its natures way of waking us up in the predawn hours, which increases our glucose to give us the energy needed. As you heal insulin resistance, your glucose number at this hour will go down, a goal is to get it below 90, it will take being strict with amount of carbs and intermittent fasting and for some of us extended fasting.
You can do it in baby steps. Start with 1 hour then add 1 hour. The food cost more but you can work longer . Eat less often. Need less pills. In the end you pay the same.
I am carnivore, but my morning blood sugar usually about 110-115, can’t seem to get it lower. I never spike above 140. A1c 5.3. 86, 2 months 22 days old. I usually eat within a 4-6 hr window, two meals some times a small snack.
I started Keto in August, but haven't lost much weight. I live on fish, meat, vegetables, a little bit of fruits and nuts. Brazilian nuts, and walnuts. That's it 😊 But I'm on a lot of medicine after a kidney transplantation. And I take Cortisone every day, witch can also mess up things. Any tips???
I'm starting week 5 now and have intermittent fasted almost from the beginning (17 hr fasting with 7 hour eating window) and I'm losing an average of 2.6 pounds a week loss. I typically have breakfast for lunch and some kind of beef in the evening. I throw in a small salad on occasion for variety's sake maybe twice a week averaging about ~17 carbs a day. I started at 217 and my goal is to get down to 180 and 12% body fat. If I could quit the 2 glasses of wine a night I imagine my numbers would really drop! Accounting for exercise I run a ~1200-1400/day calorie deficit and have been curious if I ate more if I'd burn fat even faster. Sounds counterintuitive but such can be life.
I am keto ish meat fish water and salt and asparagus. My AM glucose is usually 75 and ketones are around 3. I am steadily gaining. I went from 2300 cals 200ish g of fat and who knows protein to 1500 to see if that would help. Now I am trying protein sparring modified fasting. I gain 2 lbs from yesterday. Grrr!!!
Weight loss not linear, body recomposition, muscle weighs more than fat. Water retention most likely cause, stress, lack of sleep, dehydration all factors. Don't weigh to often causes mental stress
I realised I couldn't lose weight because I was dehydrated. Once I started to hydrate myself I started to lose weight, taste and smell regained, pain sensitivity improved and blood sugars became more under control due to being able to lose weight. I thank everything to water.
well Dr Boz, some things you talk about I really ENJOY, BUT millions have to disagree with you. As one OLD doctor told my husband long ago when he was young with high BP, THE LESS YOU EAT the longer you will live,!!! We love the fasting every day, eating 2 meals inside of 6 hours (10 to 4 each day) and not again until the next day, never felt better and the weight it steadily coming off as well, as needed, mostly avoiding carbs like breads, sweets, rice, pasta etc. which off and on were our problem, Just have to say you might not want to try to make MARK in diet world, by trying to fight a simple truth.
I've been doing IF for about 2 years (mostly 16:8) and it hasn't helped me lose any noticeable weight (been in a plateau for just over that amount of time). BUT I'm a Type 2 Diabetic (mostly reversed with keto for the last 4 years) and it helps keep my blood sugar in line, so I do it mostly for that.
@@YeshuaKingMessiah How do you mean? I find it hard to eat enough on carnivore and so eat mostly twice(some days once) a day. At 10 and 3, should it be within 2 hours, I won't be hungry so quickly.
Fasting is not for everyone especially if you tend to have higher cortisol and or insulin still too high and the cells are receiving rhe message...could be broken right now.
I'm very obese, and had difficulties with walking (due to kind of injury). However, as soon as I could walk longer distances without problems, my satiety increased and my appetite decreased! I moved automatically to a 14/10 intermittent fasting. I skip the breakfast. Possible explanation: My stomach muscles increased. I've observed this effect earlier that increasing the stomach muscles increased the saturation. 👉In my case the intermittent fasting is the result, not the cause. It would be helpful form doctors to show more of those primary tricks. The rest is consequence.
What about us without a gallbladder? Upping the fat intake means daily diarrhea which leads to malabsorption and dehydration. Eating smaller portions of fats throughout the day means we have to spend the bulk of our day eating. That is just not sustainable. What do we do?
Funny thing is... if you know what truly triggers storage, and understand that hormone production is an effect and not a cause, then intermittent fasting works great. Remember that if the underlying question is flawed, the answer will likely be flawed. Be careful out there, folks.
I really wish UA-cam doctors would cover these things for people who have nocturnal lives. Like, I eat my breakfast at 6pm (OMAD) and I go to sleep at 6am, so nobody ever covers how us night people's insulin works during OUR daily cycle.
I am down 100lb doing keto, OMAD and a 4 hr eating window ( 6pm-10pm). However, my morning blood sugar is 126 and drops to about 88 by 5pm. How can by blood sugar be so high, but I am losing fat ? Bonus, my blood pressure is down from an average of 150/95 to 112/ 72
If I can remember properly from videos I’ve watched, your body releases glucose when you fast. It’s released into your bloodstream which increases your readings for a short time.
Well, I’m a T2 diabetic, so I take drugs to raise my insulin. 4 years ago I went on intermittent fasting and went from 315 pounds to 211 in a year. I have not changed anything about the diet I was on but started to slowly gain it back. Desperate, last fall I went on total carnivore, and gained 20 pounds. My morning sugars are almost always triple digits no matter what I do. I am still desperate to lose weight.
Im omad..had a concussion in June this summer, now im gaining weight..crazy peanut butter cravings!! I'm still omad ,healthy keto,2 day fasts...still up 10lbs...help!
The issue with me is i dieted most of my life. Im the definition of yo yo dieting. My weight has fluctuated so much that i cant lose more than 5 pounds because my metabolism is so messed up. The set point will not budge
@@YeshuaKingMessiahhah-hah-hah. Why? So I could overeat even more and lose even more lean mass? I never needed to lose muscle. I was not keto then. Did Keto for most of a year and it screwed up my hormones so now low carb but not keto and feel MUCH better.
@@YeshuaKingMessiahit seemed to me, in retrospect, that my body was slowly starving because I could not get enough in during the 5 hour window; my digestion just could not process it. I struggle with understanding calorie count even if I only eat two meals a day with IF. Since I’m tracking it all for the net carbs, I notice either I don’t eat enough or worry I still eat way too much with high fats over calorie count and I wonder if I’m working against my own weight loss and benefits of IF?
Doing keto, since March after months being off, IF 16:8 for 2 months and Walking but still not losing. The 1st time i did IF i lost weight but it took 10month to see it .. not sure why it takes so long for me.
It is easy if you know what to eat!!!! Garbage salad( W/ Avocado, bitter green, ....) , Protein( Meat, Chicken, Fish) with lots of olive oil on top. For Protein, I usually eat, eggs( boiled), egg salad, fish salad, chicken salad, cold cut BBQ meat, ............ , if you like to add bread, I would go with 1/2 slice German style bread or Swedish Crackers . Use Avocado Mayonnaise.
Must be noted - except for those who don't produce endogenous insulin. They will have high glucose, high ketones and still relatively no insulin even eating carbs.
We, intermittent fasting people, are not in it to lose weight. We want to lose fat. There's a huge difference between losing weight and losing fat.🤷♂️

I walk beyond 10000 steps a day. What can I do?
how does all this apply to someone who is diabetic on insulin? I am insulin resistant but even if I eat nothing my blood sugar doesn't go down. So in order to keep glucose in the healthy zone I inject some insulin. It's a vicious cycle.
I've done IF off and on for years now. Even though I'm eating carnivore/ketovore (always fewer than 5 carbs/day), my blood sugar tends towards really low. Like scary low. AND I don't lose weight. Very frustrating. I had to quit IF to try and get my glucose levels up a bit, which means even more weight gain. Yeah, I'm a mystery.
I would like to know what is the trick because it's the same here, keto and fasting, walking and still chunky. Thank you
@@MEF7apparently fasting 48h but I can't in my case because I after a 20 hour fast I feel like crap and can't sleep for the next couple days
When I saw you had a shorter video, I watched this one and this video was really good and I didn’t have to wade through a lot of time to get the great information
I know it is harder to do a shorter video, but, I think the shorter videos will give you a much bigger reach into social media and UA-cam
Just keep reminding me
Thanks sis
Best Dr. BOZ video... i needed this!!
I actually stopped eating nuts 3 weeks ago and FINALY got morning, wake up, glucose under 100 (94 this morning). You'd think a handful of nuts wouldn't do that but there you go.
The magic happens when that morning number is 2 digits … good job!
@@DoctorBoz what about the dawn phenomenon?
Dr.Boz, when are you bringing back your BHB capsules???
Intermittent fasting has been amazing for me in the last 12 months…losing almost 25 lb’s.
Another nugget of value video there Dr Boz - thank you
I lost a lot of weight on low carb but stalled about 25lbs short of my goal. IF broke the logjam and I reached my target with ease.
I lost 70 lbs on dr fung intermittent fasting
I lost lots of weight too and my husband lost three stone!
Thank you. This was perfectly explained. 🤦🏻♀️ now I know why.
I'm living proof that its not automatic. I'm 53 and I've lived the last 25 to 30 years of my life eating once a day. And it wasn't me intentionally fasting. Its simply what I do. And I have gained weight consistently over the years.
What you eat really matters. Is your diet high carb? If so it spikes insulin and insulin lays down fat.
If your not eating enough nutrients you will put on weight
Sounds like me
Excellent video. For me very low to no carbs with a 4 hr eating window shoots my ketones upward. I'm gonna try shifting my window to earlier in the day. Thx for posting.
It's all about Insulin once you understand it becomes easy,..
Agreed!
I have lost 10kg from 83kg to 73kg and kept it there as i go on doing it. And believe me, i eat wayyy to much sugare and carbs in the 8h of eating
Thanks so much Dr. for your informations. It helps me a lot to understand why I was struggling a bit to lose weight. The best advices I had on UA-cam come from your channel. A thousand thanks ❤ (french guy from Spain)
Another words fasting don't eat for a period of time secondly when you do eat either eliminate or dial down the unnecessary carbohydrates as much as possible yes I said unnecessary carbohydrates because your body actually doesn't need them
I don’t agree. Intermittent fasting has absolutely worked for me. Best thing I’ve ever done!
Congratulations! But the point of the video is that for some people, this isn't enough. For THEM, they need to challenge their metabolism further (20g total carbs or less, OMAD, maybe even 24-72 hour water fasts). Thankfully for you, this wasn't necessary. 👌😉✌️
same
I started 2 weeks ago amd have lost 11lbs so far😁.
@0:14 ... and as a type 1 diabetic the amount of insulin is tight to the amount of carbs you eat.
Just do what's better for you, don't listen to Mercola there are things going on with him sadly and he can't be trusted anymore😥
Good video Dr. Bozzy
IM?
That's certainly true for me.
Very common
Don’t worry
Ur doing fine!

We don't live to eat. We eat to live.😂
How do you personally check your keytones?
Understood; great data for thought and action.
as soon as i see any captions that says DONT DO THIS....i dont even bother watching.
As usual great advice Dr. bars! Question; how much of an increase of blood glucose can one expect because of the cortisol rush in the predawn hours?
When ur healed it stops
If it’s still happening, stay strict
I usually eat within a 4-6 hr window, two meals some times a small snack.
wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard-boiled egg. Then see what happens
I started Keto in August, but haven't lost much weight.
I live on fish, meat, vegetables, a little bit of fruits and nuts. Brazilian nuts, and walnuts.
That's it 😊
But I'm on a lot of medicine after a kidney transplantation. And I take Cortisone every day, witch can also mess up things.
Any tips???
My blood sugar is also measured in mmol/L - that is the international standard I believe.
I dont eat from 7pm to 12pm the following day. Never really feel hungry but still struggling to consistently lose weight.
My husband lost a ton of weight on keto and intermittent fasting and keto and kept it off for 4 years so far.
Grrr!!!
What did u eat before? And how long did u eat that, before keto?
@@YeshuaKingMessiah. I was eating straight carnivore going on 2 years now.
How many cups a day?
It doesnt really matter how many cups, just as long as you are taking it. But they usually recommend 8 cups a day for normal adults
well Dr Boz, some things you talk about I really ENJOY, BUT millions have to disagree with you.
Naming ratios after yourself is a little interesting
I've been doing IF for about 2 years (mostly 16:8) and it hasn't helped me lose any noticeable weight (been in a plateau for just over that amount of time). BUT I'm a Type 2 Diabetic (mostly reversed with keto for the last 4 years) and it helps keep my blood sugar in line, so I do it mostly for that.

I have been intermittent fasting for almost a year. I fast between 18 to 20 hours. Over that time I’ve only lost 8 lbs.
It’s released into your bloodstream which increases your readings for a short time.

how does all this apply to someone who is diabetic on insulin?
I am insulin resistant but even if I eat nothing my blood sugar doesn't go down.
So in order to keep glucose in the healthy zone I inject some insulin.
It's a vicious cycle.
I lost 65lbs with intermittent fasting and have kept it off for 5 years using the same.
It seems my body likes to just store any fuel source instead of using it for energy.
Do you get your blood glucose from a finger prick? Or a continuous glucose meter?
@@DoctorBoz I have done the continuous glucose meter and also have a blood glucose/ketone tester that actually also shows the Dr. Boz ratio in its readings. It's the blood meter in particular that shows my glucose being so low.
