@@gobble3063 absolutely no way. This has to be at least 400. Whole banana alone is 80-100, peanut butter you're looking at 150ish, not to mention however much is in the protein powder.

Okay let me breakdown my drink protein
1. Avvatar whey protein 1 scopp give me 26.6g protein
2. 120ml buffalo milk ( no sugar)
3. 1/2 banana only half of one piece
4. 1 table spoon peanut butter
Your total from this 200ml drink will be 37gram protein. And it is just for evening.
If you take soaked Chana/Chane of 1 cup which will provide you approx 50g it will give you 8.6gram protein and take that with 1 boiled egg(not daily)which will give around 6g protein your total will be from these both morning and evening 51.7g protein excluding Lunch and dinner

Estimating anywhere from 375-500 cal

Yes but consider using powdered peanut butter like PB2 instead of regular peanut butter.
PB2 has a lot less calories compared to regular peanut butter which is good if you want to reduce your calories 👍🏼
