  • Hello, guys! Today I bring to you a classic roast: wine and garlic lamb leg. Back in the day, people used to season a lot the meats to disguise the smell and bad taste. This was mainly done to lamb cuts, but it was also done to pork. With today's meat, none of this is necessary, however I advise you guys to try it, because it tastes amazing, really good roast. In my childhood this recipe was one of the highlights of the roast. It feels so good to go back to my traditions and live again those special moments. I hope you guys enjoy it.
