    I am texting you with tears in my eyes because I am SO happy and encouraged by these “Back at It” workouts! I turned 68 in February, and I seemed to go downhill with a knee injury. I lost mobility and found 20 pounds. I felt old and frumpy, limited from my usual workouts, I was so depressed until I found you! Your pace, your smile and encouragement gave me my groove back! When I see you smile, I can’t help but smile too. When I see you struggle I don’t feel alone as I struggle with you, but I’m keeping up! Thank you SO much! I’m fit for life with you. 🥰

    Two months of consistency and I’m 10lbs down!!!! I loved this workout!! I was so sweaty but left with so much confidence and pride in myself!!! Ladies keep going!! We are killing it❤ in case no one told you today, I’m proud of you!!!

      @@lucy-san4799 yes!!!! I watched Jo’s calorie deficit video which was SUPER HELPFUL she explains how to calculate your deficit and not to sacrifice your fav meals!!! So I’ve been eating in a deficit and eating healthier alternatives (instead of regular sausage I use turkey sausage, instead of sour cream Greek yogurt. But I also love my sweet snacks so I eat them and feel satisfied. Since this comments I’m down a total of 14 lbs!!!!

    My girl is back! I totally underestimated these last two 30 min workouts but they kicked my booty! I was huffing and puffing. 🥵 Thank you for not editting out those moments when you had to take a breather. That's what makes you so relatable. After two kids - you're still in better shape than me!     I work so hard in my job that I forgot to move. I l feel so tired at end of the day. These workouts bring great energy to me when I do it after my work is over. I thought it will make me more tired but I feel more energized. I get inspired to workout mostly by seeing other people positive comments. I hope this helps somebody to start!

    I’m 2 and a half months postpartum and I was still having severe pelvic pain after carrying a 10 pound baby. Been doing these workouts for 2 weeks and now I can get in and out the bed and roll over in bed without pain. Plus I lost 3 pounds! Thanks Jo! ❤❤❤

      @@twotimesspecial aspect health is a chip that attaches to the arm and sends various blood parameter data to the app. was skeptical at first about how it really worked, but then was pleasantly surprised that the app created a diet based on my individual characteristics and could report health problems in time

    Jo! I have been doing your workouts CONSISTENTLY for 3 months and I have never felt better- it's the fact that these are fun and you as a person are so motivating. Down at least 3 sizes and just feel great getting up every morning and look forward to my evening half hour with you. Even when I'm exhausted, I just have a cat nap and then hit the workout... it never fails to revive my spirits :)

    Honestly, i feel so refreshed after this. The premiere of this workout was two days ago but i was too lazy to actually do it. I decided to go for it this night and honestly, it was so worth it.       This is amazing. 😊 Please remember, I’m only 25 but if I could go back and tell myself something (I grew up really overweight /obese) always look at working out as FUN. Moving your body is fun, important, released endorphins, listen to how your body feels. Don’t do it to get to a certain number like a size 2 or 4. Do it because like you said it “refreshes” you, energizes you, etc. once you skill that, living a healthy lifestyle will continue to be so easy. Growwithjo is amazing and I’m glad you found it. 🎉❤ welcome to the community.

    i went to the doctors today i started your videos 7 weeks ago and i am down 5pds so far just want to say thank you!!!
    my doctor noticed my stomach was coming down from 3 C sections
    and my arms are getting toned
    i am 52 and in menopause! can’t wait to see how much i loose with consistency i enjoy your workouts and i look forward to working out every day with one of your workouts

      All of her workouts are amazing! She has so many videos you can kind of do what works best for you, like id do the dailies that she suggests but then I add one that she says in challenging and do one of those..my fit bit helped a lot with telling me how much to exert myself so I try to hit that 5 days a week hope this helps good luck 🫶🏾🤍

    Without u I'm lost, I swear if it wasn't u I will never workout, many times I turn on the TV even if I'm lazy and I don't want to workout and I tell myself just open one of Joe's videos but few minutes later of moving I feel better and finish the workout till the end and of course and the end of it I feel so powerful and happy. U hive me the necessary motivation to keep going on and to have a healthier life.

    I received some concerning news today and I wanted to divert to my old ways and eat. However, I decided to PRAY, then I did this workout and now I feel great! I am leaving the issue with God.

    I’m doing GrowwithJo since last summer and I lost a whole size 🎉🎉🎉 from XL to L!!! I’m still going to continue for more weight loss but also for strength and motivation through the day. She’s a sweetheart, I love doing my workouts with her!!!! ❤

    Just finished this workout! It kicked my butt! Thanks angel💕 I took a few months off bc I was getting lightheaded and dizzy but I made a promise to myself that I would start back up this month! Less than 40 pounds to go! Starting I weighed 220 I now weigh 177, THANK YOU FIR CHANGING PEOPLES LIVES JO!

    Ive been so disappointed in myself the last 6 months because I lost all motivation to workout and stay healthy. Well, I hopped on a scale today and I'm at the heaviest I've ever been. I'm so happy I found Jo a ways back, because I jumped on here to find an into video to hopefully get me back in the groove. So proud to say I finished this workout and I feel great!     I am a 73-year-young woman. I play this one when I’m on the treadmill at the Y or walking at the mall. The beat is perfect and it keeps me going and I get really sweaty lol. I like this because there’s no words just that fast beat!!!

    Just started using your workouts and I love them!!
    After having two kids and 2 c-sections I’ve struggled to get back into high intensity workouts but the fact I can do yours without shoes/equipment and with music has really got me hooked.
    I’m 4 workouts in and I know I can stick with it unlike others I’ve tried! 2lbs down already!

    I am 6.5 months postpartum with my 3rd child and knocking on the door of 40 years old (July 2024) - thank you for the encouragement and positivity!     I lOVE THIS workout . I took a break as I was taking a weight loss semiglutude injection , it made me terribly tired , i wasted muscle so I looked skinny but was miserable and baggy , tired looking . Im off it and back to working out , having this fitness routine has far more benefits in comparison and I glow and look healthy and have energy and strength !!!

    Good morning Jo and GWJ family! Who here is so proud of Jo for getting herself back at it, not only for herself but especially for all of us who love working out with her and getting our energy on for the day! It's amazing how she does it after having a baby. I'm 39 with 3 teenagers and I babysit my nephews who are 5 and about to be 3mo old baby. I get burnt out and need these workouts 🙌💕 I am so thankful for you, Jo! Merry Christmas to you and your family and anyone who reads this!

    Another great workout. I am LOVING this "Back At It Series". I know that you are no where near menopause, but your workouts are what has helped me to get back in shape during menopause.     This is my third grow with Jo workout this week. First time doing 30 minutes; previous two were 20. I’m being intentional about being consistent. Goal is at least 150 minutes of cardio per week. Thank you for helping me reach that goal!!!

    Loved this, Jo! It was definitely a challenge, but was super doable! I really appreciate the pep talk before the video. When I found myself going into negative self-talk territory, I thought about what you said at the beginning and immediately shifted my thinking. ❤️

    Guys I started working out with jo in 2021 but I stopped and gained the weight back. Last year December I decided to start over but I only had the courage to begin faithfully in February of this year. My usual workouts consist of a 10 minutes warm up and 20 min cardio but today I decided to challenge myself. I used to fear exceeding 20 minutes but I pushed myself through this and I feel proud and amazing. I have never been an athletic person but these workouts make me feel like I can even run a marathon. Thank you Jo ❤

    Here on summer break, July 2024! Jo always makes me feel good about where I’m at. I find her every summer when it’s too hot to walk outside. My goal is to stick with her once school resumes and it’s back to work ~ when really I need het positive energy the most! ❤

    Absolutely LOVED this workout. 30 minutes just went byy🎉 i weigh 80 kgs and burned 250 kcal. I did intensify the workout at some points to increase my heart rate. Amazing workout!!!!

    Yay 🎉🎉 I completed it - only stopped for water break - such a great workout - yet again 👍.
    Seeing that even you have to stop for a little time made me see that's its ok to stop if you ever feel you need to.....listen to your body 😊

    I took a little break to focus on other aspects of my life and haven’t don’t more than 10-15min workouts for over a month. Tried this one today and smashed it! Really surprised myself, I wasn’t sure if I could finish it but I did! (I added in an extra water break but🥵😂) I can’t thank you enough Jo for these videos and support! ❤

    I was NOT looking forward to the gym today, especially after a Christmas break, and waking up to some nasty weather, so I opted to stay in for a home workout. I'm so glad I chose this one, it was a good challenge and got me back in the right mindset to finish this week strong and stay on track!!

    I was close to 190 when I started now I’m 180. I’m a little bummed because I accidentally deleted my before picks but I can take some new ones now. I still have lots of work to do. I’m already seeing slight signs that my muscles are getting more defined. I’m doing a 8:16 fast and still showing getting into better food choices. Your videos help me so much. Thank you. Great vibes. I’m so thankful I found you.

    I underestimated the impact this would have so drastically so quickly 😫 I was out of breath the first 5 mins in 😮‍💨 now I’m 10 mins in and idk how I’m going to make it through the rest 😭 I’ve had to pause it 3 times already to catch my breath 😭 Not complaining. Just now I realize this is a powerful workout that DOES WORK

    Honestly, the only person who has me excited to wake up and workout, cause I don't feel that working out is a chore or burden, rather something I enjoy with your dance moves, music, genuine smiiile! and how you are relatable in needing a breather.
    I started your 12 min night workout last night and Sabrina Carpenter dance workout. I was never THAT Happy while working out! So grateful for having you!
    I am 24, I had started my fitness journey a month ago after a break of a year from daily workout LOL, I noticed how my body changed in the lack of workout and was going to gym regularly the past month. But I didn't feel guided and didn't have a specific schedule as to what to work out. I kept experimenting and now I have your videos that guide me.
    Now I know what I'm going to be doing each morning and how to do resistance workouts or HIIT. Thank you for making me enjoy this! My goal now is to stay regular on this morning workout for 3 months as a start.

    I’m so glad i found you AND that you’re back! I’ve tried doing workouts from other creators but you just make it so welcoming. It actually makes me want to keep going! I’ve been officially working out more than I have the whole year. I can’t wait for next year❤️

    I LOVE this workout. It’s intense but super low impact, which is great for my bad knees and I feel so energised after doing it. Jo your energy is just the best. Such a beautiful, contagious smile. This is my go-to morning workout and I can’t wait to see what results I can achieve doing it consistently. Thank you for making exercising fun!!!!

    Day 1 : 83.7kg (I'll update after 7 days)
    Day 6 : 83.5 kg. I didn't lose noticeable weight but my bloating prblm is gone. I'm updating it on day 6 because going to start her 20-10-5 workout from tomorrow 🥳

    Accountability check!
    Day 12 (I think): 10 minute standing abs
    Day 13: Morning 5000 step lower belly burn
    Day 14 and 15: injury 😢 (unrelated to this)
    Day 16: 5 mile intense full body walking workout
    Day 17: Beginner fat burn workout back at it
    Day 18: Morning metabolism boost back at it again (last time I only did 20 minutes of the workout, this time I managed the whole thing!)
