I've been holding off on The Amp and meaning to ask you about and for this, a 100-Watter. Mind read, prayers heard and answered! Thank you. And in Black with Choco side panels, too, exactly as I had wished for! Woo Hoo! Just in time. Grand start to 2020. I won't miss the Tremolo as I hardly ever use it; let's just say never. There are outboard tremolo pedals for that. The onboard Boost is much more useful to me. So, Tim Marcus gets it right where I am concerned.
its nice I have the 50w version, i heard someone say it sounds muddy and i'll never trust that person again because if you don't like it you're entitled to your opinion but muddy is literally the opposite of what it is. I didn't even realize before i bought it how legit it was going to be to have a legit headphone jack, i bought a good pair of headphones and i can take this little amp, my headphones and a guitar anywhere with me and jam without being too loud or have to haul a cab around, great little piece of gear
If it had an effects loop I would totally buy this and put a real spring reverb in it. But I guess I need to save more money for the Half and Half instead.
I'd gladly trade the onboard Tremolo for the new onboard Boost. The enhanced Reverb is much appreciated as that is truly useful. Tim Marcus gets it right for some of us, most of us.
@@markaochoa2017 cool! Well if there is ever a version of this Amp with an FX loop in the future, I'm gonna have to just send my money to Milkman. This amp sounds great!
I just bought the original version and if I had known this was coming out I would of waited. The old one sounds amazing, but lacks headroom. Ill still enjoy it, but that is a bummer.
Nothing short of fantastic! Love the tones, Tim. Great job!
Just got mine yesterday and I love it! The best clean tone! 😍😍😍😍

Tim’s a genius. 😉🤘🏻
This is amazing
Looks very interesting .
I remember watching you play shows in vermont. Club metronome and maybe Nectars?
Yeah, Very cool
Very cool.
Please add an FX Loop... instant buy.
Congratulations!
Can we get a demo of this with bass please???? 😁😁😁
Yessssss !!
On stage people would be yelling out where the milk
Nice.
What speaker is the speaker sim based on? And is the speaker sim on when the switch is up or when it’s down?
Could I safely run this into a 4ohm cab of about 120 watts if I don’t use the volume all the way up?
Awesome. What's the price on this? (But I think I mm sticking to the original. More my speed.)
When does it go on sale?
anyone heard these vs. the Quilter amps. What's your take on this comparison?
Why leave out the tremolo on this version?
Can it work with an FRFR cab? Maybe if using the headphone output? Thanks
I have your 50 watt version which I like except for super clean when playing pedal steel. Is 100 better for that?
I own the 50 W version, and I would have liked it to have a boost function, not more power and losing the tremolo ... I will stick to the 50W ...
boost pedals are cheaper and more common than tremolo pedals, good call on keeping the old model.

needs an FX Loop, like the EHX 15W Howitzer
Silly question but is the cab sim up or down? It is pad painted Sim/off so up for on and down for off? Or up is off and down on??? Help me……
Was all the gain coming from”The Amp”? Or was there a pedal added?
DividedByTime from The Amp only we did not use any other pedals while filming
just bigger and louder version of The Amp 50?
With boost instead of trem
Headphones for this one ?
Does the 100 have the internal switch for plate reverb?
s2khawk Im wondering this as well
Now I can't choose between the 50 or the 100....
Go bigger man. You can never have too much headroom before it breaks up.
Argh, where'd the TREM go!?
The Amp 50 still exists and has the tremolo. And they have the dedicated reverb/trem pedal, F-Stomp.
@@angrygoldfish thanks, I figured as much. But I think it would have been nice to have tremolo in the 100 watt version as well.

Does this have an FX loop? I'm not sure if I understand how the pedal out works. Where does that loop go?
No loop. The pedal out is if you want to place “the amp” like a normal pedal in your signal chain.

Nolan G they both have the exact same preamp/headroom so you are good to go!
@@milkmansound Oh apologies. My mistake. Thanks!
Don’t worry about it! Headroom and power are commonly mistaken for each other
@@milkmansound any reason why you chose a class D amp vs AB? I was always told that D amps weren't that great for music, only for efficiency.
Keenan you were told wrong my friend! Class D has similar feel to Class A. They are amazing especially with a proper preamp in front.
Did the Milkman The Amp 12 ever come out?
Connor Henderson yes! We announced it at NAMM 2019 it’s been available through my dealer network since May
milkmansound Gotcha! I’ve been waiting for some demos to come out so I could check it out but haven’t stumbled upon many since the original release.
@@connorhenderson3135 There are several on my youtube and instagram pages
Are there any dip switches inside this one? If so, what do they control?
Wow, can i have his preamp into guitar tube poweramp?
Oh man. If only the price is right...
Get the white one, it's cheaper, just a bit less power and features... But it's still really good!
$1200 where the sounds
