I never worked out because of a psychological trauma that made every workout turn into a panic attack and nausea but your workouts really encourage me. I get so many positive emotions that I have never experienced before. My whole bottom part is on fire after this workout but I really love it hahaha. Thank you for everything you do! 🥺💖

So this is so wild to see someone else feel this way. I used to love to run, like it was euphoric, but one day I was visiting my dad at the hospital after heart surgery and he was doing amazing, so I told him and my mom I was just going to go for a 30 min run at a park down the street and I’ll be right back since he was going to shower. While I was out on my run my mom called me in a panic saying my dad coded in the shower and although they brought him back to life it was that moment that ruined our lives bc he had to go back into surgery to repair the the surgery they had just fixed. He ended up passing away because the second surgery was too hard for him to overcome and from then on I lost the joy in running. I’ve gained lots of weight since then and I’ve tried to just do a little bit of cardio and I incorporate weights but since I’ve had my baby I just can’t lose the weight. I’ve recently started trying to run again but it truly takes me back to that moment, it’s so weird. I didn’t even know it was thing. I remember trying to go for a run with my husband one day and I just broke down crying and couldn’t go any further. He was absolutely confused and so was I. It’s so wild how my body and mind responds to the trauma.
Been doing the dance workouts everyday for a week. I'm sweating and having fun. They are quick and I'm able to fit it in when my baby is napping. Started to notice a difference in my body already. My energy levels are increasing and I feel happier after putting on so much weight with 2kids.

I have been having a hard time getting back into exercise due to depression. I used to play field hockey and tennis so I had about 5 days sports out of the week, then about a year ago I fell into depression and the step to go to training was just too big and I had to quit, I gained 30 kilos in a year. I have been wanting to exercise again for both my mental and physical health but going to the gym or a sport again was too big of a step for me mentally. I just found this video and had the best time, I love dancing and it gave me so much energy. I had such a good time. I am a bit emotional after, since I remember how much I used to love to exercise and really want to find my joy back into it. Thank you for what you do, I will definitely do this routine again! ❤️ it gave me energy to start my day :)

I didn’t work out for a week while I had the flu - since I stopped working out though I have felt so bad about myself. I decided to jump back in with this one no matter how I felt and I’m so glad I did. I feel energized, I feel pride - I’m not going to let myself slip again.
This was a great workout. I didn’t think I could get through this one but I did it and sweated my butt off. Had me thinking when I used to go to the club damn Jo you worked my legs out. Thank you and I finished it off with the cool down stretch routine. Jo is an amazing instructor so inspirational

When I first saw dance training, I thought "it's super easy, I won't even get tired" today I tried it and Oh MY GOD, I HAVEN'T HAD SUCH A SORE ABS FOR A LONG TIME. I honestly was unsure if I wanted to do this workout, because I knew I'd like it, but was also scared for how I'd feel whilst doing it as I honestly don't like my body. Shockingly tho, I LOVED it! I did have to stop 2x in between cause of my chronic pain, so I need more breaks, but I managed to finish it!! honestly seeing how excited you were whilst working out kept my excitement up aswell, and even tho this was my rest day, I still got some fun movement in :D! Thanks for these videos, and as someone who can't do floor work movements, your channel is godsend
I was almost dead after your 50 min workout and then i clicked on this one and did this whole without any break with full energy.. i felt alive doing this.. A must to boost your mood and moves😄
After a few months of doing the beginner walking workouts, I'm now gonna start trying out the dance workouts! Log: First try: Made it to 9:10 on my first try! Happy with it. Definitely struggling with getting the dance moves smooth - but I'll get there. Most importantly, I moved, got sweaty, and had fun.
Stayed in bed till noon, really struggling with phone addiction, now I got up, did this workout and am ready to make great use out of the rest of my day!

This work out had my heart racing and my body sweating and I felt pushed out of my comfort zone by dancing to make my body feel better. I aim to keep it up for 1 month and see how I feel at the end of that month.

I recently found out I was pregnant and diagnosed with extreme morning sickness (HG for the second time 😭), and this was my promise to myself to stay active and I have not stopped doing these dance party workouts. Three weeks of 4x a week. Small steps but I’m going somewhere.

When I first saw dance training, I thought "it's super easy, I won't even get tired" today I tried it and Oh MY GOD, I HAVEN'T HAD SUCH A SORE ABS FOR A LONG TIME. Sweat literally flows down from me like a stream, I take all my words back and say thank you so much for the training, I will definitely continue!
I had no expectations going to this and I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun I had, the amount of comfort and confidence in my skin & body was a breath of fresh air and I absolutely didn't want the video to end. Thank you!

I honestly was unsure if I wanted to do this workout, because I knew I'd like it, but was also scared for how I'd feel whilst doing it as I honestly don't like my body. Shockingly tho, I LOVED it! I did have to stop 2x in between cause of my chronic pain, so I need more breaks, but I managed to finish it!! honestly seeing how excited you were whilst working out kept my excitement up aswell, and even tho this was my rest day, I still got some fun movement in :D! Thanks for these videos, and as someone who can't do floor work movements, your channel is godsend

First try: Made it to 9:10 on my first try! Happy with it. Definitely struggling with getting the dance moves smooth - but I'll get there. Most importantly, I moved, got sweaty, and had fun.

This work out had my heart racing and my body sweating and I felt pushed out of my comfort zone by dancing to make my body feel better. I aim to keep it up for 1 month and see how I feel at the end of that month.
