Thank you Rachel. I know this is an older class but it is wonderful. I’ve just finished loading a skip with roof tiles and this was exactly what I needed! I’m 62 now so hard physical work takes it toll so much more than it used to but your classes keep me strong❤
That was lovely! Husband and I have head colds, feeling stuffy-headed and tired, a bit achy, not up for much exercise today, this was perfect! Gentle, warming, stretching - just what I needed. Thanks for all you do, hopefully I’ll be up for tomorrow’s more vigorous, challenging session🤞🏼.
This is fantastic. I'm doing your barre, weights and pilates classes, which I have to modify for slipped disks, but this is wonderful. Each class makes me feel 3 feet taller! It's the best solution to recover from injury and to build bone and muscle. Can't thank you enough!
I have revisited this video after an unwise move injured my back. You are brilliant! Thanks so much. I hope now to return to my daily Pilates with you very soon.
Suffering a toe infection I was advised to keep my foot raised prior to being prescribed antibiotics. As a result of a day with foot raised suffered muscle lower back spasm. This 20 minute lower back session has been brilliant and eased the traumatic pain I experienced. The antibiotics are working too. All good, smiling again. Thanks Rachel.

I am in the over 60's age bracket and love the gentle exercises, particularly for lower back pain. I think the short 10 min sessions are great when time is an issue. I've just finished watching the 20 min back pain one and it looks good. I have worked out it is better to watch first, then do ! Thanks again Rachel !

I had a double-hernia surgery (L4-L5), with these excersices I have been able to relieve back tension and strengthen the muscles around without any harm ❤

Hello Rachel and pilates buddies! This was great, especially on my knees. Could you do more barre, TMJ, and knee work? This works for me. Thanks for all that you do!
This is very gentle on the body and is for rehabilitation. However, if you have an injury you should always get yourself checked first. For muscle strain is is fine, for more severe injury such as herniated disk it would not be and I would suggest you look at my videos created for those sorts of issues.
