Mine pops when downshifting from 2nd to 1st dropping from 20 to 10 to 15mph I love it so much manual mode way more fun now. Cost me 100 usd out the door tax included. 2010 mazda 3 2.5l

Alex Pedroza I drive it hard everyday, no burning oil, no leaks, solid compression all across. 19 PSI and just takes it, very durable

If you’re swapping to a 2.5 block
Use whatever parts are newest if you don’t have replacements
Personally I would use the 2.5 internals

Thats what I was thinking because the valve cover of the speed 3 doesn’t have the hole for the oil dip stick
