  • This yoga class incorporated stretches for lower back tension and general pain relief. Practice this yoga stretch any time of the day to stretch the lower back and hips and feel relief physically while bringing calmness to the mind. Although you can practice this yoga class any time of the day, it is a great addition to your bedtime routine to help you sleep better throughout the night.
    This class is NOT for back injuries, if you have injured your back please see your doctor and ask which movements may better support you during this time. This classIS for anyone experiencing pain or tension due to their daily lifestyle such as standing or sitting long hours. This practice will help balance out and counteract dipping in the low back.

    Wow! I did some snow shoveling this morning and my lower back was aching! I did this class and now the aching is gone! Thank you Bird!
