      Workout with no interruptions? I love your workouts but there are many interruptions with all the Ads and that's why I avoid them in the a.m as I have to get to work....

      i've always been overweight, gained a lot weight during lockdown but mabaged to get back to my usual weight, but i gained a lot of weight during my master's degree (stress eating isn't fun) and i hit my highest weight ever, i feel so terrible and unmotivated looking at my scale, like how is it possible to lose that much weight? (20kgs to lose to go back to a healthy weight, 30kg would actually be my ultimate goal)

      @@mudithadilani1572 no specific plan. I just prepare my own food, so no take out. Eating more fibre, protein and tons of water. Snacking on fruits, nuts and raisins. I've decided to increase my whole foods intake. Less processed foods

      I also want to lose weight (best would be 10-15kg but I want to start with 5 till Christmas.
      I just started on Monday with a healthier diet, on Tuesday I went swimming, yesterday I sat most of my time at university so I just took a small walk of 20mins and today I started my day with this workout. And I’m sweating 🥵 but let’s see what tomorrow and the weekend brings. I hope I can keep my motivation high.
      As Jo always say: consistency is key. No matter how unmotivated and tired you are, do at least a small workout. 15-20min is still better than nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Day 1: made it through 15 minutes! (I haven't ever worked out, and I am obese). Really proud of myself :)
    Day 2: Got through the entire workout, and I am super proud of myself! I need to lay down now. It was pretty hard, but I did it! Next goal is to get through the video and not take any breaks.
    Day 3: Got through the whole video, no breaks! Next time, I will try to focus on engaging my muscles more :)
    Day 4: Finished! It feels like it's getting easier already. Let's see how long I'll hold up!
    Day 5: Did the whole video, but I'm sick so didn't do the movements as big and engaged as I'd like. Hopefully I'll get back to it when I'm no longer sick :)
    Day 6: Still sick. My goal right now is just consistency. Wasn't able to get through the whole video, but I still got up and tried which is a win for the day. Hopefully I'll get well soon.
    Day 7: Made it through half of the vid today. At least I'm keeping up consistency, which is my biggest enemy! Update: felt better later today, and finished the rest of the video. So happy!
    Day 8: Feeling better, and switched it up for one of the other 20minute beginner vids! Did the whole thing, and I'm proud :) Sweaty and got the pulse up.
    Day 9: Not feeling too great, but did 15 minutes today. My main goal is still consistency!
    Day 10: I made it through 10 days!! Not as sick today, and felt like I could go through the whole thing without dying this time!
    Day 11: Probably my best workout yet! Managed to actuallly give it all in all of the moves! Now I'm all sweaty and happy :)
    Day 12: Had a break day :)
    Day 13: Had a great night's sleep, and it showed! Didn't feel as dead at the end this time, and I gave it my all. Feels so good to see improvements!
    Day 14: Two whole weeks down, and I'm feeling great :) I think it's time to move on and try some new videos to challenge myself a little!
    Day 15: A bit tired today, but still got up and did the video :)
    Day 20: had a elongated break due to health and traveling, but I am now back at it :) Didn't log the last 5 days. I feel a bit more out of shape than I did before my break, but still a lot better than day 1. Did the whole video, but with a little less energy towards the end. Goal is to do this every day until day 40! And I will allow myself to not be perfect every time as energylevels fluctuate. My goal is consistency, not perfection!
    Day 21: Feels good to be back on the grind :) Tip if you're starting to "get bored" with the same video every time - watch something else while following the video! I just turn down the volume enough to hear the music in the background to follow the beat, and then watch something. Good for low energy days at least. For high energy days, I turn up the volume and focus on the video itself.
    Day 22: Best day so far! I have never felt so motivated and engaged during the video before. I am sweaty and red-faced, as I should be.
    Day 23: Less energy today (started my period) -- but did the whole video without a break! Less effort in the motions, so not as exhausted as yesterday, but as mentioned: goal is consistency :) Happy about it.
    Day 24: Cramps today, so low energy workout today as well - but I did it :) Goal is to do this every day of May. Wish me luck!
    Day 25: It's my birthday today! I got new kettlebells and dumbells :) So today I added some light weight to some of the movements - did them a little slower, but with engaged muscles and some added weight. Feels amazing :)
    Day 26: Slow, but weighted workout today. Feeling good! A little sore from yesterday.
    Day 27: Did an alternative video today, with some dumbells! Gonna switch it up a bit more often as I love the weighted videos too.
    Day 28: Amazing workout today! Went all out, and I am so breathy, sweaty, and happy!
    Day 29: I have managed to rupture my achilles (not from this vid!)... so won't be doing this workout until that is healed. Will be doing some weight workouts for upper body until I'm back :)
    Update: I'll be honest with you guys: it's been pretty rough lately. After I injured my achilles, I've fallen back into some bad habits, and gained all the weight back T_T BUT! I am starting again today. Although my motivation is pretty low, I know in my mind that if I just stick with it (doesn't have to be perfect), I will eventually feel better, more motivated, and after some time I'll get results that show. It takes TIME! So consistency over perfection, every day :) Do it half-assed instead of not at all on the days I'm not feeling it. You NEVER regret working out once you're done.
    Starting Weight: 93kg / 205 pounds
    Current Weight: 89kg / 196 pounds (but right now, I'm back at starting weight..)

I've decided to continue it throughout the entire month of March, and I've noticed significant improvements in my mental health. I feel happier, more positive, and motivated to achieve my goals. My body feels stronger, and even my midsection looks better. I've also found it easier to fall asleep at night.       @@lgwenl3373 I apologize for the delay in responding; I encountered errors whenever I tried to reply.
      Things are progressing alright; I've completed 13 out of 21 days. Occasionally, I've experienced pain and opted for rest, and there were times when I lacked motivation. Consistency remains my main challenge. However, this time, I've chosen not to dwell on the days I missed and instead focus on reaching the end of the month. I plan to try a different video next month. The first week was particularly challenging, but each week has become easier, and I'm improving my execution of the moves.

      Watching this video and planning to start on August 31 after i come back from a cruise. im doing for me first and then to make my husband feel so bad for the way he treated me the past 5 years after i game 40 pounds. i was always i shape and looking my best and then i got depress due to my mom cancer. he most pay for this and i already let him know. i know im not suppose to wish anything bad, and he is the father of my kids and love him but he makes me feel miserable.

      @@user-he8rm6kh5r no, I do this one in the mornings or the morning tabata. Then I do some of Jo's dance work outs or other vids in the evenings. I do 6 days a week, but if my body feels drained, I do take more breaks.

      Haven’t done this particular video but I have done at least 1 (sometimes 2!!) Grow with Jo videos everyday. My favorite is the Tabata Abs video. My weight is pretty much the same but my husband says my butt is looking great lol. I have to admit my eating habits have not been great. But I also started Lucy Wyndham Read’s four week running program so we shall see.

      Hey dont be so hard on yourself, I am also beginning again and again. With shorter intervalls inbetween and when my body tells me it needs rest I am giving it the rest it needs. I am sure you can do it! And Yeah, today was my second day. I am completly sore and cannot move anymore, tomorrow I prolly need a rest in the morning but lets see how it turns out. Good luck to you!

      I have been doing her workouts for 4 weeks...5 to 6 times a week. I havent seen much changes. A little demotivated. I am also eating healthy amounts of protein, less carbs, more veg. How long did it take you before you saw changes?

    Last year in March I started my weight loss journey, I followed this workout about 3 days a week, cut back on sugar and carbs, drank 12oz of water 30min before my veggie omelette every morning and then….and then… I got pregnant! Hahaha so here I am 4mo postpartum and trying to lose this baby weight.

    I had to drop a comment because waaayy back when, I would have never imagined myself doing a workout that exceeds 10 minutes. But BABY! Jo's workouts are so fun that you dont even notice that the time flies the way it does. Almost doesn't seem like a 20+ minute workout. And I also cant help but to come back because the results I have achieved are AMAZING! I absolutely love the "walk the weight off" workouts. Forever a subscriber!

    Update: been doing this for 15 days so far. Lost 8lbs and still loving it! The past 3 days I've made it though the entire workout without ending a move early to walk it our 🥰 keep it up y'all!

      @rae yes I have a few pinterest "challenges" that are 30 days that I'm doing too. One is called "Butt and Gut 30 day challenge" the other is something like the last girl way to toned arms. I also do a 20 minute weightloss walk on my treadmill 2x a week and focus of doing leg exercises 2x per week and upper body 1x per week.
      I do Jo's exercise and my printerest challenges in the AM and then my focus exercise in the PM. It takes about 30 mins in AM and 20 mins in PM.
      Eating right though has been the hardest. My husband is a big Southern food eater so dinners are heavy and it's so time consuming to make two meals every day. I'm still working on it.

      @@sarannyachakraborty14 it's definitely working for my legs. The only area that's not changing much is my stomach (but I've had 3 kids, so there's a lot to repair there). I love this exercise and do it every morning before work and it has been so wonderful and I love how I look and feel

    I began with you 3 yrs. ago where I decided to begin intermittent fasting and daily workouts. I lost and have kept off 23 lbs. and am in the best shape of my life, age permitting. By the way I am 72 and have kept up with all of your workouts since I have been working out for the past 20 yrs. Note to everyone...you can do this! Just take one day at a time.

      Thank you for this encouragement I am 50 put on 25 more lbs than I want and seemingly cannot get back into a routine.(fell off 5 years ago) Praying this actually works with consistency in routine, diet, motivation, and prayer.

    I’m currently 22 yo, 245lbs, 5’5”. I’m at my heaviest. I woke up today with the urge to workout. I’ve been out of shape for about 4 years now and this is my journey to get back in shape and healthy. I will see you all at 170lbs!!! 💜💜
    This workout was hard for me, I haven’t worked out since high school. I wanted to give up so bad but I didn’t, I pushed through, even though that I was slower than her, I pushed because I want this so bad!!! I wish everyone as much luck and positive energy 💜💜

    181 cal in 20 mins!! First workout of 2023 but the first in the last 7-8 years. I am determined to feel better, look better, eat better, EVERYTHING. I feel amazing! With two hours to spare before I start work, why not :) my sister told me about your workouts and with this first workout, I am pleased!     I’ve been doing your workouts for awhile now, and I’m just here to say thank you. Thank you for workout gear that isn’t perfectly coordinated. Thank you for a house that isn’t spotless or professionally decorated. Thank you for not talking during the workout, because I find it frustrating when the trainers in the videos aren’t even breathing hard, while I’m puffing like a freight train. Thank you for getting sweaty, and dealing with flyaway hair, and puppy interruptions. Thank you for being imperfectly perfect, showing us moms how to get in shape where we are.

    I love this workout but being completely out of shape i've been gradually getting there.
    First day i quit at 11 minutes, today is 13. Tomorrow will be better! Never give up.

    Last July I was 298 lbs. That's the largest I've ever been. As my health declined, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Devastated, I decided I needed to do something about it. 11 months later after changing my diet and following Jo's videos, I'm currently 220 lbs!! I still have 40 more to go, as my goal is 180. I feel so much better in my body and I'm no longer pre-diabetic!! Jo, you're truly an inspiration to me and every one of us!

    I suffer from chronic illness and I am trying to keep my cardiovascular health in good order. This is my 8th day in row of doing one of your workout videos. I alternate between three of your exercise routines right now and I love them. You've made it really easy for someone like me to keep to an exercise schedule without hurting myself or overdoing it. I tried other routines before I found your channel and none of them were a good fit for me. I always feel really accomplished and empowered after I complete a workout with you. Thank you so much!

      Personally, I've been doing this workout along with some of her other workouts. I try do at least one of her videos each day and eat in a calorie deficit. I have lost 4 lbs so far and my body fat percentage has dropped 1.1 percent. I may try to do just this one each morning to see if there's any difference.

    I've been doing these workouts every morning for the past 3 days (well technically 2 and a half because I stopped 16 minutes in because of a storm) but when I tell you, this workout it so amazing! This is why I love this channel so much. Each workout have such simple exercises, but with the highest impact, to the point that 10 minutes in, I'm already sweating! I start school in 35 days, and I'm trying to lose at least 10 pounds at least by then (I'm 16 and 175 lbs right now) so I'm here to record my progress as I'll be attempting to do it every day until August 1st!
    Day 1: As stated, I went into the workout and didn't finish, but even with the cut off, I was sweating
    Day 2: I completed the workout, sweat stains in my grey shirt, which never really happens for me, and I feel great. I ate pretty well balanced today as well, although my dad brought me fries at 9:30 pm and I fell for the temptation 😅
    Day 3: Started the day with me walking around my house for 45 minutes and completed the workout
    Day 4: Got back home from Brandy Melville (I guess that counts as my daily walk) and ate Mcdonalds (that deluxe chicken sandwich is bomb!). I got home and started the workout at 6pm, on top of a 90s nostalgic walking workout by Get Fit With Rick (his channel irl is ua-cam.com/users/RickBhullarFitness, I definitely recommend him if you like low impact workouts and want to get your steps in for the day).
    Day 5: ✅ done :) I forgot to log it though, but trust me, I completed it lol [weigh in check - 177lbs ;/]
    Day 6: ✅ doneeee, I kinda felt lightheaded, but i still went through it, until but the last exercise i couldn't or ill faint. [weigh in check - 172lbs]
    Day 7: welllll its 9:45 pm right now..... I know i know, I was supposed to do it in the morning, but this whole dayyyy I've been so lazy, i'll update it again if I end up doing it [update: i fell asleep{
    Day 8: Didnt do it, felt a lil off today
    Day 9: ✅ done :)
    Day 10: Didnt do it, was on a road trip
    Day 11: ✅
    Day 12: ✅ but really late lol
    Day 13: Didnt do it
    Day 14: okay so I was thinking of doing this plus a hour of just dance bc I like dance workouts rather than like intense workouts, so Imma try adding Just Dance into it :)
    Day 15: ✅
    Day 16: ✅ ive been eating better and its showing, my mom said i looked a bit slimmer 😎

    Day 18: ✅ didnt eat much idk not on purpose, drunk a lot of water inbetween so maybe thats why
    Day 19:✅ almost done, doing Michael Jackson experience/just dance before it makes it more fun :)
    Day 20: ✅ YAY, although I might continue after this day heres a reflection:
    It was really hard to stay constant at first, and my bad eating habits werent helping, but after day 15 it started coming natually, and I feel so accomplished when I complete it, now for the weigh in, I was 175, and I didnt eat that great this whole time, so I only lost 3 pounds, but if you guys do a little bit better than me, I bet there would be way better results. Thank you for all the support everyone has given me, it has really pushed me into finishing ❤️ :D

      @@gautamipolineni1354 each morning I take a hydroxy cut pill drink water and then start her workout routine for about an hour. I’m also fasting to and in the mornings I haven’t eaten so I feel it helps burn more calories

    Love this workout for first thing in the morning. Due to sever clinical deprepression and anxiety for several years, I have been completely sedentary. But lately I have been searching for workouts that I can do. I found you yesterday. Today was my first "Do this every morning" and I am finally on my way. I am thanking GOD for you. You are so positive and you don't leave anyone behind. I am 74 years old and I feel that I can start a new life. Thank you for giving me a way to exercise!     I started this morning workout 2 days ago, today is my third day and i must say i feel great after doing it... i'm leaving this comment here so that everytime someone likes it, it'll motivate me to keep going until i reach my goals... please support me. My starting weight is 98kg and i'm hoping to reach 70kg which is my goal weight.. wish me luck ☺☺
    Day 1✅: it was intense but i was able to complete the workout and even the cool down stretches
    Day 2✅: it was great but my muscles were quite sore later on in the day whewwww!
    Day 3✅: i really thought i wasn't going to be able to do it but i pushed myself and i completed it, feel soo sore now i'm going to lay down.. see y'all tomorrow👍

    I want to thank you so much. My doctor has challenged me to 15 minutes exercise every morning five days of the week and I have taken that challenge very seriously. My goal is to lose 70 pounds by next summer. I have had a gastric bypass but I gained 70 lb after losing all the weight I was almost weighing 400 lbs. I did lose 200 lb but after a bad marriage I gained 80lb back due to my depression. I'm a believer and I'm trusting God for restoration and healing but I need to do my part and you are the best thing I came across I love you low impact I can't do them all very well being that I have two slip disc I am 61 years old and I have two knee replacements but I'm not giving up your smile keeps me going and I love your gospel workout as well for 20 minutes it's so awesome. Keep smiling and keep doing what you're doing. God bless you. You are amazing.

    I didn’t make it through the entire workout, and I was really getting down on myself because of it… but this is only day one and I’m proud of knowing I gave it my absolute all. I made it a little over halfway, so I’m excited to see how much that changes over time.       Well done! The fact that you started at all is something to feel great about, making it halfway is awesome!
      I’ve had to remind myself that you can’t measure your progress without having a starting point, so whether it’s 2 minutes, 10 minutes or the full 20 minutes, you still got up and did that!
      I just started this today as well, it was not easy after having my son and spending so long being sedentary, but I’m so grateful for these types of workouts from Jo.

    Started this today, my weight is at about 177lbs and I want to end the year at about 145lbs. I thought this routine would be easy to start but girl I almost didn’t make it past the 16min mark, this feels incredible!!     I started with this video and easy knees 3 times this week on 16 July 2024 at 134.9 KG as i gained so much weight after pregnancy last year when I had a stillbirth. I am so desperate and depressed to loose weight as it has been a problem since childhood as I'm insulin intolerant and prediabetic. When I weighed myself today I weighed 133.4 and was so surprised to see I lost 1.5kg.I will stick to these exercises I'm so thankful to Joe for the workouts I'm too embarrassed to go to a gym,and will check in again during my journey.God bless you for this Godsend for women like myself all the way from Cape Town South Africa.❤

    I came across your channel on Tik Tok yesterday, and after seeing a couple of your Tik Toks, I decided to do this workout today. Even though I still have a cold and my throat is burning up due to its dryness, I didn't let my sickness be an excuse for why I can't exercise. I am so impressed to see how far I had gotten to this video without stopping every minute (except when I needed to sip some water for my throat). You made me like to exercise again with your radiating energy and easy but effective exercises. I can't wait to grow my health both mentally and physically.

    Thank God I found your channel! I was 11 kilos overweight (61 kg /1,53cm) and it's terrible when you are short. I was not happy with the way I looked like and as a woman, it impacted my self steem because I barely could wear some kinds of clothes because they didn't look good on me. I started doing the exercises from this video and from another one every single day in the morning and sometimes in the evening. In just 1 month and a half I lost 7 kilos, and 8 centimeters of belly. Of course I reduced the amount of sugar I was consuming as well. Now I can wear the clothes I couldn't. They fit so much better on me now. I got my self steem back! Later, I mixed this workout with another 20 min one from her channel. I've been consistent that's why I've been experiencing lasting results. I highly recommend the try. 😉

    I just have to say.... I have not worked out or anything in a year, this was my 1st time (Oct 2nd 2023) in forever. I just turned 30 this year & I'm at my heaviest 238 😕. I'm taking ME back and want to get healthy again AND this video did not make me feel like giving up at all! It went by so quick, it was super fun and kept me wanting more. The burn felt great and I have been doing your other videos daily and I am not bored one bit. Your videos have pushed me to wake up and get into a routine because I know I'll actually enjoy getting a workout for the day.     I haven't exercised my whole life, except for that 2.5 months I spent at the gym last year. I thought it would be easy, but I had to stop after 15-16 minutes because I physically couldn't continue. I'm going to try my best to go back tomorrow and complete the whole workout this time. I'm tired of feeling bad about my body, avoiding people, and missing out on life because of it.

    My brother is overweight and though I’m average weight, I’m close to being overweight. So we were looking for workouts that he’ll be able to mostly do, since he has less mobility and strength compared to me, and we would do them together to keep ourselves motivated! So I am glad I found these videos! You seem so nice and actually seem like your having fun working out! And skimming through this video, the workouts are definitely overweight friendly which is so amazing! I don’t see this too often. It’s usually sit ups, lunges, and burpees that my brother unfortunately can’t do. So thank you! I appreciate what you have accomplished on this platform and I hope you go far

    Well…this was my FIRST WORKOUT in almost a year. Yup…you read that right. I had been dealing with so many uterus issues after having my son and my weight definitely didn’t help…I thank you so much! It wasn’t that bad at all! I was surprised because I didn’t think I would make it…but I’m happy that I did! The hardest part was having my 2 year old talk to me the whole time about Blippi 🤣
    Worth it! Can’t wait to be back tomorrow and try this again! And later tonight I’ll be trying another of your work outs 🥳

    I came back here,where I started from. It took me 107 days to complete all 199 workout videos. I even did the treadmill workouts without the treadmill and postpartum without the baby belly. Ok,so far I lost 4 kilos (from 71 to 67 kg) and the cellulite still there (reduced though)..BUT I want to thank you Jo because it was the first time in my life that I committed myself to any workout (and I tried a lot of different staff). My body has completely changed. I even think I like it now. Muscles are popping out next to fat in places I thought didn't exist for me! My body is coming together. Thanks to those everyday exercises I reduced the amount of cigarettes I smoke. You're absolutely right. Consistency gives results! And you are the one that helped me to commit.       @@taslimabegum5926 I'm not the OP but I have been doing her workouts for awhile and eating mindfully. Like every workout routine you have to make sure you are putting in whole good calorie dense foods. But I've absolutely lost weight with her workouts alone

    Good morning Jo, please bear with me. I know of your channel because my Wife uses your videos to inspire her for overall wellness. I believe you cater to the beautiful ladies out there but I am a male and found this particular video helpful. To give you a little background on me I am a former Marine from the Desert Storm War. After looking at the movie "Fury" with Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf and others, last night, I woke up this morning thankful on the life GOD has blessed me with. Although I had to adjust some of your workout from a 3 week old knee surgery, I found your routine was doable to the point I broke out in a sweat and felt great.     This is literally the first workout i could complete without giving up halfway through the video. Thank you so much girl! My stress and anxiety has been really bad so I decided to workout to feel better and become more active. Each and every video I watched discouraged me cuz I just couldn’t go any further. For the first time in my life, I feel so good after working out. I’ll be writing my progress here:

    After 21 days of workouts (different video each day because there are so many different ones) I can say my mood is better, my confidence is up and my shoulder pain is getting better! I have little to no expectations when it comes to losing weight, so we will see where I am at in three months or so. But the videos are just SO MUCH FUN. I do them in the morning before I shower because I really get sweaty. Thank you Jo for my new fun mornings ☀️

    I finally got up off the couch and did it! 8 months postpartum and I’m tryna just get back to being active! This was a fun powerful workout! 215lbs trying to return to a health 175lbs! 222 calories burned, 2274 steps(1.35miles)!!

    First day getting up early to work out in almost two years! I feel amazing and emotional. This was so fun. I didn't go as hard because I didn't want to wake my family, but tomorrow I'm going for it! Cant wait to do this again.

    I recently found out that I have gotten a lil overweight and I am here to lose some weights off of me … i find your exercises fun with a lil silly dance moves in between and so I decided on this workout. 2023-02-17 I started this workout.     19 year old looking to improve myself. I have been doing this everyday for the past 2 days and want to continue with that mindset. This makes me feel amazing first thing in the morning and I always feel better about myself afterwords! Goal is to go from 145 to 125!

    Ok, Jo, today is Day One. I'm 42 yrs old. I'm 5'2 "and weigh 180 pds. I haven't worked out in years. I was ready to give up towards the end, but the music and your smile kept me going. I feel great and can't wait to check back in during my personal 30-day challenge.

      ​I'm 13 days in. I only got on the scale for this response, but I'm happy to report that I'm down to 177. I wasn't really watching what I eat I just make sure I eat breakfast. which seem to help with my portion control for lunch and dinner. Also I'm still sweaty but I'm not as exhausted at the end of the video.

      @@dayvalebuford5398 when you eat breakfast it will help you to not gain the weight back. It’s really important but people neglected breakfast which is horrible. We don’t supposed to be depriving ourselves of meals, sodium, sugars and carbs. We need those things to live we need them in moderation that’s all. People think fasting will secure their weight issues when it will not, it will make you even worse with your weight. You’ll continue to have a eating disorder for years.

    6 days down doing these workouts with amazing Jo! Mostly the 45-50 min ones. And these shorter ones for the weekend. In 6 days my clothes are fitting better and I feel so much more energised during the day!
    My other half has been away for some months due to come back in a month. I cannot wait to see his reaction!!!
