- Its time to get in fat burning mode with this quick and effective Tabata workout.
We will do each exercise for 20 seconds and will have a "rest" (walking in place) for 10 only seconds. This will keep our heart rate up and boost our metabolism! If any of the exercises are too challenging for you or you just cant get the coordination down, try to slow the exercise down or walk on the spot so that you keep your heart rate up and keep burning calories.

Hands down the best workout I've ever found! Honestly, I couldn't get rid of my hysterectomy/hormone belly. I found GWJ about 4 weeks ago and I've done this TABATA workout every day. I've lost inches and pounds everywhere!!! And my belly is almost gone! This is the only workout I find fun and look forward to (whaaattt?) Not only am I losing weight, I feel happier! don’t give up, don’t be harsh on yourself. believe in yourself. you can actually do it! i was just like you i would just sit and watch and be like i want to but idk if it would work. getting up and doing it the same minute you see the video is what pushed me to work out. patience is key and self confidence is important too. say nice words to yourself even if you feel weird or like you’re lying bc trust me after 2 weeks you’ll feel great even if you don’t see any visible results. i know you can do it! ;))
@@spookylobster27 don’t give up! i’m telling you right now it does get better and better over time and you have to be patient and consistent with your workouts, and most important be nice to yourself. say nice words even if you feel strange, get into a healthier eating habit, not diet but just have three meals a day without eating more than a plate full and there’s so many fun, tasty and healthy snacks you can make for yourself.
drink 2 litres of water every day no matter what. i just carried my water bottle everywhere i went. and most importantly, keep on going because you in the long run is waiting for you!

I have been doing 20-30 min videos of Jo in the last 2 weeks (10 of the 14 days). Without really changing my diet and drinking a lot of beers, I see crazy results and lost almost 2kg........ Just started these workouts 3 days ago and already notice that I have more energy and motivated to exercise everyday! I have had anxiety going to the gym for the longest time and wanted to find a workout that would work for me at home and give me results. I haven't seen any results with my weight yet but energy wise, YES! And reading all of these commends makes me hopeful!
Broke my plateau by doing this work out 3-5x a week. With IF and light weight lifting I am now back to my dream body. Thanks Jo! ❤

I never, ever comment. But I feel like this is worth it! This is the happiest I have been in months! I've tried other workouts such as: Chloe Tings, her attitude is amazing, but I found I could never stay consistent😮💨 I tried growwithjo a few weeks ago and I haven't missed a day! I have slept better, have way more energy, and overall, just way more confident in myself! I don't even care if I lose weight now!! Thank you, Jo!!🥰

@@sairak3759 Yes, I'm doing the starch solution. I've mostly been doing the 4.5 and the 5 mile. When I get bored I do one of the dance workouts combined with a short intense HIIT. My diet isn't 100 percent but getting better and better. Also, according to my smart watch, I'm not burning nearly as many calories or walking as far as the videos say.

I was just sick with Covid for the past 2 weeks and this is my first workout back And I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! 1day :I haven't done any exercises in four or five months and today I decided to start with something fun and easy and this video was the coolest ever!! (I’m doing updates👏) It’s my first day finishing this and wow I’m sweating. I have tried SOOO many workouts to lose weight and they would just make me so uncomfortable. I’ve had a tailbone injury and it still gives me really bad lower back pain and with all the workouts it would always be the same thing where ur on the floor doing some leg lifts or watever. It gave 0% results and just always leaves me in such bad pain. I would be crying through the workouts and I would just be so tired of putting myself through so much pain just to have no results at all. I’ve tried so many years to lose weight but I’ll always just quit. Now that I’ve found ur channel I’m loving that u don’t do laying down exercises and u look so sweet which kind of motivates me. I’m really hoping that I don’t give up. The whole entire time I was telling myself on repeat “it will be worth it tomorrow” anyways I’m going to do updates to hopefully motivate me:)

I had an ankle injury and can't run for a bit of a while, while I recover. I've put on a ton of weight cause of this. I'm so happy to find low impact cardio I can do while on recovery, thanks so much.

GWJ I started working out with you around June 21st of this year . I’m 55 yrs old I have had two knee surgeries on my right knee I have rheumatoid arthritis which I stopped taking my medicine bc nothing has worked for me I weighed 198 lbs; since I started working out with you back in June I have lost 20 lbs I literally cried bc I haven’t been in the 170s for about 15 yrs. ty Jo ty Jo ❤️

Well since February I’ve found out about growwithjo videos on my feed! Thanks to that because since then I’ve had a good diet and with her videos I’ve managed to lose 11 pounds so far!! In my opinion I’ve came a long way after having 3 kids. My family members noticed how different my body looked and started asking questions so I recommended these videos. ❤😂 I’m still doing these workout videos plus homegym workouts here in my very own living room!

@Laura Jayne I aim to do 1 hr a day. I tend to do 30mins in morning and 30 mins before bed. I do the longer workouts rather than dance workouts. And I do intermittent fasting 8:16 diet. It's worth trying. I just miss breakfast. I workout before eating and evening is about 1 hr after my last meal of the day.

Day4 - 78 kg ( not sure but I think it's because of body ache)

I was diagnosed with MS, with no visual disability, balance issues, fatigue and yes 35 extra pounds!! This workout is easy to follow, low impact, but challenging, helps with balancing and muscle strength. I am glad I found ya! ☺

I've been doing a combination of Jo's videos and MadFit strength training, and I can't believe in the last 2 months I've lost 10 pounds! I've also cleaned up my diet, which also plays a significant role, but between these two ladies I am for the first time in my life staying consistent with exercise. Wow wow Jo this was incredible!!! Right now I'm on vacation in Italy and after a long day of sun, beach and a lots of pasta, I couldn't imagine anything better than this short but super spicy workout, I just adored it and it goes straight to the top of favorites! 😍💪❤️

They're your best cheerleader, mine is 6ys old and whenever he sees me slow down he starts doing it the exercises with me while cheering so I won't give up. It warms my heart every time he does that

Hi! Results are amazing even tho I haven't reached my goal yet. I lost a total of 25 kg, and I'm beyond proud of myself 😁 I had surgery, so I had to stop exercising for a while, but I'm back on track 💪 training with Jo makes it so easy, love you Jo 😍

I work out 5 days a week drink plenty of water and I’m still gaining weight .
Try cuting all the sugar from your diet ( except natural sugar from fruits) and see how it goes from there. Good luck and courage to you!

A person can workout all they want. But if we don't change our eating habits, our weight loss efforts will never change. I dropped 14 lbs in 2 months cutting out all sugar,carbs and looking at ingredients. 😮The will power has to be there... I also found your workouts and that is what I did for exercise. 😅 Go Joe you ROCK!! AND UR A CHRISTIAN TOO! YESSSS!! SO AM I.❤

I have never seen better exercises. I'm a person who doesn't sweat. I sweat through these exercises, so it all flows out of me. which means it's working and the toxins are coming out :)
Same here. I was doing other workouts before I found Jo's channel, and I wasn't sweating hardly at all, but I do with these workouts.
This is awesome. I struggle with time blindness so time gets away and then I don’t get anything I want to do done. I also struggle to stay interested/focused with UA-cam workouts. My daughter put me onto your videos. They are easy to fit into my day, not too long so I can retain focus, get my heart pumping and leave me feeling energised.Aanndd it’s doable in my very small space. Aaannnddd I actually look forward to my next workout.

I went to the gym this morning to go on the stair climber. This workout just blew that workout out of the water. I just burned twice as many calories in the same amount of time.

Wow this workout kicked my butt. Mom of 5 young kiddos here and about 60 pounds over weight. I have been in a pretty bad mind set lately and I'm glad I made myself workout today! For some reason when I finally got to the end of this video and heard that upbeat music I got a little emotional. Here's to a new year, a new Healthier and fitter body, and a new mindset!
