1) proper warm up 2) choose hard sole shoes or bare foot 3) bar placement(it should be on rear delt or traps not on the neck ) 4) leg placement(toes should be outside) 5) posture(chest up,back neutral,neck neutral,hips and kness both go down Simultaneously + proper breath and belt should be tight and near the neval 7) range of motion - it must not be ass to grass 8) path of the bar - dont lean forward it must be Straight 9) Rest period - 2-3min,Rep range-6-8,3-4 to increase the Strenghth,Strecth your muscle between the sets .
I absolutely agree with the point to be remembered on range of motion we should never go too deep while performing squats,I watched Tom Platz video in which he goes full down but that’s not the case with everyone,our body is different from others so to be safe dont go below 90 degree if you are sure or confident/pro then only go slightly deep than 90 Thank You

Smith machines are terrible for your body, since they stop ur body from doing things naturally. I recommend not trying to do smith machines because it’s not natural and not good for your body. Just use dumbbells to squat.
Hey I have a question , can knees go past toes while squatting ? People at my local gym say that they can't go past your toes while squatting as it can cause back injury , whereas most fitness influencers that I follow say it's ok for your knees to go pat your toes What's your opinion on it

No. You have a calcium deficiency. Add foods which are rich in calcium and also expose your body in sunlight (morning). Vitamin d will help to absorb calcium in the body.
Bhai ATG Ka negative movement controlled ho toh knees me zyada pressure Nahi padega aur kuch bhi Nahi hoga. Here hamstrings are going to play an important role as stabilizers. Agar aap ke hams weak hai toh pls ATG ko try na kare jab tak aapke hams acche se built na ho... ATG is a really good squat variant for improving complete lower body strength and aesthetics if done in proper form.
