Pull up (4 sets of 6 and increase if I can go on) and then crunches (4 sets of 50) 3. Rest And then repeat . My diet is 2 bananas and sprouts in the morning , a normal lunch , 2 bananas in the evening 1hr before workout and in the end 2 eggs 2hrs before sleep. Please reply me for your suggestions .

Hi Sir , I think you should also explain the role quadriceps in details. Now days 90 percent knee problems in Age group 30 to 40 are due to weak quads . Quads help in keeping the alignment of knee bones , in case of weak quad alignment is not proper leading to chronic pain and ultimately hurt the joint . I think isometric quads are best for home
