  • So I have really been enjoying the whole "ease you into the workout" and ease out with the cool down, so I will continue (as requested).
    Todays workout is a new MORNING WORKOUT that will get you just feeling all the vibes! Its a slower walk, so this one is perfect for beginners, or even if you're just having a hard time waking up and getting into your morning routine.

    For those who didn’t know I was 193.5lbs and could barley do a 5 min workout! Now I am 145lbs and can master every move! Don’t give up it really helps!

      Can u give a detailed summary on how u accomplished this? I’m 203lbs the most I’ve ever weighed in my life and I’ve been going to the gym (I’ve only been 2 times but i have to start some where)

    As someone restarting their fitness journey, I can get really down on myself for feeling tired or out of breath and sweating but then I see Jo sweating along with me as the fitness instructor and I remember it’s ok and I’m actually moving a lot more than I have in years so I should be proud 😭 Thanks Jo! You’re encouraging without the pressure to over preform

      Of course you should be proud! And I can guarantee that with just a bit of consistency, you won't find yourself out of breath as much as you used to be. You're probably now miles ahead of where you restarted! :)

    One year later and I am fully committed to loosing this baby weight. Feb 22 2024 I weighed in at 157lbs. Today, after almost a week of doing all sorts of Jo’s videos, I am weighing in at 152lbs!! 5 pounds down in one week! Summer 2024 is MINE!

    my biggest goal is to just show up for myself even for half an hour every day if it's even for just a walk. I've been pretty sedentary and it's time to be my biggest cheerleader again!

    Mom of 4 here. 9year old son, twins that are 19 months, and a 2 month old. I have a hard time finding the time to workout with being a single mom & working 12 hour shifts.. but this is perfect! I just started today lol but I’m not giving up! I’m 186 and want to get to 145/150. Thank you for these videos ❤

    I'm been doing you videos for 2 weeks and I love them, I was 248 pounds in November , and I always struggle do to exercise, I love them, but I never know what to do. Now I can look for any of your videos, I can do them , I feel so good after, I'm 222 pounds now and I so ready to get to 199, I know your videos I will get there soon.

      I was about 250 in November myself. I have been following Jo's workout schedule since then and have lost about 14lbs since then. I would love to see 199lbs too, haha. Stay with it, we got this!

      I'm at 222 myself. I work out Monday through Friday but I think I'm gonna try doing a 20 min workout twice a day... I've been super depressed and haven't been moving much. But I don't mind getting a workout in with Jo so may as well do 2.

    Wow I can’t believe it. I burned 300 active cals with this workout and 356 cals in total. This workout was amazing, I got the sweat early in the morning 🥵. Thank you Jo for your workouts, I feel amazing after doing them 🥹. And so far I have lost 6lbs in one month. I’m hoping to lose another 6 pounds for the next month 🙌🏼. I’ll be back for updates 💪.

    You're not always in the mood to workout and is understandable but we have to have discipline sometimes, I can say proudly I have a whole week doing her videos, thank you for making this easier than the usual workouts

    I am a first time mom who’s gained 55lbs during my pregnancy. I am currently on my second week of doing these workouts and have already lost 2lbs, weighing in at 165lbs. I’ll update y’all with my progress by the end of this month :)

      That’s amazing I’m trying to loose at 20lbs by the end of the year. Have you tried out her app. Apparently it says I need to consume 1678 calories a day to loose 1lb a week and I am struggling I normally only eat like 2 times a day and snack in between

    My top goal for this month is to restart my skincare routine! All this sweating from these amazing workouts help get rid of a lot of stuff in my pores, but this cold weather has my skin looking a little dry and sad.

      OMYGOD YES! I don't know if it's the masks but this Winter my skin, especially my chin area has been haywire lol!

      Same around my chin is dry dry, doing what my mother says and using Vaseline. Excellent workout on the other hand, enjoyed this one ❤️

      Everyone is different but I experience the same thing around my chin sometimes my upper or lower eyelid and sometimes above my lip area but it’s eczema for me and hydrocortisone ointment (not cream, it’s drying) applied after shower and as needed and follow up with a moisturizing lotion has helped me immensely . Check with your dermatologist it’s been a game changer for me and hopefully you too. ❤️

    I’ve been trying on and off for several years to lose my extra weight and tone up. Finding your channel was a God-send! I’ve been enjoying the workouts, and sweating it all off.     I usually don't leave comments but I wanted to share my thoughts. I'm just now starting my weight loss/healthy living journey and I've been nervous because I always start a journey but never follow through. I'm dealing with a lot of depression and getting out of bed each day has been very difficult. I've been doing this workout every morning for the past 7 days and it really helps improve my mood. I was dreading doing it today just because I'm feeling really down, but I feel a lot better than I did earlier and more motivated to take on the day. Something about Jo mouthing "I'm so proud of you" really makes my heart happy. I'm going to continue to do this every morning and really push myself to stick to the journey. It's also really encouraging seeing other people's progress from these videos. I'm glad I came across this channel.

    First time that I have stuck in out with morning workouts in years!!! I feel so much better throughout my day and my mood has improved so much. So happy that I found you. You are so motivational and it is so easy to see the next move and follow along. I love the tabata workouts but am branching out to these 30 min HIT workouts also.     First time working out in over 4 years!!!!!!! And I couldn’t believe I actually completed a 20 min workout! So proud of myself for doing so, although it says morning time, I actually did this workout at work during my lunch break!!!

    Earlier I used to start gasping for air after 5 mins of cardio. After a couple of weeks of Jo's beginners playlist and dumbbell training videos, I got to the 13 min mark before I needed a break. This is magic

    I only just discovered Jo and her videos get me into a routine again. I started working out before christmas last year and then got sick for a while and lost all my energy. These workouts are so much easier than most, I was struggling with others before because the exercises just weren't fun for me (lookin at you, burpees!). Jo's workout are low impact and the walking inbetween gives you a break to not get exhausted too quickly - and on a day where I feel tired I just do a 10 or 15 minute one and still feel like I accomplished something.     Hi it’s me again. I’ve been doing different videos of yours and I feel super confident always encouraged to push myself more. You are such a delight! I’m so glad I found you. I canceled my other workout subscription. Your workouts are full of energy and it really works. I’m already seeing transformation. You make me consistent I do two videos a day of yours. I suffer from nerve condition called rsd. There is no cure for it. It’s throughout my body. I had a neurologist tell me just keep moving. That’s what I have been doing for years. I do suffer after any workout but I rather keep the body parts moving than not being able to move completely. Thank you for taking your time in doing this for us for free. Your truly a blessing. I’m ready to tackle my day now. I’ve completed this workout smiling and feeling good.

    I really love this workout, I felt I was a kickboxing baddy, a basketball player, and footballer, and just plain having fun! Trying to work on loving myself at every stage and let go of my family beliefs of having look, act and be certain way.     I did this workout in the morning today (just before my online lecture - it's so hard to workout right before lectures but your workouts are just different!     I saw your story begin almost a year ago and you stayed in my mind. I've decided that I have had enough with not being happy with my body and not fitting into my clothes and am starting my own journey! I just did my first workout with you and loved it!     It's like you know when I need your encouragement! I listen to music while working out to your videos and when I am feeling tired I see you mouth, I'm so proud of you and it keeps me going! The sun shines through you! This is your fourth video I've used during my weight loss journey - I've been working out every other day and slowly but surely I've been able to put more effort in and my muscles become less and less sore! Thank you for aiding my 100 pound weight loss goal!

    I just wanted to say thank you so much jo for making these types of videos! My mum has been wanting to lose weight for so long now but has found it hard to find the right workouts that she actually enjoys. She tells me every evening that she’s done one of your workouts and she tells me how she thinks of you as a friend that’s encouraging her to WANT to do the workouts :) once again thank you so much for these videos I’m so proud of her for losing weight

    I work out with you every morning. My toddler seems to think it’s dancing so it makes for an amazing time. Started this journey at 183.6 !

    I'm 3 weeks post partum and haven't worked out in a looonng time. This workout kicked my butt, but I love it! Really hoping to boost my mood and strength with these workouts. I feel better already!

      @@nickalameredith5662 I do the 10 minute morning affirmations, 10 minute warm up and others to keep my workouts fresh. I've been working out with Jo for about 6 months 5 to 7 days a week. I also have a low carb high protein diet.

    I started your workouts last December and it really helped with shaping my body!

    Love the quick 10 second walks ! This is my 3rd week in. Some vids are tougher. Happy this is 23 minutes so I can do 1 round or 2. Love the adorable yoga mat! 💕🤸‍♀️

    OMGosh!!! Jo, this workout was amazing!!! At one point I was huffing and puffing and my chest was on fire and I was saying “where is this cooldown?!! Lol but I loved it! Burned 178 calories in just 20 mins!! thank you thank you thank you!!!!

    This is a God sent workout video! Jo I just turned 60.. I have a aerobics tape (VCR tape) that I did for 20 years, way back.. I tried it last week and it's to fast for me anymore! 😟 When I found your video made me feel great and it's perfect for me! Thank you 😊🥰

    Just came across your page and I completed this as my first workout from your page and I am loving the workout. I love doing Tabata workouts and I had a nice sweat after I was done with this. I would definitely recommend this workout to everyone!

      ua-cam.com/video/DAYV-CwYtJE/v-deo.html This one if you want faster results. It is a long video, about an hour long, so you should really try and get through the video slowly. I've lost 4 lbs already in a week and I do one of these workouts twice a week, plus muscle training.

    I freaking love jo and her workouts I just started my 75 soft challenge. I am going to do this specific workout every morning I started yesterday and it was easy breezy but babyyy this morning was hard I was supper sore, tired and sweating but I kept on pushing I can't wait to push even harder tomorrow ♥️
