- This standing ab workout is perfect during pregnancy as it will train your transverse abdominis as well as your obliques (side abs) which are super important to prevent any ab separation, also called Diastasis Recti! A strong core is also crucial push your baby out when it's time! AND if you keep your abs active during pregnancy, it will be easier to flatten your belly after pregnancy!
We will do all prenatal ab exercises standing so you really don't need any equipment - not even a mat! This workout is suitable for any trimester! If your belly is in the way, you can keep your legs a bit lower. Have fun!

LOVE this ab workout! my neck is also all messed up from pregnancy 1 (and i'm now on pregnancy 2...25 weeks)...and i never repaired my abs the first time fully... so i love that it's all standing and puts not strain on my neck and get's my heart rate up! Do you any video that explains all the exercises? Most of them I've done and are easy to get, but there were a couple I wasn't 100% sure I was doing them completely correctly to maximize the benefit.
