Your videos are so authentic and adaptable, despite the fact that you train Hollywood-Super-Heros! Knowing that becoming fit is so simple is very motivating!
My favorite smoothie to make is my breakfast smoothie. 1 cup (or maybe a bit more) orange juice, 1 or 1½ cup spinach, a medium size banana, 2 tbsp oats, a small bit chia seeds, and one or two tbsp of natural yoghurt. I also use some green kale with the spinach sometimes. If i have protein powder at home i will use a scoop of that as well :)
Excited to try some of those! One that I love making is avocado, cashew milk, a bit of spinach, frozen (and sliced) banana, a hint of coconut milk and vanilla protein. A squeeze of lime is optional.
Doubt anyone sees this comment but just know I’m been trying to cut for awhile now and couldn’t be happier with all of these recipes, my favorite is the banana chocolate shake and it genuinely has made such a difference for me. Love the content and love the energy, keep it up my man
For more flavor and nutrients without extra calories, I like to add tea that I brew myself, cold of course. I used rooibos in a smoothie and it tasted like a Thai Iced Tea! I also like to use green tea after a workout and chocolate pu erh when I’m craving something sweeter yet avoiding excess sugar and calories. They’re delicious! Thank you for sharing these as well, I will definitely try them!
Hey Magnus, I do a 'healthy / satiating morning' smoothie with collagen Protein. Recipe is 1 small avacado (or half a large one), 1 cup berries, 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop of grass-fed collagen protein (about 21 grams), 1 tablespoon of goji berry powder and a sprinkling of cinnamon. I find it super delicious and satiating and it feels really good going down with all the healthy fats, some fibre and carbs, protein, collagen, nutrients and anti-oxidants from the berries. I also find it very easy to add to, like if it's post workout I'll add a scoop of whey protein, or if it's before work and I won't be eating for a while maybe some chia seeds or cacoa powder for satiating effect, and maybe spinach if I want to go green.
Hello, is the goji Berry powder the protein powder. I am really not familiar with those protein powders, but thinking to start using them to build muscles, cos I don't think it's possible to go up to 180gr of protein per day only with food. Ones have to eat really lots of eggs and chicken or meat, and I don't think that's possible to put in a stomach in a day and not very healthy either.
@@kavon9748 Hey, It's actually the bone-broth proteiin powder that I use in this shake. Definitely going for a scoop or protein powder though could help you get to your goals. Whether you get whey (if it's ok on your stomach), vegaan, etc, that parts up to you. I wouldn't necessarily recommend my shake for purely trying to reach a protein goal as it's full of other satiating ingredients too, but go for trying it, I promise it's delicious. THe bone broth protein powder fills 2 things - II get proteiin but also collagen
2 scoops of coconut flavoured whey, few chunks of pineapple (either frozen or fresh), almond milk and a bit of mint. Add a bit of ice as well. Yummy!!! Piña colada right there.
One of my favorites is 2 scoops of protein powder, 1tbs almond butter, 1 cup of butter/ boston lettuce, 1 banana, 2 tbs of grated coconut, cinnamon powder and half milk half water. Tastes outstanding.
One of my favourites is the Carrot Cake smoothie. Blend a banana, low fat yogurt, some grated carrot. Then add some cacao nibs and walnuts as garnishes. The sweetness of the carrot really comes through. Delish.
since its only me, I buy a big thing of spinach or kale, steam it and quick freeze it thinly laid out on a cookie sheet. break into pieces and freeze so none spoils. Works great for me. I also squirt some liquid Vitamin B in or throw in a chewable vitamin C. I do squirt in a bit of local honey with my. chia, fruit and cottage cheese or yogurt. I have some fruity tea I am not fond of so I steep a bag before going to bed and use that for the liquid in the morning. I have noticed if I am out of protein power I get hungry 2 or 3 hours quicker than with it!
I like to freeze my kale or spinach, also will freeze a few banana's. Wife always buys to many to eat before they go bad. P.S also add a few dates/with banana's, taste so good!
Thank you for great video! You could also add FRUTTBERRY blend to these smoothies and get a greater variety of vegetables and fruits in the easiest way!
Looks nice :) I'd advise against raw much spinach though, as it has oxalates and calcium ends up non absorbed in the body. A delicious shake I like is simply Banana + 3-5 high quality raw eggs, vanilla and a touch of coconut milk if you want more creamy.
Lol I’m laughing at the little pizza bubble you put when making the chocolate cherry protein shake haha love it, made me laugh! Hehe 🙃 All these look amazing totally trying them especially the chocolate mint one, I love mint!!! Thank you!✨✨💞

Like you said in the end your recipes are a great inspiration but honestly those smoothies aren't an exact science. Throw in whatever you like but keep an eye on calories as things like nut butter or even banana add up easily. My favourite after workout shake couldnt be simpler: -250ml (8,5 ounces) of milk -1 scoop (30g) of Vanilla Whey -around 100g (3/4cup??) of frozen Raspberries Blended up in my Ninja Smoothie Maker
