    Barbell squats, sumo squats with barbell, leg curls, leg extension, hip extension with dumbbell, heck squats Wale machine mein calves, dumbbell k saath lunges.

    I had laser arthoscopy on my knee miniscus. Do some basic level exercises for quads, cycle for hamstrings and stretch calves. Pain is history. But if you sit for 10 days no workout the pain returns.

    Exercise 1=Squats 3✖15
    Exercise 2=leg lungs 3✖24
    Exercise 3=single leg bench squats 3✖10
    And
    Exercise 4=calves 3✖50
    .......after that........Streching 5 minutes......

    Sir whenever I do squats I can't go heavy because before my quads give up my lower back give up... So should I not perform squats and just do leg press since they hit the same muscle group..??
