I am sharing my experience. My weight was 105 KG, then I started a gym, join personal training and now it's 95 KG . I reduced 10KG in 2 months. And if we talk about diet, it's not so strict. Life is very simple . We ourselves complicate it ! Eat home cooked food . After 40 leave white sugar , minimise sweet intake as much as possible , avoid flour ( maida ) . If possible try to have live foods ( fresh vegetables, sprouts , nuts in it's purest form ) . And leave deep fried foods after 40. Be active through out the day . Walk as much as possible. Do house hold chores ( make your bed , clean your room , wash your dishes ) , that also burn calories ! Also please have a good sound sleep of 6 - 8 hours . That's it ! 😊
My mom 87kg to 64kg did at 65yr age in 6-7 months no dieting even food qualities increased but oil & sugar are removed… now she feel more comfortable physically no pain in joints etc… even she is healthier… I added vitamin supplements in diet because of calcium deficiency in females with age & past history of b12 and haemoglobin deficiency…. I moderate her health closely… so believe me just do workout exercises or walk as your body can handle 45min in morning and 45 min in evening… you see difference within few days just push yourself to do physical activity

I'm punjabi I avoid chole bathure but I eat chole with rice and avoid oil pratha but love paratha stuffed with aloo, ghobi, dal paratha without oil just modified your diet in healthy way.
I'm doing push pull leg. Push pull ke baad 10 min trademill par inclined walk. Maja aa raha hai. Or upar se bro split jaisi thakaan or soreness nahi hoti.

My funda is… hit the gym 6 days a week, 6 days watch what you put in your belly … treat yourself 1 day once in a while. Doesn’t hurt. Don’t expect amazing results from gym in a month, stay disciplined and give yourself 6-8 months at least.
Almost same here, eating something I like like dosa/ice cream/etc only once a week and with only small amount of course, lost 5 kgs in 8 weeks...more to go
@@princevegeta662if it’s once in a while, you can eat generous amount too coz your body is not going to absorb all of it from one or two meal. It becomes issue only if you do that on a regular basis. If you are still worried after eating a generous amount, just exercise a bit more (15-20mins) for a day or two and you are saved for sure.
I was beginner. Unable to go 6 days/week. Had to take 2 days gap because of muscle soreness..pains etc.. Took me almost 4 months to go continuous 5 days/week. So 6 days/week looks like applicable for professionals🤔🤔
