Hi Sally, I have been doing your workout for 3 weeks now. I’m 58, I am slim, I walk a lot but with age still lost energy and muscle power. The workouts are good for me, I will do some of the exercises on a slower pace and less energenic than you but they are surely good to follow.
Fit with Sally every morning helps start my day. I try to do the exercises the best I can since I am in my late 70's. Great help for anyone. Just do it and it will help if you stick with it at lease five days a week. Thank you Sally!

Hello sally, really really you are doing a selfless job, you are motivating and giving challenges to ourself to see the result after 14 days I have been following your lower belly and abs workout from the past 4 days started on dec 5 2023 and till today my waist size has been decreasing I can see the result within this 4 days.. Not following any diet but I can clearly see the difference.. Still 11 more days to go. Thanks for your videos.. All girls please try this for 14 days and update the results.. I enjoyed this workout. It was on the easier side, it did get my heart rate up, and the hardest exercise for me was the side crunches with the squats. I needed to rest in between the second set of those. I really felt the burn. I have a really been enjoying many of your workouts, I appreciate the scenery and the quiet
Been trying this workout for the 4th time now! Trying to be more consistent to see results! There are a lot of leg lifts in this exercise. Wish there were more variety. But overall I enjoy this workout and I do feel fatigue afterwards. I do feel like I got a workout. Thanks for the video!
wow! some of these have kicked my butt. I'm so out of shape that I could do about 6 minutes out of 10. heart rate up and sweating. ( 5 kids later, and takes a lot to restore & tone body). Sally, you look amazing. and until you turned side ways, no one sees anything. :)

Day 1: Managed to workout for 10 min, resting a little bit between two different workouts and keeping my arms a bit lower than my shoulder height to adjust the workload) Day 2: Enjoyed workout more than yesterday 😉 Day 3: Done workout! In my language, Japanese, there is an expression "three-day monk" (mikka bozu), which describes people who start things with great enthusiasm but never see it through to the end, so tomorrow will be a big day for me 🤣 UPDATE I managed not to become a three-day monk! 😇 Day 4-8: Did this every day (except Day 5) and another exercise video (8 min). Day 9: Did this and Sally's other workout (LOVE HANDLES AND LOWER BELLY FAT WORKOUT) A friend of mine who lives on the other side of the earth joined me last week, and we've been encouraging each other to keep our motivation high!
