- Milkman’s The Amp Stereo is the ultimate pedal and effects platform, pairing a unique preamp with Class D stereo power amp for the perfect marriage of tone, flexibility, and clean headroom. It features independent Volume, Treble, and Bass controls for left and right channels, mono sum and phase flip footswitches, and a master Output level control, as well as stereo speaker and line outs, cab sim on each channel, and ground lift. The Amp Stereo can be used with any combination of speaker cabinets or as a direct recording or headphone amp with no speakers required. In this demo video we employ The Amp Stereo in a live rock band context, using it with both stereo and mono effects in a mixed signal chain for richly layered stereo guitar textures, then we cover the basics of sound and operation in the functional demonstration that follows.

Love that half fuzz stereo spread! 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks dude! Turned out pretty cool
Yeah that sounds awesome !
Thanks my dude!
Love the name of the box 🎁
Milk 🍼 man
Love this matey! I imagine a demented procession led through a Gotham City-like place with burning cop cars and leering smiles abound. Great tones and tune. X
Haha that's EXACTLY what I was hoping you'd imagine. Awesome dude. Thank you!
The only thing missing… the ability to switch between Left and Right or stereo (both)
Say you were running an IR-X and IR-D (or two other separate) preamps on the same pedalboard.
You might want to just run one or the other… or blend them together… or have FX with only one, for a wet-dry setup.
I guess you could do your guitar into an A/B/Y switcher then into this… but man that simple ability built in would be the shizzy!!
No tube in this version according to the manufacturer.
I just got mine ...sounds great, If your chain is a straight line can you still get stereo?
So glad you are enjoying your Amp Stereo! It will preserve the stereo field of a stereo effect or you can use it in a dual mono set up which sounds loosely like what you are describing.
The only problem is that when my Amp Stereo arrives, I’m gonna have to decide if I leave my drive chain in series or split it 50-50 into each side of the Amp
So many routing possibilities! Experimentation is the key. Stoked to hear your findings and what you end up going with.
Not the worst problem!
Curious how the parallel drive system would work. How would you turn on and off both drives simultaneously or is a clean on one side dirty on another sound what you're going for.
@@demilademoses5515 that’s the question haha. I think I’d set it up so the drives are always on as a base tone that’s different left and right. Maybe… with Deco as stereo splitter? That puts my drives in a bit of a weird place in the chain though. Maybe try some kind of splitter (volume pedal’s normal and tuner outputs?? Something active to avoid tone suck??). The Amp should land Thursday so we’ll see. Assuming my Amp 50 hasn’t sold before then, I’m thinking of trying it first in the chain with this at the end. Kind of a Euna/stereo OAMP
vibe. Lots to try!
@@noahzeidman508 Nice! Sounds very interesting. Maybe even considering some kind of bypass looper that can turn on 2 pedals simultaneously would work too!
Do you know if you can plug the speaker outs into studio monitors or do they have to be cabs? Cheers
Depending on make/model of monitors you can review the balanced outs for this possible configuration.
Yeah, just run the balanced line level outs into studio monitors
I think no tube preamp in this here model.
Specs say two tube preamps...
Correction, you are correct, no tubes in this model.
