The end of the video killed me 😂 RC car. There's just something about the mazdaspeed 3 that every car guy goes crazy for. Especially the fact that it doesn't take much to gain hp with a few bolt ons and you have a cool build. Best car I've owned .
I did it and it sounds AMAZING the only con is how loud it gets inside the car and sometimes at low Rpms like 2k 3k it vibrates the car sometimes but other than that great 80$ spent!
I know it's cheap that's why I want it! Haha eventually I want to get a turbo back exhaust but right now I'm still paying off the car so I think I'm going to call a muffler shop today:)...I like that you did the before and after it really shows the difference!
Quick question, LOVE the sound. Would this affect a smog check at all? Mine is coming up and was just wondering if this is something I should do after?
Hey im doing a DIY and I have no idea what to take out.. Is it the two muffler looking things after the muffler? Im new at this and have my own welder so im just gonna wing it..
How do you ask for this at the shop ? I called speedy muffler and asked them if i can delete 2 resonators and they were oblivious to what i was talking about i wanted an estimate on how much it would cost are they stupid or am i just not asking them right ? lol any feedback ?
bought mine with 43k og miles and now sitting at 104k miles, only thing ive ever done to it was replace plugs and brake pads lmao. no cel, no p0303 codes (which are notorious for these engines)
That looks like a regular Mazda 3 not the speed 3 it seems to only pull with the front wheels and didn't sound like it had a turbo and speed3 comes stock with a turbo

Bit late but no, there is no difference in airflow or anything since the inner size of the exhaust stays the same, it's only removing the outer part

Lol it is most definitely a Mazdaspeed 3. It only pulls with the front wheels because it is a front wheel drive car. And it definitely has a turbo.
